<![CDATA[Perkembangan bahasa anak membutuhkan dorongan dan dukungan yang dilakukan guru. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif dalam mengembangkan bahasa anak tentu harus menyesuaikan kondisi anak seperti kegiatan yang memiliki kesenangan dan daya tarik. Media permainan ular tangga dapat menjadi salah satu upaya guru dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak yang menarik untuk usia anak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa dalam perkembangan bahasa anak melalui media permainan ular tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 MI Muhammadiyah Penaruban. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa memiliki peningkatan dalam perkembangan bahasa yang dilakukan melalui media permainan ular tangga. Peningkatan perkembangan bahasa ini memberikan kepercayaan diri bagi siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The government seeks to realize quality education by improving the quality of human resources through education, in the learning process, supporting facilities and infrastructure are needed in the form of human resources, learning media and the potential of students. The results of interviews with classroom teachers indicate that there are ineffective study habits. Reflected before the learning process, the teacher prepares students and asks students to issue textbooks for the subjects to be studied. The aims of this study are as follows: 1) To examine the relationship between study habits and social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students in Tunjungharjo Village, Tegowanu District, Grobogan. 2) Describe the relationship between study habits and social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students in Tunjungharjo Village, Tegowanu District, Grobogan. There is a positive and significant relationship between study habits and social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN Tunjungharjo 1 and SDN Tunjungharjo 2, Tegowanu District, which is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.641 with a strong level of relationship between study habits and social studies learning outcomes because it is in the 0.60 interval. -0.799 with a contribution of 41.1% and 58.9% influenced by other factors not included in this study. Shown by a correlation coefficient of 0.721 with a strong level of relationship between study habits and learning facilities with social studies learning outcomes because it is in the interval 0.60-0.799 with a contribution of 52% and 48% influenced by other factors not included in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia's rapid population growth, particularly in urban areas, has a significant impact on the environment's carrying capacity. Similarly, the current wastewater problem in Natuna Regency is a project that needs to be undertaken right away by the local government, which, of course, necessitates the cooperation of all parties as well as considerable funding. The purpose of this study is to look at how domestic wastewater management policies are implemented in Natuna Regency. This research used qualitative research with descriptive methods. The theory used is the theory of public policy and public policy implementation. The study's results indicate that the Natuna Regency Wastewater Management Unit's communication, disposition, and bureaucratic indicators have been performing effectively, while the resource indicators continue to face challenges and budgetary constraints. In the meantime, the money and the community's lack of awareness of clean living are stumbling blocks to the adoption of domestic wastewater management rules.]]>

<![CDATA[Moral degradation as a form of weak character is not new among society. More and more cases are occurring due to the fading of karaker values. Character planting should be done as early as possible in order for the nation's successor to be a superior successor. Basically setiaap idividu have character and carry it, it's just necessary strengthening to strengthen it. The purpose of this research is to examine the strengthening of leadership character or leadership based on local wisdom contained in Tere Liye's children's storybook entitled Suku Penunggang Layang-Layang published by Gramedia. This type of research is a library research or research ustaka. Where data is obtained from a number of reading sources and references. The results of this research show that the strengthening of leadership character or leadership based on local wisdom is shown by tetukong or the main character of the story must face conflict between himself and his ability to ride a kite. Anxiety and pressure is what makes Tetukong finally dare to make a decision. Until finally Tetukong was determined to dare to ride a kite and with his belief he was finally able to ride the kite. And finally the story ends with Tetukong being the leader of the kite rider to the fire site.Keyword: strengthening character, leadership, based on local wisdom]]>

