Abstract

Abstract Kalimarau Airport as one of the airports that became the gate of air transportation in Berau Regency. Still found passengers who have not implemented order as still found his goods that must be shared but still carried passengers up to Security Check Point (SCP) 2. This triggered the burden of Avsec officers. As a passenger checking center, Security Check Point needs special handling or attention. So it was concluded the need for a review related to the burden of Avsec officers at Security Check Point due to lack of orderly passengers. The research methodology uses descriptive research methods, namely by describing the current situation in the research object. The data is obtained from direct observation, library review, disscriptive and questionnaire deployment. The results of the research that have been carried out by the authors prove that using the validity test with the person correlation technique and the reliability test with the Cronbach's alpha formula and partial test, it is known that there is a significance that affects the Avsec workload on passenger order by 48.1%. So it can be seen that the workload variable has a significant effect on the order variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Yogyakarta Special Region has the main airport, Adi Sucipto airport. However, the airport which initially could only accommodate 1.8 million passengers per year was overcapacity to 7.8 million passengers per year. The growth in passenger numbers at Adi Sucipto Airport necessitated the construction of a new New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) in Kulon Progo. This has an impact not only on increasing the number of fleets and flight routes, but also related to the provision of intermodal transportation facilities to and from the airport. Due to the location of the new airport located in Kulon Progo far from the city center and the previous airport, the selection of modes to the new airport did not just happen, public transportation service facilities such as airport trains and damri buses became one of the factors in the selection of modes. This research aims to get the right choice of mode based on the efficiency of service facilities between airport trains and bus damri for passengers who will go to the airport or passengers from the airport to their respective destinations. This Final Task Research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The preference of choosing the mode between the airport train and the damri bus can be taken into consideration in the decision-making for the improvement of the construction of intermodal facilities to the airport in Kulon Progo.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain whether the efforts made by the airport have fully met the standards in reducing the impact caused by flight activities at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, in accordance with Decree of the Director General of Highways No. 076/KPTS/Db/1999. This quantitative descriptive research method refers to the Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. KM 77 of 1998 concerning the Implementation of Public Airports and the Decree of the Director General of Highways No. 076 / KPTS / Db / 1999 regarding Guidelines for Noise Absorbing Building Engineering Planning. This type of research is descriptive research, data collection is done by means of observation and direct interviews using a questionnaire and the results of the measurement of noise intensity. The sample in this study were people living in the area closest to the airport, namely Teterusan, Wusa and Mapanget Barat villages, which were taken by simple random sampling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service in the Covid-19 pandemic on passenger satisfaction at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado. And to see the queues at the check-in counters and the cleanliness of the toilets at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado.The research method in this research is using quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all airline passengers operating at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado. The sampling method in this study using quota sampling, which is a technique to determine a sample from a population that has certain characteristics used by researchers. Then the sample size used in this study were 55 respondents who were passengers operating at Sam Ratulangi Airport, Manado. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that passenger satisfaction with facilities that are considered lacking in the eyes of passengers who are at Sam Ratulangi International Airport Manado with the lowest score of questionnaire results is the statement "Toilets and their equipment at Sam Ratulangi International Airport Manado are clean and not clean. smell” with a score of 108 or with a percentage of 39%.

Abstract

Punctuality or also known as On Time Performance (OTP) has become a benchmark trust from providers (AP 1 SAMS Sepinggan Balikpapan Branch) and users (Airlines and Passengers) of the airport services. The purpose of this study is to find out the cause of the OTP has not been achieved in the performance of Ground Handling (PT. Aviako Sepinggan), to find out what efforts have been made by PT. Aviako Sepinggan to achieve OTP in order to meet the satisfaction of PT. Angkasa Pura 1 Branch SAMS Sepinggan Balikpapan, knowing the efforts to maximize existing human resources to achieve the expected OTP, as well as knowing the solutions obtained to fix existing problems. The research method used is by using a qualitative descriptive method. For data collection using the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The theoretical basis used in this research is based on Doc 10121 Manual On Ground Handling and IATA Airport Handling Manual. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the available conveyors are still not evenly distributed, the Human Resources training has not been carried out optimally, and the lack of supervision from the supervisor of ground handling activities. With the even distribution of conveyor machines, conducting regular training to ground handling personnel regarding their duties and responsibilities, as well as optimizing supervision of the implementation of ground handling activities to achieve OTP targets in order to meet service user satisfaction.

