Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan dana coorporate social responbility (CSR) apakah memperlemah ataupun justru memperkuat. Penelitian kami memberikan wawasan bagaimana profitabilitas melalui dana CSR tersebut dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan nilai lingkungan dan sosial. jika perusahaan tersebut semakin berkembang dan meluas maka perusahaan tersebut semakin luas juga untuk memanfaatkan sumber-sumber alam maupun masyarakat sosial semakim meluas dan citra terlihat baik dimasyarakat maka secara tidak langsung dapat meningatkan profitabilitasnya. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 sampel perusahaan sektor pertambangan dan sektor industri dasar dan kimia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling selama periode 2016-2018 sementara metode analisis yang kami gunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang menggunakan indicator Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dana Coorporate Social Responbility tidak signifikan dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dana Coorporate Social Responbility mampu memoderasi secara positif atau memperkuat hubungan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pada variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel tersebut dapat menjelaskan nilai perusahaan sebesar 44,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,7% dipengaruhi oleh varibel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance in non-profit organizations. In addition, this study also explores the role of moderators of collaborative conflict management on the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. This study involved 232 respondents from 58 teams / working groups from non-profit organizations namely college scouts, libraries, village level government institutions, early childhood education, PKK organizations and dasa wisma. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicate that the composition of perceptual task conflicts negatively affects group performance. However, there is not enough evidence of the role of collaboration conflict management in with the influence of the composition of the conflict on the task of the group on group performance. Several implications are given based on the results of this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of quality of educational services during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the dimensions of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research is descriptive research and survey research. Research respondents are students of the Economic Education study program at Jenderal Sudirman University. The study results indicate that the five dimensions of the quality of academic services as a whole are considered sufficient. So it can be concluded that the quality of academic services provided by the Economic Education Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unsoed during the Covid-19 pandemic is considered quite good and can be improved to meet the quality of excellent academic services.

Abstract

Financial decisions in the company are an important part that is very influential on operational and financial performance. The survival of a company is showed from an operational activity that carried out, so that the company gets the desired results. Financial decisions in the form of working capital policies are important for the survival of the company. Companies can use working capital to get good financial performance. Financial performance can be reflected in profitability and firm value. The role of working capital towards financial performance in companies involves other factors, namely firm size. Large companies with assets have quite a lot of different policies on the use of working capital. This impact will affect the financial performance produced. Associated with the size of the company, this study examines working capital for financial performance by considering firm size. The study aims to examine working capital for financial performance. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a study period of three years 2015 to 2017. Test results showed the relationship of working capital to financial performance by considering firm size. With this connection, it shows the importance of using woking capital that is good enough to generate profitability and firm value. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang dimediasi oleh kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada kantor BPR BKK Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas. Pemilihan sampel didasarkan pada Metode pengambilan sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan partial least square dan dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan memiliki efek positif pada kinerja keuangan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kinerja pegawai memediasi pada dampak tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of fintech-based financial services on financial literacy and financial inclusion on Medium Enterprises in Purwokerto. To test the empirical model, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used. Other analysis tools used included AMOS 21.0, SPSS 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The number of samples in this study was 108 micro business owners. The results of this study indicate that fintech-based financial services have a positive influence on financial literacy and micro-business financial inclusion in Purwokerto.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the program of internationalization of UMKM Creative Industries in Purbalingga . Respondents in this study are the SMEs Creative Industries business people who are considered to have knowledge about the Creative Industry in Purbalingga. Data collection using in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the analysis concluded that several factors lead to non-optimal of Creative Industry MSEs internationalization programs sequences was lack of financial, managerial capabilities, lack of information, government support, and the international environment. In order to optimal, Creative Industry of MSMEs internationalization programs should be conducted to use counseling and sustainable facilitation, in which the government and successful entrepreneurs in the international market help entrepreneurs MSMEs creative industries in Purbalingga to succeed in the international market.

Abstract

An associative and quantitative research study through survey method, on every individual who uses OVO mobile payment application on their respective phone that lived in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. The title of this research are “User Acceptance of OVO Mobile Payment Application Users (Case Study in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah)”.The aim of this research was to analyze the user acceptance of OVO mobile payment application users in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, by examing the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, habit, price value, hedonic motivation, against behavioral intention to use, which moderated by age. This research’s population are every men and women who lives in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, who uses OVO mobile payment. Based on prior survey, this research took a huge amount of participants, consists of 133 respondents, which gained by using the purposive sampling method. Refers to the research results and data analysis, using the PLS-SEM analysis, shown that: (1) performance expectancy is insignificant on behavioral intention to use, (2) effort expectancy has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use, (3) facilitating conditions is insignificant on behavioral intention to use, (4) habit has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use, (5) price value gives a positive effect on behavioral intention to use, (6) hedonic motivation gives a positive effect on behavioral intention to use. Furthermore, according to the moderating hypotheses results, it concluded that user’s age moderates and enhance the positive effect of effort expectancy, habit, and hedonic motivation, whereas performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and price value are not moderated and enhanced by the user’s age. Based on prior explanation, OVO company should improve their application’s performance, provide a better support for the customer (e.g. customer support), and also differentiate their services and promos in order to gain potential customers from every age group in society.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Industry 4.0 has produced many changes in all fields of industry, one of which is FinTech as an innovation in the financial sector. This study aims to fill the gaps of various previous studies by testing the DeLone and McLean Models. As well as testing how the role of privacy concerns can reduce perceptions of information quality in intentions to use FinTech. The object of this research is SMEs in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that perceptions about the quality of information and services have a positive and significant effect on intention to use FinTech. The factor of privacy concern as a moderating variable has an important role in influencing the intention to adopt technology, so someone who has high concerns can reduce the intention to use online loans. OJK as the owner of the highest authority in the field of finance and banking, is expected to be able to guarantee the safety of online loans, in order to reduce the concerns of MSME owners regarding data that might be misused if using online loans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leader’s dark triad traits (narcissism, Machiavellianism, dan psychopathy), abusive supervision, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap niat keluar kerja karyawan (turnover intention). Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan penyedia barang promosi, Jakarta. Sebanyak 68 karyawan staff diminta untuk menilai tiga sifat kepribadian dan abusive supervision atasan langsungnya, serta evaluasi diri mengenai turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja melalui kuesioner online. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa leader’s dark triad traits kecuali leader’s narcissism berpengaruh positif terhadap abusive supervision; hanya leader’s psychopathyyang berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan positif terhadapturnover intention; abusive supervision tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnoverintention, namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja; kepuasankerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Dapat disimpulkanbahwa psychopathy merupakan sifat kepribadian pemimpin yang palingmerugikan organisasi karena memicu karyawan untuk meninggalkanperusahaan.
