Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing production factors on the income of tape entrepreneurs in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District. Using a quantitative approach method with a sample size of 60 respondents determined by Accidental Sampling. Data collected using the questionnaire method was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 25.00. The results of this research show that partially labor and marketing influence the income of tape entrepreneurs in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District. Meanwhile, business capital and location have no effect on the income of tape entrepreneurs in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District. Furthermore, it simultaneously shows that labor, business capital, location and marketing together influence the income of tape entrepreneurs in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to explain the impact of price discounts, e-service quality and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions through consumer trust as an intervening variable for Shopee users in the city of Yogyakarta, Methods: this research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The sample obtained was 115 respondent. Data analysis: using descriptive data analysis techniques and path analysis, Result and discussions: the results of the regression coefficient were interpreted so that the positive influence of the four variables showed that sales would increase by 0.143 items when the added value of the price discount variable increased by one element. Sales increased by 0.046 items for every increase in e-service quality elements. Sales increased 0.448 for every point increase in the e-wom variable value. Sales increased 0.219 for every point increase in the value of the consumer trust variable, Conclusion: Price discount, e-service quality and e-wom have a positive and significant effect on consumer trust in Shopee users in the city of Yogyakarta. Price discount and e-service quality have no positive effect and significance towards purchasing decisions among Shopee users in the city of Yogyakarta, while e-wom and consumer trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions among Shopee users in the city of Yogyakarta, and consumer trust is able to mediate price discounts, e-service quality and e-wom towards purchasing decisions for Shopee users in the city of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This exploration aims to see if cost and item quality impact buying interest in AXA Mandiri Yogyakarta. Various Straight Relapse is the examination approach. This examination shows how cost and item quality impact shoppers' longing to purchase AXA Mandiri Yogyakarta. For this examination, non-likelihood inspecting was utilized. Abstract

This study is conducted to examine the role of flash sales, OCR (Online Customer Review), and hedonic value in increasing impulse buying especially for the fashion products sold in the Indonesian e-marketplaces. This research is quantitative explanatory research and the primary data was obtained from an online survey with the sample consisted of 234 respondents taken by applying purposive sampling method.  Data were analyzed using analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that flash sales, OCR, and hedonic value have positive and significant effect on the impulse buying of fashion products in e-marketplace. These results imply that to increase consumer’s impulse buying toward fashion products, the marketers or sellers in the e-marketplace should make effective marketing strategy by conducting frequent flash sales while stimulating positive OCR and hedonic value.

Abstract

Minimarkets represent a critical sector within the retail industry, playing a fundamental role in fulfilling the daily requirements of consumers, amidst a persistent uptrend in sales value. Within the progressively competitive commercial environment, the comprehension of Customer Value has emerged as a pivotal element in augmenting Satisfaction, consequently fostering customer Loyalty, which stands as a crucial component of Consumer Behavior and is essential for ensuring the continuity of business operations. The principal aim of this research is to examine the influence of Customer Value on Consumer Behavior among minimarket customers in the Jabodetabek area. A total of 376 minimarket customers in Jabodetabek area were surveyed via an online questionnaire for data collection. The methodological approach utilized for data analysis involved the application of Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Customer Value factors such as Product Excellence, Service Excellence, Social Value, and Aesthetics play a crucial role in influencing customer Satisfaction. Nevertheless, the Efficiency dimension does not demonstrate a notable impact on Satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction plays a significant role in fostering customer loyalty. The conclusions drawn from this study emphasize the need for minimarket businesses to continuously assess customer satisfaction levels by leveraging Customer Value, in turn enhancing customer loyalty and nurturing more resilient links between minimarkets and consumers in the Jabodetabek region.

Abstract

Studying the effect of online promotions, prices, and a Korean brand ambassador on Central Lombok residents' interest in repurchasing Scarlett Whitening was the primary goal of this research. This research used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling strategy of 100 respondents, a questionnaire as its research instrument, and SPSS for data testing. This study found that online promotion, prices, and the Korean brand ambassador had a positive and significant impact on Scarlett's whitening rebuying interest in Central Lombok by 52.7%, with the remaining 42.3% influenced by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what culinary potentials can be developed in supporting the city of Makassar as a culinary tourism city, the obstacles in developing culinary tourism, and the role of culinary tourism in supporting the city of Makassar towards a creative city. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the potential of the city of Makassar to become a culinary tourism city includes culinary development that represents Makassar's character, the development of traditional culinary/restaurant communities, the use of local raw materials and unique cooking techniques by culinary entrepreneurs, the availability of traditional food markets and industries, the tradition of organizing culinary promotion activities, culinary centers, and educational centers specializing in creative fields. Obstacles include low standards of human resource management and service to consumers, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and an unhealthy business climate. The role of culinary tourism in supporting the city of Makassar to become a creative city is as the main engine for the creative industry in the culinary sector and the spearhead of the development of the creative economy so that it can accelerate the achievements of the National Economic Recovery program.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the role of Balinese culture, strategy and impact on improving human resources for craftsmen in Tenganan Pegringsingan Village. The data analysis technique used is a non-statistical analysis technique because the data in this research is qualitative data which prioritizes descriptions and arguments from researchers and sources. The results of the research state that Balinese culture, especially gringsing woven cloth, has an important role for the world, namely being a cultural asset and can be used as a means of improving the regional economy. Balinese culture, especially gringsing woven cloth, has a big impact on improving human resources for gringsing woven cloth craftsmen. Based on this research, it is necessary to preserve culture, increase human resources and utilize large events such as the G20 Presidency. In order to be able to provide reference contributions in the field of management economics and be able to provide suggestions and criticism to Gringsing woven fabric entrepreneurs to always maintain and improve product quality.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the influence of proficiency, transformational supervision and enjoyment of work on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. This research is kind ofof quantitative analysis and consists ofo 32 employees as the research population and sample. Data collection is carried out through questionnaire techniques using survey method. Data analysis uses SPSS 23 software which includes multiple linear regression test, classical test and hypothesis test, Based on the results of the analysis, research shows that proficiency has significantly give a positive influence both simultaneously and partially on the employee productivity. Transformational supervision also has significantly give  a positive effect simultaneously and partially on employee productivity. Meanwhile, enjoyment of work simultaneously has significantly give a positive effect on PT performance. SF Garment Manufacturing. Research variables have coefficient determination 83,6% to influence the productivity of company’s employee. So, research in the future still needed to analyze other variable out from the research variables that already exist in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), beban kerja, dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain penelitian explanatory research. Sampel pada penelitian iniadalah karyawan PT PLN Tarakan Region Sulawesi II Kota Kendari yakni sebanyak 45 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan K3, biaya kerja, dan konflik kerja secara signifikan berhubungan dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT PLN Tarakan Region Sulawesi II Kota Kendari.
