Abstract

Handling of children's cases in Indonesia is based on the Regulation of the Minister of State for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection concerning Guidelines for Handling Child Victims of Violence. Sexual violence committed against minors will of course have an impact on the psychological aspects and other development of the child. This research aims to determine the treatment of child victims of criminal acts of sexual violence that has been implemented in Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi Province, research that examines empirical juridical . Which reviews the existence of sexual violence committed against children. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques. So we need a way to ensure that acts of violence against children do not continue to be carried out and firm action must be taken by the government who commits violence. So it is deemed necessary to confirm the regulations that have been implemented by the government, especially Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.

Abstract

Industri fesyen menghasilkan 20 persen air limbah global dan 10 persen emisi karbon global, menjadikannya salah satu industri paling berpolusi di dunia. Salah satu negara dengan yang industri garmen dan tenaga kerja murah dalam jumlah yang banyak membuat negara ini menjadi salah satu eksportir garmen readymade terbesar kedua di dunia setelah China. Meskipun demikian, fast fashion menyebabkan konsekuensi lingkungan yang parah di Bangladesh. Produksi tekstil menghasilkan 1,2 miliar ton emisi gas rumah kaca setiap tahun dan mengkonsumsi banyak air. Namun Bangladesh sudah menjadi salah satu tempat yang paling rentan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan yang berbahaya di dunia karena adanya industri fast fashion ini, selain itu dengan padatnya penduduk dan dikelilingi oleh sistem sungai akan mengancam pertanian dan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Greenpeace sebagai organisasi Internasional yang bergerak di bidang lingkungan dalam menyikapi permasalahan ini serta upaya-upaya yang telah dilakukannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data sekunder, seperti buku-buku mengenai teori-teori organisasi internasional, lingkungan hidup, dan buku-buku lain sejenis yang berhubungan dengan peran organisasi internasional. Hasil penelitian sebagai organisasi non pemerintah internasional yang memiliki fokus pada isu-isu lingkungan, Greenpeace mencoba menciptakan norma internasional baru yaitu penghapusan bahan kimia berbahaya selama pembuatan pakaian. Selain itu, Greenpeace memprakarsai Detox Campaign on Fashion, dengan agenda utama pembersihan atau penghilangan bahan-bahan kimia berbahaya dari produksi industri tekstil di Bangladesh.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the extent to which material criminal law was applied in the panel of judges' consideration of elements of unlawful acts in cases of criminal acts of corruption where the defendant was a debtor who had defaulted (bad credit) on his loan installments. Knowing the extent to which judges provide legal considerations using the lex specialist derogate generaly principle approach, as well as the existence of contradictions between Constitutional Court Decision Number 003/PUU-IV/2006 in the criminal justice practice order. The results of this research show that judges still apply unlawfulness in a positive function first without conducting an in-depth study and truly exploring whether the act is indeed an act that is considered evil and reprehensible to the wider community. Judges, in looking at the unlawful nature of material law, must consider the unlawful nature of the law in its negative function, not only in its positive function, so that actions carried out, even though they meet the formulation of an offense but do not violate negative material law, can be used as a justification that does not harm the state, does not benefit themselves, other people and corporations and the perpetrator's legal obligations are not subject to punishment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what efforts have been made in the Development of Human Resources of the Apparatus as well as obstacles that become obstacles in the implementation of Human Resources Development of the Apparatus at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, aimed at describing and describing existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering, which pay more attention to the characteristics, quality and interrelationships between activities. Collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and document review. Then the data is analyzed using data analysis steps carried out by reducing research data, displaying data, drawing conclusions and triangulating research data.The focus of this research is the implementation of apparatus human resource development, namely the implementation of technical education and training and the implementation of structural managerial education and training at the Staffing Agency and Human Resources Development of East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is concluded that the implementation of human resource development of the apparatus, namely the implementation of technical education and training and managerial structural education and training at the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of East Bolaang Mongondow Regency is not optimal with several obstacles.

