Abstract

Problems of food additives are one component of various nutritional problems in society. The main cause is a lack of understanding and knowledge from the food industry players, followed by a lack of user or consumer attention to the quality and safety of the food consumed. Housewives play a very important role in the quality and safety of food within the family. This study aims to determine the extent about the housewives knowledge of using food additives. This research was conducted using a survey method with respondents who have children under five in the West Pajang Environment, Pejanggik Subdistrict, Mataram. The data collected from 66 respondents was obtained with Ms. Excel 2010. The results of the study indicated that the knowledge of mothers in the Pajang Barat environment, Pejanggik Subdistrict, Mataram City, regarding the use of BTP was in the very good category, especially in the definition of BTP, the types of preservatives and the effects of using BTP in the long term. Meanwhile, the attitude of the mothers has been good, except for the attitude to pay attention to the packaging labels before buying snacks. From these results we can be seen that there is a tendency between education, level of knowledge and attitudes shown by mothers in West Pajang regarding the use of good food additives

Abstract

Fatigue is mental or physical fatigue that makes it difficult for a person to work comfortably and effectively. One of the factors contributing to reducing the level of work fatigue is by fulfilling worker nutrition so as to improve health. The risks of burnout include work-related stress, work-related illnesses and work-related accidents. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status, breakfast habits and work fatigue among employees of fast ferry shipping companies. This type of research used an analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out at Sengig Port, West Lombok Regency, Nusa Tenggara. The sample of this research is the entire crew of the three fast boat fleets with a total of 41 samples. The research variables are nutritional status, breakfast habits and work fatigue. Nutritional status data is obtained by directly measuring body weight and height. Breakfast data was obtained by interviewing using a 24-hour recall form. Fatigue data was obtained using a fatigue questionnaire. The results showed that most of the workers used to have breakfast, almost 68.3%. Respondents who had normal nutritional status were 51.2% and workers who experienced mild fatigue were 58.5%. Statistical test results for breakfast with nutritional status obtained p = 0.01, statistical tests for breakfast with fatigue obtained p = 0.23, and statistical test results for nutritional status with fatigue obtained p = 0.37. there is a relationship between breakfast, nutritional status and fatigue in workers but there is a relationship between breakfast habits and nutritional status in fast boat company employees at Senggigi port

Abstract

Approximately 1 (one) year before the 2024 general election, unusual statements will be very sensitive and can cause political turmoil. The contradiction of identity politics began with the statement of the General Chairman of the Ummat Party in the Rakernas, which immediately received a response from various parties. From the results of the author's search, there is no legislation that absolutely prohibits identity politics. The creation of balance or opposition that causes division is highly dependent on election participants, especially political parties. Then because there is no legislation that prohibits identity politics absolutely, it does not necessarily make identity politics harmless. The handling of the dangers of identity politics is to place identity politics into election regulations, and provide clear limits related to identity politics.

Abstract

Obstacles faced by the Government in carrying out road preservation activities are differences in perceptions of handling priorities from both the Regional Government and the community and budget constraints. The source of the data is the results of observations in the field and data on sub-district roads in Pemenang District, North Lombok Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data to obtain the research objective, namely to analyze priority handling of roads that will be rehabilitated/repaired and/or maintained on a regular basis. Based on the results of data processing using PKRMS, it can be concluded that the priority for handling the road and the recommendations for handling it are the Linker Selatan Pemenang – Tanjung road section which is the first priority with recommendations for handling rehabilitation in the first year and periodically in the third and fifth years. In second place is the Pemenang-Tebango Bolot road section with recommendations for treatment, namely rehabilitation in the first year and periodically in the second year. Furthermore, the Mubasirun-Terengan road section with recommendations for handling rehabilitation in the first year. In fourth place is the Pemenang-Bangsal road section with recommendations for handling rehabilitation in the first year and periodic maintenance in the second and fifth years.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyse simultaneous and partial effects of debt equity ratio, asset turn over on value company at stated owned companies in subsector construction in Indonesia stock eschange. Sample of this research covers 4 out of 4 population listed construction companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Those samples have been selected using purposive sampling technique. This is a associative research using multiple linear regressions as an analysis method. Partially, only asset turn over effect the value of companies. Simultaneous test of multiple linear regressions indicates that debt equity ratio, asset turn over  perform significant effects on value company. The effect is 99,2 % and the rest 0,8 % has been affected by other factors.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to: (1) analyze the income of farmers from the Community Forestry (Hkm) program in Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency; (2) Analyze the contribution of farmers' income from the Community Forestry (HKm) program to HKm Farmer household income in Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency and (3) Analyze the level of welfare of farmer households from the Community Forestry program in Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency. The method used is descriptive method, while data collection is done by survey technique. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that: (1) The average household income of HKm farmers participating in the HKm program in Samblia district, East Lombok Regency was IDR 21,657,140/year or IDR 1,804,762/year. month; (2) The HKm program household income contribution is 71.09%, while non-HKm (outside HKm) is 28.91%; and (3) the level of well-being of participating HKm farmer households based on the category of well-being level and/or poverty level according to the World Bank, BPS criteria, Sayogyo found that all three well-being standards give results slightly different. Under the BPS criteria, the farmer household participating in the HKm program in Sambalia district, East Lombok, is classified as non-poor. Although in general the categories were like this, after a deeper study, 30.30 percent of the respondents were in the poor category and 69.70 percent in the non-poor category. Based on World Bank criteria, HKm farmer households were found not to be in the poor category, but in fact there were 24.24% of respondents who were in the poor category and 73.70% were not. They were poor. Meanwhile, according to the Sayogyo criteria, HKm participating farmer households were in the category of 60.61% non-poor, 27.27% near poor, 12.12% poor and not very poor.

