Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi rekrutmen telah memudahkan akses pencari kerja, namun sekaligus memunculkan persoalan serius berupa persyaratan kerja yang tidak realistis. Fenomena ini merujuk pada kondisi ketika perusahaan mencantumkan kualifikasi berlebihan atau tidak relevan dengan jabatan, seperti pengalaman kerja untuk posisi entry-level, syarat keterampilan lintas bidang, hingga inflasi kualifikasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk unrealistic job requirements dalam iklan lowongan kerja online serta menganalisis implikasinya terhadap teori dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus eksploratif digunakan, dengan menganalisis tiga lowongan dari sektor teknologi, penjualan, dan keuangan. Analisis berfokus pada bagian persyaratan kerja menggunakan kerangka teori job analysis, competency-based recruitment, dan person–job fit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lowongan kerja sering memuat beban lintas fungsi, daftar keterampilan yang terlalu luas, kontradiksi antara target kandidat dan tuntutan kerja, hingga diskriminasi berbasis gender dan usia. Kondisi ini menimbulkan role conflict, role overload, serta risiko mismatch yang berujung pada rendahnya kepuasan kerja, tingginya turnover, dan menurunnya efektivitas rekrutmen. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan urgensi penerapan analisis jabatan yang obyektif, perekrutan berbasis kompetensi, serta prinsip keadilan prosedural agar rekrutmen digital kembali berfungsi sebagai mekanisme seleksi yang adil, efektif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the quality of human resources among mobile phone store employees in Bawen, Semarang Regency. The problem is focused on three main aspects, namely customer service, product knowledge, and digital marketing skills, which are considered influential in enhancing business competitiveness. To approach this problem, the study refers to theories of human resource management, marketing, and service communication. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with employees and store owners, as well as documentation related to the marketing strategies applied. All data were analyzed qualitatively through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that customer service is the dominant aspect, as it determines customer satisfaction and loyalty, while product knowledge plays an important role in building consumer trust by providing detailed information on product specifications and benefits. Meanwhile, digital marketing, although less dominant, remains essential as a tool to expand marketing reach in the digital transformation era. This study concludes that the success of mobile phone stores in Bawen is not solely determined by sales ability, but rather by the integration of quality customer service, adequate product knowledge, and the sustainable use of digital technology as a marketing strategy.

Abstract

Law enforcement against capital market crimes, particularly insider trading, has become increasingly relevant in line with regulatory developments in Indonesia during the 2019–2024 period. This study aims to analyze the forms of criminal liability that can be imposed on directors and commissioners of securities companies in insider trading cases, as well as how current regulations strengthen or change previous legal approaches. This research uses a normative juridical method with a regulatory approach, case studies, and analysis of current legal literature. The results show that post-2019 regulations, including updates to the Capital Market Law and OJK regulations, expand the scope of criminal liability not only to direct perpetrators but also to parties with supervisory and control functions, such as commissioners and directors. It was also found that the principles of strict liability and command responsibility are beginning to be accommodated in capital market law enforcement practices. In conclusion, increased standards of corporate compliance and transparency require an active role from directors and commissioners, while also opening up the possibility of criminal liability in the event of negligence or involvement in insider trading practices.

Abstract

Masyarakat Kota Pekalongan hingga saat ini masih menghadapi ancaman dari banjir dan rob. Dalam rangka mengurangi risiko bencana banjir dan rob di Kota Pekalongan maka diperlukan adanya penilaian terhadap tingkat kapasitas yang dimiliki masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kapasitas adaptif yang dimiliki komunitas masyarakat Kota Pekalongan dalam menghadapi banjir dan rob serta mengidentifikasi kawasan mana di Kota Pekalongan yang perlu menjadi prioritas dalam upaya meningkatkan kapasitas adaptif masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuatitatif yang menggunakan analisis skoring. Sejumlah 200 sampel dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap masyarakat terdampak. Stratified random sampling digunakan dalam menentukan jumlah sampel yang diambil pada sebelas kelurahan terdampak banjir dan rob di Kota Pekalongan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapasitas adaptif yang dimiliki oleh komunitas masyarakat Kota Pekalongan dalam menghadapi banjir dan rob masih tergolong sedang. Hasil ini dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat yang masih rendah serta kapasitas sosial dan fisik lingkungan tempat tinggal masyarakat yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas adaptif masyarakat dalam menghadapi banjir dan rob khusunya pada empat kelurahan yang perlu menjadi prioritas penanganan yakni Kelurahan Klego, Pasirkratonkramat, Tirto, dan Padukuhankraton.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of cybercrime law enforcement in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, as a representation of non-metropolitan areas adapting to digital transformation. A qualitative case study design was employed, involving in-depth interviews with 15 key informants, limited participatory observations, and document reviews of legal and policy frameworks. The findings reveal that current regulations remain insufficiently adaptive to emerging digital crime modes such as deepfakes, AI-driven fraud, and data theft via encrypted applications. Moreover, inter-agency coordination remains suboptimal, characterized by delayed cross-jurisdictional communication, the absence of standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and the limited capacity of local cyber units. From a technical standpoint, law enforcement agencies face challenges including a shortage of digital forensic experts, inadequate budgets, and insufficient network infrastructure. On the community side, low digital literacy persists, reflected in delayed case reporting, misconceptions about third-party responsibility mechanisms, and weak awareness of personal data protection. Nevertheless, the study also identifies adaptive initiatives, including collaboration with local communities, stakeholder engagement, and the mobilization of available resources. These findings underscore the urgency of regularly updating regulations, strengthening technical capacity, and promoting inclusive digital literacy programs. Such measures are essential for reinforcing cyber law systems and ensuring resilience against digital crime in non-metropolitan regions.

