Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many industrial companies in Banten Province, resulting in a wave of layoffs for workers/laborers in Banten Province. The company that terminates the employment relationship of the employee on the grounds of Force Majeur or coercive circumstances. The purpose of this study was to determine the legal review of Termination of Employment Due to COVID-19 for Workers in Banten Province. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method, with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Legal material is analyzed by induction and interpretation syllogism. The results of the analysis show that: The Juridical Review of Termination of Employment Due to COVID-19 on Workers in Banten Province, is still not in accordance with existing policies, because the company terminates employment on the grounds of "force majeure" caused by the pandemic COVID-19, but the provisions in Article 164 paragraph (1) of the Manpower Act stipulate that the reason for layoffs due to "force majeure" can only be applied if the company has suffered losses for 2 (two) consecutive years, while the pandemic COVID-19 has only been around for a year

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentangprogram Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) sebagai sarana edukasi keluarga yang ada pada Desa Curah Dringu Kecamatan Tongas Kabupaten Probolinggo. Program  Bina  Keluarga  Remaja merupakan  salah  satu  program  yang dikembangkan  oleh  Badan  Kependudukan Keluarga  Berencana  Nasional  (BKKBN)  dalam upaya  menciptakan  ketahanan  keluarga  dan mewujudkan  peningkatan  kualitas  remaja sebagai  implementasi  Undang-Undang  Nomor 52  Tahun  2009Pasal  48  ayat  1  yang  berisi mengenai  kebijakan  pembangunan  keluarga, lebih  lanjutnya  tertera  pada  poin  (b)  yang menyebutkan:  “Peningkatan  kualitas  remaja dengan  pemberian  akses  informasi,  pendidikan, konseling,  dan  pelayanan  tentang  kehidupan berkeluarga”.Tujuan dari program BKR ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota keluarga terhadap kelangsungan perkembangan remaja, menumbuhkan rasa cinta dan kasih sayang antara orang tua dan anak remajanya, terlaksananya diteksi ini terhadap setiap gejala yang memungkinkan timbulnya kesenjangan hubungan antara orang tua dan anak remajanya, serta tercipta sarana hubungan yang sesuai yang didukung sikap dan perilaku yang rasional dalam tanggung jawab orang tua.

Abstract

In various dimensions of social life, especially in the social, economic and political dimensions, there are differences in the quality of roles between men and women, where the quality of women's roles in these three dimensions is still very weak. This cannot be separated from the social order and system that develops in society, such as labels given to women which indirectly hinder women's movements. The maximum role of academic institutions is also expected to improve the quality of women's roles. If we pay attention so far, it is very clear that the role of academic institutions has not been able to function optimally in improving the quality of women's roles. Therefore, this discussion wants to explain the quality of women's roles in social, economic and political aspects, as well as what steps academic institutions must take to make this happen.

Abstract

Rivers are an important element in the hydrological cycle and have a crucial role in providing clean water, supporting plant and animal life, and meeting human needs in various sectors. This study aims to analyze the participation of the river flow community on the environmental sustainability of the Brang Biji River, Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a mixed research method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches with data collection techniques through interviews with informants, direct field observations and distribution of questionnaires to respondents, namely the people in the Brang Biji river and other secondary data collection in the form of written data from various libraries and photographs. documentation during research. The results showed that the value of community participation in efforts to preserve the Brang Biji River was relatively low at 46.825%, which means that it was not yet included in the participation level of 62.50% - 81.24% which was declared "participating". However, when viewed from the results of the interviews contained in the questionnaire, it was stated that only 25% participated while 65% of the community admitted that they had never participated in efforts to maintain and preserve the river flow. Community participation in various conservation programs will increase their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental sustainability and can also contribute significantly to protecting river flows.

Abstract

The Eastern Sector Red Belt Road is an acceleration of infrastructure development of 3T (frontier, remote and underdeveloped) areas in the nawa cita program. The implementation of the nawa cita program in the Belu-Atambua border area is 179.99 km of state roads, 44 bridges and street lights. Approximately 5 (five) years of the construction of the Eastern Sector Red Belt Road has been completed, there are several positive opportunities for the community, especially Sisi Village and Nualain Village as users. The positive impact is one of the measures for the success of the nawa cita program for the 3T community in Sisi Village and Nualain Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk Temperamen, role, dan status dalam Novel Kartini karya Abidah El Khalieqy: Tinjauan Sastra Feminis Radikal Perspektif Kate Millet. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik close reading. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa di dalam novel Kartini karya Abidah El Khalieqy terdapat bentuk-bentuk 1. Temperamen yang terdiri dari lima komponen yaitu: a. tidak tunduk, b tidak lemah, c. tidak emosional, d. keibuan, dan e. efektif. 2. Role yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu: a. mengasuh anak, b. memenuhi kebutuhan suami, dan c. menjalani pingitan. 3. Status yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu: a. sebagai istri, b. sebagai anak, dan c. sebagai priyayi.

