Abstract

This paper attempts to discuss the implementation of legal protection for women in the Religious Courts environment. As part of a vulnerable group, women often face obstacles in gaining access to law and justice. For this reason, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia took the initiative to take concrete steps by issuing Regulation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Trying Women's Cases in Conflict with the Law. PERMA Number 3 of 2017 then became a reference for all courts under the Supreme Court, including the Religious Courts, to ensure that women's groups have equal access to law and justice. This type of research is qualitative literary research using a literature approach, namely by viewing and understanding documents or other literature related to guaranteeing legal protection for women, especially those related to policies issued by the Religious Chamber. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of guaranteed legal protection for women in the religious justice environment can be seen from the policies issued by the Directorate General of Religious Courts (DITJEN BADILAG MA) together with the Chair of the Religious Chamber, both in the judicial technical scope and in the non-judicial scope. In the non-judicial scope, the Directorate General of Badilag Supreme Court has issued a policy through a Circular or Decree regarding the optimization of services that can support justice seekers, especially vulnerable groups, in obtaining justice quickly, simply and at low cost. As for the judicial technical scope, the Religious Chamber has routinely scheduled chamber plenary meetings related to the fulfillment of women's rights, the results of which were confirmed through a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court.

Testing is carried out by carrying out classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the variable area and farmer income have a negative relationship. There is a probability value of 0.0049 which shows that land area has an effect on rice farmers' income. The variables total product and farmer income have a positive relationship. There is a probability value of 0.0000 which can be interpreted as the total product having an effect on rice farmers' income. The variable costs and farmer income have a positive relationship. There is a probability value of 0.0002 which indicates that production costs influence the income of rice farmers. To increase farmers' income, maximum management is needed, such as providing good land and allocating appropriate production costs to increase production results.

This research review through descriptive qualitative research method explores how the Prabowo Subianto campaign's social media team managed to package interesting content on Instgaram as an effort to form a positive political branding or image for Prabowo Subianto. This research review through descriptive qualitative research method explores how the Prabowo Subianto campaign's social media team managed to package interesting content on Instgaram as an effort to form a positive political branding or image for Prabowo Subianto. The target of the campaign team, especially the social media team, is young voters or Generation Z, which are the first voters in the 2024 elections, so campaign content must be interesting and innovative. The research shows that Prabowo Subianto's success in winning the 2024 election was achieved through digital campaigns on social media, especially Instagram. The use of the term "gemoy" was naturally born from netizens, not from Prabowo Subianto's campaign team. Humanistic interactions have attracted positive sentiment, even though @prabowo's Instagram has the fewest posts compared to his competitors. The uniqueness of Instagram posts has successfully shaped branding through relatable visuals and narratives that make Prabowo Subianto stand out through the unique popularity of the nickname "gemoy". The research shows that the public debate also influenced the increase in Prabowo Subianto's followers on Instagram due to his positive performance in the debate. This research underlines that social media as an effective tool for modern political campaigns and consistent branding that creates emotional closeness with voters can increase voter trust. This is in line with the theory used in this research, namely the theory of political branding by Bruce Newman, specifically discussing four aspects of success in shaping the political branding of a candidate or political party.

Abstract

There are several factors behind the research on analyzing the response of social media users, especially on Twitter, to the Ferdy Sambo case. Some of these factors include the increasing use of social media and the widespread adoption of platforms like Twitter in Indonesia to comment on or express opinions about various matters or cases, particularly the Ferdy Sambo case which is the focus of this research. The purpose of this study is to determine how Twitter users respond to the Ferdy Sambo case and to assess the sentiment analysis results from Twitter users based on three categories: positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. Through the utilization of sentiment analysis and text mining, this research aims to uncover commonly used words in comments and responses from Twitter users regarding this case. These frequently used words will then be visualized using word clouds to display both their prevalence and frequency. Based on the analysis conducted, the findings reveal that out of the 15,002 data points, the words or opinions expressed by Twitter users are predominantly negative. These outcomes are further substantiated by accuracy, precision, and recall rates calculated at 97%, 95%, and 90%, respectively. The implications of this study are anticipated to offer insights into the responses of social media users towards a particular case, wherein negative situations generally elicit pessimistic opinions and vice versa. Moreover, it is envisaged that this research could serve as a foundation for future studies on similar subjects or employing similar methodologies.
