Abstract

Pendidikan muerupakan instrumen dalam merubah manusia dari cara berfikir , bersikap dan berperilaku dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Pembelajaran IPS merupakan pembelajaran yang berbasis sosial yang kemudia mampu merubah cara pandang, cara berfikir, bersikap dan berperilaku dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang bersifat multikultural. Dalam pembahasan penelitian ini di tinjau dari Pembelejaran IPS sebagai instrumen untuk  memperkuat cara pandang, berfikir, bersikap dan berperilaku siswa  dalam mengkonstruksi tolernasi dalam masyarakat multikultural. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan dengan menggunakan kata kuncia pembelajaran IPS sebagai instrumen penanaman nilai karakter toleran sisiswa dalam masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam pengembangan sekolah seperti edukator, manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Lider, Inovator, dan Motivator. Untuk menunjang pern tersebut kepalasa sekolah harus memiliki kemampuan menajerial yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan kemampuan manajerial kepala madrasah dalam mengintegrasikan nilai karater di MTs Negeri 1 Dompu. Pendekatan yang diguankan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Subjek penelitian  kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajerial kepala madrasah dalam mengintegrasikan nilai karakter dibagi menjadi tiga macam yaitu: keterampilan konseptual, ketarampilan manusiawi, dan keterampilan Teknik. Keterampilan konseptual kepala madrasah terdapat dalam kegiatan sebelumnya proses pembelajaran, untuk keterampilan manusiawi dalam menerapkan Pendidikan karakter terdapat dalam komunikasi antara kepala madrasah dengan guru di Lembaga tersebut seperti pada saat diruangan guru selalu diadakan rapat untuk membicarakan tentang hal-hal yang mengganggu saat proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan untuk keterampilan teknis dilihat pada saat diadakan kegiatan hari pahlawan Kepala madrasah mampu Menyusun daftar kegiatan guru sehingga kegitan tersebut berjalan dengan lancar. Selain itu keterampilan Teknik pada saat mengafaluasi hasil kerja guru. Kedua bentuk-bentuk nilai karakter yang di integrasikan di MTsN I Dompu sebagai kepala madrasah, pemimpin berusaha menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter yang mengabil dari 99 asma’ül husna, yaitu: JTVDKAP (jujur, tangging jawab, visioner, disiplin, Kerjasama, adil dan peduli. Ketiga implikasi manajerial kepala madrasah terhadap karakter siswa di MTsN I Dompu, memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap siswa dan guru baik dalam kegiatan sekolah maupun sosial

Abstract

Hybrid learning is also applied at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano, where initially the teaching and learning process at this school was carried out online from the homes of both teachers and students. infrastructure constraints, facilities and infrastructure are mainly related to media and learning tools that must be provided by students, but due to the different abilities of students, especially economically, there are students who can access learning smoothly and some are limping along with learning. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effectiveness of Online and Offline Learning (Hybrid Learning) for Students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are; some students have difficulty completing online learning tools, students' ability to use digital media increases, face-to-face learning becomes a variation of online learning, lecture methods are less effective in learning using online media, assignment methods or projects through digital media are of interest to students, affective assessment of students is a little difficult conducted.