Abstract

National development requires systematic and participatory planning, as mandated by Law No. 25 of 2004 on the National Development Planning System. The Development Planning Deliberation Forum (Musrenbang) is designed to integrate community aspirations with local government agendas. However, in Siantar Martoba District its implementation still faces challenges, including weak socialization, government dominance, and limited representation of marginalized groups. This study examines communication in community participation during the 2025 Musrenbang. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving six key informants from local government, community leaders, and active participants. The results indicate that although Musrenbang is procedurally aligned with regulations, communication remains one-way, technocratic language hinders public understanding, and many community proposals are not realized in planning documents or development programs. The study concludes that Musrenbang functions more administratively than deliberatively, highlighting the need for more inclusive, transparent, and community-based communication strategies to strengthen participation in local development.

Abstract

Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang harus mampu melaksanakan kebijakan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini guna menganalisis dan mengevaluasi dampak Evaluasi Kinerja, Inovasi Pelayanan, dan Perencanaan Kerja pada Kinerja Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang secara parsial dan simultan.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang memakai pendekatan penjelasan. Penelitian Perangkat Desa melibatkan 122 orang di Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang, dengan sampel jenuh atau sensus dari semua orang. metode analisis regresi linear berganda dipakai untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bila perencanaan kerja, inovasi pelayanan, dan evaluasi kinerja memengaruhi kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang. Selain itu, perencanaan kerja, inovasi pelayanan, dan evaluasi kinerja memengaruhi kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika kerja profesional corridor attendant dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di hotel berbintang. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana sikap ramah, disiplin, serta kesopanan yang ditunjukkan corridor attendant berkontribusi terhadap pengalaman positif tamu. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari Hartline & Ferrell mengenai sikap profesional karyawan serta model SERVQUAL Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Berry tentang kualitas layanan. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan corridor attendant, observasi langsung di lapangan, serta dokumentasi visual, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa corridor attendant tidak hanya menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian lorong hotel, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah melalui interaksi profesional, seperti menunduk hormat, mengenakan seragam rapi, dan tanggap terhadap kebutuhan tamu. Sikap tersebut terbukti menciptakan rasa aman, nyaman, dan kepercayaan, sehingga berdampak positif pada citra hotel dan kepuasan tamu. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan etika kerja profesional corridor attendant memiliki peran penting sebagai bagian dari kualitas layanan yang berkelanjutan serta mendukung standar internasional dalam industri perhotelan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program carried out by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the surrounding area. CSR is a form of corporate social responsibility towards the community, focusing on local economic empowerment through support for MSMEs in this context. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques that include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that PT Perkebunan Nusantara III has implemented several CSR programs, such as providing business capital assistance, entrepreneurship training, and business assistance. However, the effectiveness of the programs still needs to be improved, especially in terms of program sustainability and evaluation of the impact on increasing the economic independence of MSME actors. In conclusion, the implementation of CSR by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan has made a positive contribution to the development of local MSMEs, although there are still challenges in optimizing its implementation.

Abstract

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) internasional dalam kegiatan housekeeping di Renaissance Okinawa Resort, Jepang. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana SOP diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja staf dan kepuasan tamu, serta faktor-faktor kunci yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasinya. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori manajemen layanan, pembelajaran organisasi, dan praktik housekeeping profesional. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer, staf housekeeping, dan tamu hotel, observasi partisipatif kegiatan housekeeping harian, serta analisis dokumentasi SOP dan panduan operasional, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan analisis tematik. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan SOP internasional berjalan secara konsisten dan sistematis, mempermudah alur kerja staf, meningkatkan koordinasi tim, dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan, sehingga efisiensi kerja meningkat. Dampak positif terhadap tamu terlihat dari penilaian tinggi terhadap kebersihan kamar, kerapian fasilitas, dan konsistensi layanan. Keberhasilan implementasi SOP dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan rutin, supervisi manajerial, ketersediaan sarana sesuai standar, dan budaya kerja profesional. Dengan demikian, SOP internasional tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan, tetapi juga menjadi strategi untuk mempertahankan loyalitas tamu dan keunggulan kompetitif hotel.