<![CDATA[Jakarta has been the country's capital city since prior to the independence of Indonesia. The enactment of Law Number 29 of 2007 concerning the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta confirmed Jakarta to be the capital city of Indonesia. Many dynamics over the years, such as the issue of the capital city will sink, have caused Jakarta to be deemed no longer capable of becoming the nation's capital. The discourse of relocating the capital city since President Soekarno's administration until the Jokowi administration reaffirmed on August 26, 2019, that the Government would move the State Capital from DKI Jakarta province to East Kalimantan Province. The aim is evidenced by the issuance of Law Number 3 2022 for the State Capital, ratified by the House of Representatives on January 18, 2022, and signed by President Joko Widodo on February 15, 2022. The policy to move the capital city was motivated by developing new economic areas, reducing inter-regional, and improving welfare. Based on the SWOT analysis results, the authors found that the relocation of the capital city has more strengths and opportunities than weaknesses and threats, so the relocation of the capital city is expected to impact the Indonesian economy positively.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada saat ini pemanfaatan internet sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kehidupan manusia termasuk juga meningkatkan kinerja dalam bidang pemerintah maupun profesi lainnya. Salah satunya yaitu profesi Notaris. Meskipun kegiatan promosi telah diatur dalam kode etik notaris tetapi masih terdapat notaris yang melakukan pelanggaran tentang pasal promosi. Penelitian ini menggunkan pendekatan/ jenis penelitian yaitu studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan Sanksi yang diberikan kepada notaris yang melakukan promosi nama dan jabatannya dalam media elektronik telah diatur dalam pada Pasal 6 (1) dan (2) dalam KEN (Kode Etik Notaris) dan Pasal 17 ayat 2 dalam UUJN. yaitu notaris akan mendapatkan peringatan, teguran, pemecatan sementara, pemecatan, pemberhentian secara tidak hormat dari keanggotaannya. Sanksi yang dijatuhakan kepada notaris berdasarkan kualitas dan kuantitaas pelanggran yang dilakukan. Jadi notaris wajib memahami larangan maupun kewajiban yang harus sesuai dengan peraturan maupun undang-undang yang menjelaskan kewajiban notaris yang terkandung dalam Pasal 16 dan Pasal 17 UUJN dan Pasal 3 dan Pasal 4 KEN.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find the profile of sustainable regional development news on local television Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is the analysis of the content (content analysis) with the overall population is news item broadcast by local television stations in Southeast Sulawesi Province in the period of October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, and the samples are news items which are included in regional development sustainable regional development issues. Determining sample news item carried by purposive sampling, and data were collected by using coding sheet and the results were analyzed using descriptive statistics. This research resulted in 584 news items about sustainable regional development in hardnews news format, the type of news one side, the source of the news of the government at the provincial level. Media content covers issues or problems of development progress in the economic, social, environmental, socio-economic, the social environment, environmental economics, as well as socio-economic and environmental fields. Actors involved in the development of individuals who are on official institutions and government offices. This suggests that sustainable regional development in Southeast Sulawesi Province has done and getting positive attention for local television.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was aimed to answer research question “Is there any effect of Drill Technique towards students’ vocabulary mastery in learning English?” The kind of this research was an experimental research in which divided into two groups were treated with differently which experimental group was by using drill group and second control group was using three phases. The sample of this research were all of first grade students at SMAN 1 Batulayar consisted of 75 students. This proved by figure of means group, the standard deviation and value of t-test was seen that the mean score of experimental group was higher than the mean score of control group (49.7 for the experimental and 4.47 for the control group). Based on statistical analysis using t-test showed that t-table 3.57 > 2.00 t-table at confidence level 0.05 % (95%) and 3.57 > 2.66 t-table at confidence level 0.01% (90%). Finally, it concludes that the use of Drill Technique has positive effect toward students’ vocabulary mastery in learning English at the first year students of SMAN 1 Batulayar in academic year 2021/2022.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover on Return on Investment. This research was conducted at PT Unilever Tbk for the period 2017-2021. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test with SPSS 22 for Windows application. The results of the F-test analysis with a significant level of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the model used in this study is suitable for further analysis. The results of the t test show that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive effect on Return on Investment. Meanwhile, Total Assets Turnover has a negative effect on the Return on Investment of PT Unilever Tbk.]]>
