Abstract

Pawning gold is a popular alternative source of funding in Indonesia. However, a customer's decision to use gold pawning services is influenced by various factors, including the estimated value. This study's goal is to perform a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in order to determine how the projected value affects consumers' choices when it comes to utilizing gold pawn services. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach is the research methodology employed in journals published between 2020 and 2023. This research method uses SLR by searching for relevant articles from academic databases, such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science. The selected articles must meet the inclusion criteria, namely articles that discuss the influence of the estimated value on customers' decisions in using gold pawning services. The research findings indicate that customers' decisions to use gold pawn services are significantly influenced by the assessed value. A high estimated value can boost client confidence in gold pawn services and encourage more people to use them. On the other hand, a low assessed value may make users less trusting of the service and less likely to use it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the political communication strategy of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) through Instagram social media in increasing Anies Baswedan's popularity in the 2024 Presidential Election. Using a qualitative research method based on netnography, data was obtained through observation of PKS's official Instagram account, semi-structured interviews, and sentiment analysis using the RapidMiner application. The results showed that PKS utilized Instagram to build Anies Baswedan's political image by uploading content based on relevant issues, narratives of change, and consistent use of hashtags. Sentiment analysis shows that the majority of comments are positive, reflecting the success of PKS's digital communication strategy. However, popularity on social media does not fully reflect electability in a national context, especially with the challenges of limited reach to rural voters and limited campaign funds. This research underscores the importance of integrating digital communication strategies with traditional approaches to strengthen candidate electability across different voter segments.

Pedagogical competence is an essential skill that a teacher must have to effectively oversee the learning process, which encompasses comprehending student characteristics, planning, executing, assessing learning, and fostering student potential. In the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at MIN 1 Medan, pedagogical competency is essential for the effective execution of innovative learning that addresses student needs. This study revealed that the pedagogical competency of Fiqh teachers at MIN 1 Medan necessitates enhancement, particularly regarding the integration of technology and the implementation of teaching methods that align with the Merdeka Curriculum. This research seeks to evaluate the level of pedagogical competency among Fiqh instructors and the challenges encountered in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. We employ a qualitative research methodology, utilizing data collection approaches such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal persistent weaknesses in the proficiency of technology and creative pedagogical methods, which impede the enhancement of the teaching and learning process.
