Abstract

Examining how the Gonting Malaha Village Health Center in Kab. Sharpening keeps track of their medication inventory is the primary goal of this study. Primary data is the source for this study. Observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires were used to gather this study data at the research sites. According to the study's findings, the Gonting Malaha Village Health Center's Accounting Information System is poorly implemented. In contrast, the Gonting Malaha Village Health Center only uses manual processes for keeping track of medication supplies and computations. Despite knowing that the system regulates all ongoing activities, the Gonting Malaha Village Community Health Center has not installed an accounting information system. This is due to the fact that the center's operations continue to run smoothly without the system. Unfortunately, due to network issues, the Gonting Malaha Village Community Health Center had to rely on manual computations and record keeping.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Cancar, Ruteng District, Manggarai Regency in the Wae Bahi 1 Farmer Group starting from September-November 2023. This research aims to determine the difference in the growth rate of tomato plants when applied with NPK fertilizer and compost fertilizer. This research is a type of experimental research with 4 levels of treatment, namely: P1: 2 g NPK + 200 g compost/planting hole, P2: 4 g NPK + 200 g compost/planting hole, P3: 6 g NPK + 200 g compost/planting hole, P4: 8 g NPK + 200 g compost/planting hole. The parameters observed in this research were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves and leaf length. The observation data was then analyzed using Excel. The results of the research show that the combination of 6 g NPK fertilizer and 200 g compost fertilizer is the best combination in increasing the growth of tomato plants (more efficiently) regarding the parameters of plant height, stem diameter, leaf length and number of leaves when observed 2 to 5 weeks after planting (MST)

Abstract

In the last centuries, the development of democracy cannot be separated from the role of political communication. In West Java, political communication of DPD (Regional Representative Council) PDIP (Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan) in winning the 2024 election requires structured and strategic planning in the contemporary political context. Effective politics can mobilize support, shape public opinion, and influence election outcomes. In the 2024 election, PDIP got a drastic drop in votes, namely being in fifth place with the badly loss of Ganjar-Mahfud in this province. This study aims to analyze the political communication of the West Java DPD PDIP in winning the 2024 election with the post-Jokowi-Effect. This qualitative study used a descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the political communication of the West Java DPD PDIP in winning the 2024 election was optimal in terms of communication elements such as the communicator, message content, media used, target audience, and final effect. The decline in PDIP votes in this province and the bad loss of Ganjar-Mahfud were caused by other factors, not by the political communication, namely the strong Jokowi-Effect in the use of "Jokowi Elements", the elite power factor of former PDIP and the performance of regional heads from PDIP. They all cause the poor work of this political party machine. Keywords: Political Communication, elections, political parties

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how Jakarta Smart City is managed from a policy, actor and funding perspective. Jakarta, which is currently not the nation's capital, is trying to transform into a business center and global city through the Jakarta Smart City strengthening initiative to realize a smart city 4.0 ecosystem that accommodates synergy between residents and the city government. Jakarta Smart City governance is the key to achieving the ideals of smart city development that contributes to improving the quality of life of its residents. This study is an inductive study using an exploratory descriptive approach. Data collection methods are carried out by literature reflection, analysis of planning and regulatory documents, and in-depth interviews with city officials, practitioners, and academics. The findings show that the development of smart cities in Indonesia cannot be separated from two levels of policy, namely the central government policy level that supports the national smart city program including digital transformation, especially in terms of providing digital infrastructure, and the city government policy level which turns out to be more complex in managing the smart city ecosystem both within the city government and also towards public services. The relationship between actors in the smart city ecosystem is important in shaping the digital space of Jakarta Smart City. In terms of findings, the findings show the need to develop innovative schemes in financing the initiation of smart city projects.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to assess the correlation between the soundness of banks and their stock returns. The investigation encompasses 39 banking firms that are publicly traded on the Indonesian stock exchange throughout the time span from 2018 to 2021. A quantitative approach is employed, involving the use of descriptive analysis for panel data. The findings indicate that the amalgamation of NPL, GCG, ROA, and CAR collectively exert an influence on stock returns. However, it's noteworthy that only the ROA and CAR variables exhibit a distinct partial impact on stock returns. The conclusions drawn from this study encompass a few implications. One of them is the anticipation for banking institutions to effectively optimize and elevate their health status, consequently leading to an enhancement in the returns of banking stocks. From an investor's perspective, this research serves as a pertinent factor to weigh when making investment decisions, by examining internal dynamics of companies, which are some of the pivotal elements steering stock returns.
