Stunting is a condition of impaired growth in children under five years old, characterized by aheight or length below minus two standard deviations for children of the same, age. Objective : This studyaimed to examine the effect of leaflet media on mothers’ knowledge and attitudes regarding stunting in Cot Seumereung Healt Center, Samatiga. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design approach. 35 mothers with children under five were selected as the sampel throught total sampling. Results : Before the leaflet based education on stunting, the level of mothers’ knowledge and attitudes was categorized as good in 4 respondents (14.4%). Adequate in 6 respondents (17,1%). And poor in 25 respondents (71.4%). After the implementation, the results improved, with 24 respondents (68.6%) in the good category and 11 respondents (31.4%) in the adequate category. The Wilcoxon test showed a significant result, with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) at 0.000. since the p-value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, and the Z value obtained is -5.6015b, these findings indicate a significant effect of leaflet-based education on mothers’ knowledge an attitudes toward stunting. There is a notable impact of leaflet media education on mothers’knowledge and attitudes regarding stunting. The findings of this study are expected to inform and support improvements in mothers’ knowledge and attitudes about stunting. Studies and analyses were made to determine the degree of uncertainty in the iodine value estimation of refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm oil and after fractination (RBD palm olein and RBD palm stearin). At refining process and produce Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil (RBDPO), enter the fractionation process will produce RBD palm olein (RBDPL) and RBD palm stearin (RBDPS). A commonly used metric to assess the quality of vegetable oils is the iodine value (IV). The main objective is to observe IV of RBDPL and RBDPS after fractination process. The approved AOCS Cd 1–25 technique was used to compute this parameter. The IV of the RBDPO samples shows that RBDPL and RBD PS met the requirement specified by PORAM with a iodine value of RBDPO is 52.33°C–53.06°C for RBDPO (standard 50-55), RBDPL is 58.13 – 58.40 (standard min 56) and RBDPS is 34.18 – 35.81 (standard 48 max).

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the hemodynamic picture of patients receiving spinal anesthesia at RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen, focusing on changes in blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation before and after anesthetic injection. This study used quantitative method with descriptive design and cross-sectional approach. The results showed that before injection, 81.0% of patients had normal blood pressure, but after injection, there was an increase in hypotension cases to 17.0% at the 5th minute. By the 20th minute, 93.2% of patients had normal blood pressure again. For pulse, 10.9% of patients had tachycardia before injection, which increased to 6.8% at the 20th minute after injection. Oxygen saturation remained stable, with 100% of patients achieving normal saturation at the 5th and 20th minutes. The conclusion of this study shows that spinal anesthesia can cause significant hemodynamic changes, especially a decrease in blood pressure and an increase in tachycardia frequency, although oxygen saturation remained stable.

Handwashing with soap behavior in school-age children is still a serious concern in efforts to prevent infectious diseases. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a community-based health education program in improving handwashing with soap behavior among elementary school students. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach on 150 students from three schools in rural areas. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation, then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge (from 58.4 to 82.7) and frequency of HWWS behavior (from 40% to 85%) after the intervention. Inferential analysis also showed that age and location factors interacted with the effectiveness of the intervention. The implications of this study suggest that a community-based health education approach is an effective and sustainable strategy in promoting hygienic behavior in schools, and can be adapted for public health programs in other areas.