Abstract

This Hallidayan transitivity study explores how social media is represented in the reading texts of a nationally issued English textbook for Indonesian year-twelve students. In particular, this study aims to reveal the transitivity system patterns constructed in the reading materials about social media. This study adopted qualitative perspective as the approach and content/text analysis as the method. The data were reading materials of three chapters selected purposely from an English textbook. The reading texts then were analysed into Hallidayan six types of process, namely material, mental, behavioural, verbal, existential, and relational clauses.  After that, each process type was further analysed. The findings firstly reveal that material (55%), mental (30%), and relational clauses (12%) appear in sequence as the dominant process types. Other processes were also found in the data but their occurrences are limited, namely 1% for each of behavioural, verbal, and existential clauses. Secondly, the findings expose that each process type is patterned distinctively in representing different issues about social media. It is expected that the findings of this study contribute to how to represent events in English textbooks functionally so that the educational goal set by book can be obtained. Despite its findings, this study relies only on a single book as the data source. Further studies can make use of more data sets.

Abstract

n a society that is predominantly Muslim, Donggo is a model of diversity because there are various monotheistic religions and different cultures that have developed in the region. This research aims to determine the social and cultural practices and systems of Islamic society in Donggo by using descriptive qualitative research which emphasizes the interview approach as the main basis for data collection. The methods include deductive and inductive methods as a comparison material, and then conclusions can be drawn. The research results show that the social system of the Donggo community is built on the basis of joint deliberation in the development of Islamic culture, both physical development and massive Islamic preaching carried out in the area. The Islamic social and cultural principles of the Donggo community amidst multiculture are carried out together to resolve existing problems.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the instillation of tolerance values in overcoming bullying behavior in class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Gumantar. The type of research used is qualitative. The subjects of this research are school principals, class teachers and students. The data collection process includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the teacher's efforts to instill the value of tolerance as an effort to overcome bullying behavior among students at SD Negeri 1 Gumantar are carried out using a habituation pattern, namely, in instilling the value of tolerance, children are always accustomed to saying help when they need help from the teacher and Get used to saying sorry when you make a mistake. Seating arrangements, namely, can help students interact more closely regardless of background. teaches mutual respect, that is, develops children emotionally to respect others. encouraging discussion, namely, through group discussions students can work together without paying attention to background aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of interest of music listeners through Spotify and Joox platforms. The method of research used is a qualitative descriptive method by conducting interviews with several students who use music applications. The results of research conducted from this study can be seen more Spotify application users than the Joox application because Spotify application users more often use the application in the context of studying, doing homework, which is listened to when at home or outside.

Abstract

This study aims to review the contribution of village government and its impact on maternal and child health in Medan Estate Village, Percut Sei Tua District. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The study used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The success of improving the quality of public services reflects good government performance. The results of the research obtained are, in implementing public service improvement programs, the Medan Estate village government implements several programs such as maternal and child health programs through posyandu. The program includes the distribution of KTP (beans, eggs, bananas) which is given every month to children under five while for pregnant women and the elderly it is given every 3 months and providing spiritual understanding to prospective brides.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Education and History as a medium for the transmission of knowledge and culture. In simple terms, everything that is known is called knowledge, and all knowledge that is compiled based on scientific principles is called science. Culture can be defined as the result of creation, work and human taste which also includes science. Science can be understood as a set or collection of knowledge that is organized and has systematic procedures and has scientific steps. Science gives birth to and supports the creation of culture, and then this culture develops and preserves that knowledge. In the process of inheritance or preservation of culture and knowledge, this is where the role of history as a science and education as a system. History as a science which is a record of events that occurred in the past that has distinctive value and has a broad impact on society, history becomes a science that "maintains" and preserves culture. Education has a role in supporting the existence and development of culture and as a forum for the struggle for scientific activities.