Abstract

Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) seringkali sebagai Pejabat Umum secara dengan sengaja atau tidak sengaja bertindak lalai dalam pembuatan akta jual beli. Salah satuhnya tidak melibatkannya seluruh ahli waris sebagai para pihak. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan kerugian kepada pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan atas objek akta jual beli tersebut. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kekuatan hukum, dengan menganalisa Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Ngawi 14/ /Pdt.G./2019/PN Ngw, yang terdapat dua permasalah untuk diangkat yaitu Kekuatan hukum terhadap akta jual beli yang tidak mengikutsertakan seluruh ahli waris sebagai para pihak dan tanggung jawab PPAT membuat akta jual beli tanpa izin seluruh ahli waris sebagai para pihak. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Akta Jual Beli yang tidak mengikut sertakan seluruh ahli waris batal demi hukum. Oleh karena itu disarankan seorang PPAT harus memastikan secara komprehensif seluruh ahli waris ikut dalam pembuatan Akta Jual Beli.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: 1) principal's management in improving teacher performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Kayangan (State Junior High school 1 Kayangan), 2) teachers' motivation in enhancing their performance amid the pandemic, 3) supervision forms of teacher performance amid the pandemic. Thus, this qualitative descriptive gathered data through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data were then analyzed qualitatively, employing the interactive method. Hence, the findings indicated that: 1) principal's management in increasing teacher performance during Covid-19 was carried out in several stages: a) planning, b) implementation, and c) supervision. 2) teachers' motivation to develop their performance amid the pandemic is reflected in two aspects: a) internal motivation because of hopes, goals, and desires to obtain maximum results. b) external motivation such as rewards in the form of incentives, praise, and rewards. 3) the principals conducted supervision forms of teacher performance during the pandemic by providing assessments to teachers by looking at pedagogic, personality, social, and professional aspects. Therefore, the principal's management in promoting teacher performance during COVID-19 can be carried out appropriately. Moreover, teachers' high motivation with rewards and punishments enhance their performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik SD Inpres Borisallo Kecamatan Parangloe Kabupaten Gowa, (2) pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah  dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial terhadap keterampilan proses peserta didik SD Inpres Borisallo Kecamatan Parangloe Kabupaten Gowa, dan (3) pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS terhadap pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan proses peserta didik SD Inpres Borisallo Kecamatan Parangloe Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas atas SD Inpres Borisallo. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan tes.Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik SD Inpres Borisallo Kec. Parangloe Kab. Gowa, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas < taraf kepercayaan (0,000 < 0,05);  (2) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS terhadap keterampilan proses peserta didik SD Inpres Borisallo Kec. Parangloe Kab. Gowa, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas < taraf kepercayaan (0,020 < 0,05); dan (3) terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS terhadap pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan proses peserta didik SD Inpres Borisallo Kec. Parangloe Kab. Gowa, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas < taraf kepercayaan (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

In the online teaching and learning process during the pandemic at the Unima History Education Department, of course the success of this learning process depends on the successful collaboration between all parts into a learning system that carries out their respective functions well so that learning objectives will be achieved properly. Furthermore, the issue of core factors that are indeed very vital if not properly regulated or organized where these factors significantly affect the achievement of learning objectives during this pandemic. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Crucial Factors in the Management of History Learning in the Pandemic Period (Studies at the Department of History Education, Unima). The method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are; The Crucial Factors in the Management of History Learning in the Pandemic Period (Studies at the Department of History Education at Unima) are as follows; driving factors: the Unima learning management system (LMS), the quota subsidy from the government, lecturers and students have plenty of time to prepare for online learning from their homes. Inhibiting factors: the available facilities are inadequate, there are still many lecturers who are not technology literate, lecturers and students have to learn a lot about the digital world, some students cannot access learning tools and media, and it is difficult for lecturers to supervise student learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the friction in Ali Mochtar Ngabalin's personal interactions in the Mata Najwa event dialogue on Trans 7 entitled gara-gara hashtags. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a polite approach to Robin Lakoff's theory. By analyzing 7 episodes of Mata Najwa, this study finds that Ali Mochtar Ngabalin's speech in the Mata Najwa dialogue can be said to be impolite even though the speech conveyed is formal and not assertive. This is because the choice of words, attitudes, and tone of voice during the dialogue does not meet the aspects in Robin Lakoff's theory. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Waroeng Boedjang Cafe in Karawang. The sample of this study was 50 customers using non-probability sampling technique. Questionnaires are used to obtain respondents' answers about the variable X Store Atmosphere and variable Y Purchase Decision. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis with SPSS version 2.5 to answer the research hypothesis. The results of the study found that there was an influence between Store Atmosphere on Purchase Decisions at Waroeng Boedjang Cafe. Then Store Atmosphere has a positive influence with an r value of 0.837 and has a contribution of 70.0% influence on the Purchase Decision of Waroeng Boedjang Cafe. While the remaining 30.0% is influenced by other factors, so it is important for Waroeng Boedjang Cafe to pay attention to the Store Atmosphere to attract more customers and potential customers.