Abstract

Kalimarau Berau Class 1 Airport is one of the UPBU Airports in Indonesia. As a Class 1 UPBU Airport, Kalimarau Berau Airport serves quite a number of flights, both commercial and cargo flights with different routes. The rapid development of cargo has resulted in the level of supervision at the cargo terminal being increasingly concentrated. The study found that the problem of the unavailability of CCTV facilities at the cargo inspector terminal used would facilitate and improve the supervision of the cargo terminal area. The cargo terminal has a large area so that the supervision system provided must be monitored according to the SOP owned by the supervisory officer in the cargo terminal area. The purpose of this study is to find a solution in the form of CCTV procurement at the cargo inspector terminal used to improve surveillance.

Abstract

This study discusses the optimization of markers in the terminal of Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan. The research of this topic is based on field observations. The observations explain that the condition of the markers in the cargo terminal of Sultan Aji Muhammad Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan. (SAMS) is not used as functioned. This research aims to create order in the cargo terminal of SAMS Sepinggan Balikpapan airport, especially the use of Ground Support Equpment (GSE). Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, literature review, and documentation.Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman theory with three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study is the condition of the markers inside the cargo terminal sams airport is not used according to its function because the markers have faded and the lack of socialization of the use of markers to the airline. Therefore, there needs to be procurement and renewal of markers in the Area build up and breakdown so that the laying and use of GSE can be organized in the area of Cargo Terminal Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan

Abstract

Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar as one of the airports that become the gateway of air transportation from eastern Indonesia to the west. The airport is experiencing an increase in passengers every year. When the author conducted the research during On Job Training at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar, the author noticed that there was a queue of passengers during rush hour at Security Check Point 2. This is due to a limited line of inspection. As a passenger check center before boarding, Security Check Point 2 needs special handling or attention. So the author concluded the need for a review related to security checks at Security Check Point 2 that has a security impact on passengers. Methodology in use in this research is quantitative descriptive research method, namely by describing the current situation in the research object. Data obtained from live observation, library review, and kueisioner. The results of the research that has been done by the author prove that there is still the need for the addition of inspection lines and inspection equipment at Security Check Point 2 of Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This is done so that there is no buildup of passengers on the inspection line and Avsec personnel can work to the maximum. Then it can smoothen and give a safe impression to passengers.

Abstract

The Adi Soemarmo International Airport Surakarta has 15 parking stands where some stands can be controlled from the Apron Movement Control office immediately. One of the main duties of the Apron Movement Control is to supervise every movement of vehicle, personnel, and item on the airside. This is the basic reason of the lack of the Apron Movement Control performance in conducting the supervision. Improving the supervision of the Apron Movement Control personnel and the CCTV in terms of surveillance can reduce violations. In addition, socialization on the importance of using high-visibility safety apparel has to be given to the personnel who work in the apron area. Moreover, the Closed Circuit Television that is connected to the Apron Movement Control office and periodic inspection by the Apron Movement Control can reduce violations in the airside.

Abstract

Air cargo is all goods sent by air by airplane, often used by most people to send goods over long distances because of the speed factor in their delivery. The effect of a national pandemic which resulted in a decrease in the number of passengers and an increase in the number of air cargo and was not matched by the addition of personnel but there was efficiency with a reduction in personnel. This final project is based on research entitled "THE INFLUENCE OF TOTAL AIR CARGO ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CARGO PERSONNEL AT SULTAN HASANUDDIN MAKASSAR AIRPORT" to examine the problem of the effect of the amount of air cargo on the performance of cargo personnel at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar airport. The formulation of the problem of this study is whether the amount of air cargo affects the performance of cargo personnel at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar airport? The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the amount of air cargo on the performance of personnel handling cargo at Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport , by method used by the author in this research is descriptive and qualitative.