Abstract

In the context of fiscal decentralization, regions are required to increase independence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the ratio of regional independence and potential local revenue (PAD) in East Lombok Regency. The method used in this study is a mixed method, namely quantitative and qualitative. From the research results it was found that the East Lombok Regional Independence Ratio value in the 2018-2022 period ranged from 11.321 percent to 14.737 percent or was in the range of 0-25%; meaning that it belongs to the category of very low financial ability with an instructive relationship pattern. Meanwhile, various PAD that have the potential to be developed for increasing PAD towards regional independence, namely regional taxes, regional levies, regional wealth management results, and other income.

Abstract

This is a conceptual article discussing the phenomenon of staycations, or vacations taken in the same location as one's workplace, between bosses and female employees that has gone viral on social media. This practice can potentially lead to sexual harassment of female employees and reaffirms the domination of men over women in the workplace. Furthermore, many staycation victims are reluctant to report incidents due to a lack of trust in the state's protection system for its citizens. In this article, the author will discuss factors that contribute to victims' reluctance to report such harassment, such as gender inequality and power imbalances in work relationships. As a solution, an active role is needed from the government and companies to ensure the safety and protection of employee rights, especially for women. In addition, there is a need for increased awareness and education about workers' rights and self-protection against sexual harassment in the workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of the State Administrative Court is basically to protect the legal interests of the community from arbitrary actions or abuse of authority by the government, given the vast scope of government employment. The State Administrative Court is held to resolve disputes between the Government and its citizens, namely disputes that arise as a result of Government actions deemed to have violated the rights of its citizens. elements of the state law, so that in this study the aim is to find out in the process of delaying the implementation of State Administrative decisions in State Administrative disputes, then in research using normative legal research research methods which can be defined by a process to find a rule of law, legal principles, as well as legal doctrines to answer the legal issues at hand, the result of this research is that the conditions for requesting a postponement of the implementation of State Administrative Decisions can be seen from the provisions of article 67 of Law Number 9 of 2004 and Circular Letter of the Supreme Court No. or 2 of 1991 concerning instructions for the implementation of several provisions in Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning the transition of state administration. So that in postponing a State administrative decision it can be granted if it fulfills the following conditions: a). a request for postponement of the implementation of a State administrative decision can be filed simultaneously in a lawsuit, b) there is a very urgent situation which results in the interests of the plaintiff being greatly harmed if the state administrative decision being sued is still carried out and c). there is no public interest in the framework of development that requires the implementation of the decision.

Abstract

The number of cases of child marriage in West Lombok Regency experienced a significant increase during the Covid-19 period. From January to July 2020, 15 percent of cases of child marriage were recorded from 5,000 marriages. There are many cases of child marriage in Bengkel Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency. This study aimed to analyze the problems of implementing marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bengkel Village. Meanwhile, the research method used is empirical legal research. The results showed that the issues of implementing child marriage that occurred in Bengkel Village during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely that 2 couples wanted to carry outchild marriage, and 1 couple was prevented by the village by involving the KPAI so that the wedding did not take place. Meanwhile, another couple persisted in continuing their wedding because they did not violate religious or customary provisions. Several factors cause child marriage in Bengkel Village, namely education, economics, and habits. One of the efforts that can be made to overcome these factors is to cooperate with the courts, police, Babin, KPAI, KB, heads of departments, and heads of local hamlets to conduct outreach to underage children in the area.