Abstract

This article discusses the history of the birth of the secular Islamic State of Turkey and the ideas of reform carried out by Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in various fields and its transformation into a modern, secular state. The method used in this research is a literature review using a qualitative approach. The analysis used to analyze the data is content analysis. The research results show that Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was one of the qualified Islamic reformers of the 19th century. He has made a major contribution to changing the mindset of Turkish society. By changing the old order that had become a tradition in the Ottoman Empire, and forming it into a new face with a style of thinking that actually did not change "Islam" but only changed the mindset and order of life of Muslims to adapt to the demands of the times. Islamic values were formed, a caliphate, a republic and even a secular one. Even though symbols are also important, what is more important is that the people are able to convey the substance of Islam in every movement of their people's lives. His ideas have brought Turkey to become a developed country that is on par with the international world as well as proving that Islamic government is a government that is in line with the demands of the times.

Abstract

Labuhan Bontong Village, Tarano Sub-District is one of the largest salt-producing villages in Sumbawa Regency. However, marketing issues such as limited market access, competition with imported salt, and unstable prices continue to hinder the local salt industry in this area. This research aims to determine the marketing strategies carried out by the local farmer group in Labuhan Bontong Village, Tarano Sub-District. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the Marketing Mix 7P theory. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy of salt by the local farmer group only shows a few strategies such as salt production carried out near the coast and the presence of physical evidence in the form of machine technology that can lift seawater into salt plots, while some do not show any strategies yet, such as pricing that still depends on time/season, promotion still through word of mouth, and the marketing process still uses sacks.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Report Quality, CEO Article Career Concern, and CEO Gender on Investment Efficiency with Good Governance as a Moderating variable. This research method uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with Eviews statistical tools. This study uses a sample of 680 observations of non-financial companies in Indonesia during 2022 using panel regression. The results showed that the quality of financial statements has no effect on investment efficiency. The quality of financial statements that has no effect is possible because the overinvestment scenario also has no effect. In this condition, the quality of financial statements has not been able to mitigate the occurrence of overinvestment due to the high agency level. Meanwhile, in underinvestment conditions, the quality of financial reporting has a significant positive effect, which means that the quality of financial reporting can reduce underinvestment because the quality of financial reporting can be used to attract external funds so that the company avoids underinvestment conditions. The career concern variable of the president director has no effect on investment efficiency, this is possible because in underinvestment conditions it also has no effect because most sample companies do not experience funding constraints so that the career concern of the president director does not mitigate underinvestment. Meanwhile, in overinvestment conditions, it has a positive effect. Thus, the concern of the CEO can reduce the occurrence of overinvestment. Good governance variables affect investment efficiency.

Abstract

Setiap negara selalu berusaha meningkatkan pembangunan, kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran rakyatnya. Salah satu usaha yang cenderung dilakukan oleh negara adalah menarik sebanyak mungkin investasi asing masuk ke negaranya. Dalam UU Penanaman Modal terdapat tiga prinsip: Pertama, Kepastian hukum dengan dianutnya beberapa asas penting seperti perlakuan sama antara penanaman modal dalam dan luar negeri, transparansi dan akuntabilitas; Kedua, Penegasan garansi terhadap tindakan nasionalisasi dan penyelesaian sengketa; dan Ketiga, Penyerderhanaan prosedur dan perizinan penanaman modal melalui mekanisme pelayanan terpadu satu pintu serta kemudahan dan keringanan yang diperlukan. Pembangunan ekonomi bukanlah hanya tanggung jawab pemerintah maupun warganya, tetapi juga merupakan tanggung jawab bagi penanam modal. Diaturnya tanggung jawab sosial bagi penanam modal merupakan dasar hukum bagi penanam modal dalam memperhatikan lingkungan sekitarnya, sehingga dengan adanya perusahaan di suatu daerah dan melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosialnya, maka secara tidak langsung perusahaan tersebut/ penanam modal turut membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.
