And there is the desire of the people of Doyomulyo Village, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency to produce groundwater into bottled drinking water (AMDK). So that Unisla through community service activities wants to improve the quality of Doyomulya village water sources so that they become drinking water that is ready for consumption. In Community Service (PKM) activities, the team used a groundwater treatment method with a modified IPAM prototype. Based on the results of groundwater characteristics obtained, the design of equipment for the drinking water treatment unit in Doyomulyo, Lamongan Regency requires that the filter media for the filter tube are activated carbon, silica sand and manganese zeolite used to remove dissolved particles above 50 ยต in size and can also reduce concentration of iron and organic matter contained. Community Service Program (PKM) activities by FIKES UNISLA in Doyomulya Village have resulted in a planning program for drinking water treatment to increase the demand for drinking water for residents of Doyomulya Village and its surroundings.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide education and assistance to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing an understanding of the basic concepts of taxation, tax rights, and obligations for MSMEs. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out in several stages. The first stage is the planning stage through observation and preliminary interviews on the subject of community service. The second stage is the implementation of activities in the form of training, which is carried out through the presentation of materials, calculation practice, reporting, and tax payment procedures, as well as discussions. The third stage is monitoring, which aims to address the problems faced by MSMEs in fulfilling their tax obligations independently. MSME owners need to be equipped with adequate tax knowledge to increase their awareness of MSME tax compliance. Moreover, limited knowledge is one of the obstacles to the development of MSMEs. Through continuous participation in tax socialization activities such as tax advice and seminars, MSME taxpayers using e-commerce will increase their awareness and compliance. Based on the activities carried out, MSME owners (actors) in Pare Kediri as MSME business operations managers gain a significant understanding of MSME tax rights and obligations. The community service activities still need follow-up activities to ensure that the MSME actors have correctly calculated their tax obligations and have fulfilled their tax obligations by the applicable regulations. Therefore, the community service activities can be continued in the following year's activities.

Abstract

The main problem in Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), one of which is limited capital. Difficulties in obtaining loans or other external capital are partly because MSMEs do not have financial information that is accountable, transparent, has integrity, and is in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards. Apart from that, business financial management is still mixed with household finances, and the lack of knowledge regarding product cost calculations means that MSME products often have higher prices compared to imported products. Community service activities are carried out in collaboration with the Berlian Cooperative in the South Tangerang Region which is engaged in savings and loans and selling traditional Betawi cakes. The aim of this community service (PKM) is to provide education regarding business financial management and mechanisms for calculating costs and product selling prices based on cost accounting. The implementation method is in the form of lectures and simulations of calculating product costs and recording simple financial reports. The results of PKM activities show that the results of questionnaires distributed at the pre-activity stage show that this MSME group still has problems related to business bookkeeping and proper financial management so the average MSME actor in this group still does not know the exact amount of income and costs, and the profits generated from their efforts. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out further training and assistance related to financial management and literacy in banking and non-banking financial services so that MSME players can develop their businesses.
