Abstract

There are still 40% of students who have not reached the KKM score on the subject matter, especially the KPK and FPB material, so researchers try to provide solutions by offering attractive learning media as an alternative to learning media. The media referred to in this research is Dakota media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Dakota media on student learning outcomes on the KPK and FPB materials in class IV SDN Kuta Japakeh Pidie Jaya. The approach in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study were all fourth grade students, amounting to 30 students consisting of 18 female students and 12 male students. The technique of collecting data uses tests, the data is analyzed using statistical formulas. The results showed that the learning media using Dakota media had an influence on student learning outcomes on the KPK and FPB material in class IV SDN Kuta Japakeh Pidie Jaya. The average value obtained is 80.25. the results of data processing t_count ≥ ttable, namely 11.18 ≥ 1.699, thus H_o is rejected and H_a is accepted. So based on the H_o decision criteria, namely reject H_o and accept H_ (a.) So it can be concluded that Dakota media has an effect on student learning outcomes on KPK and FPB material in class IV SDN Kuta Japakeh Pidie Jaya

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to describe transformational education leadership in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Education leadership can be transformed through the utilization of information communication technology in managing education institutions. This study is performed as a library research within a qualitative approach by applying phenomenology to analyze the phenomena in the field of education. Data analysis is carried by studying relevant literature to the research problems investigated. The result of study indicated that transformational education leadership in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is established and developed by a having a shared vision in managing education institutions (visioning), developing inspirational education programs (inspiring), driving teachers and employees’ work motivation (stimulating), facilitating teachers and employees’ professional development (coaching), and building a solid team work with fellow school communities in managing education institution.Key words: education leadership, transformational, industrial revolution 4.0Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan pendidikan transformasional di era revolusi industri 4.0. Kepemimpinan pendidikan dapat ditransformasionalkan melalui pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian library research bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dalam menganalisis fenomena dunia pendidikan. Teknik analisis data dengan cara pengkajian literature yang relevan dengan fokus masalah yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan transformasional di era revolusi industri 4.0 dibangun, dan dikembangkan dengan cara penyamaan visi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan (visioning), mengembangkan inspirasi program pendidikan (inspiring), menggerakkan motivasi kerja guru, dan karyawan (stimulating), menfasilitasi pengembangan profesionalisme guru, dan karyawan (coaching),   dan membangun tiem work yang solid dengan sesama warga sekolah dalam pengelolaan satuan pendidikan. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the guided discovery learning model on the Pythagorean theorem material can improve student learning outcomes for Class VIII-7 SMP Negeri 2 Deli Tua District. The object of this research is all students of Class VIII-7 SMP Negeri 2 Deli Tua District, totaling 32 students. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The implementation of this research consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Data was collected through a written test in the form of multiple choices given at the end of the lesson. The results of data analysis showed that student learning outcomes on the Pythagorean theorem material taught by the application of the guided discovery learning model increased in each cycle. The results of the learning evaluation in the first cycle reached an average of 63.50 and while in the second cycle by applying the Make A Match Model learning strategy increased in the second cycle the average value increased to 86.85. So it can be concluded that the guided discovery learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII-7 SMP Negeri 2 Deli Tua.

Abstract

The low achievement of students in science lessons, especially in food biotechnology material has long been a burden on the minds of researchers, many students cannot explain properly and correctly. In the evaluation, many student scores are below the KKM. Teachers still use conventional learning so that the classroom atmosphere becomes passive, this is because students are less enthusiastic and not ready to take lessons. This classroom action research aims to determine the application of the Cooperative Script learning model in improving student achievement. This research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods and class action research approaches, which were carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this classroom action research were students of class IX-3 even semester of SMP Negeri 2 Deli Tua. From the research conducted, it can be seen that there is an increase in learning outcomes achieved by students in mastering the material. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that in cycle 1, students' learning completeness on this material average value is only 69.29, while in cycle 2 by applying the learning strategy Cooperative Script learning model increases in cycle 2 the average value increases to 87.14. Student responses also increased, data from observations on student activities from 52.08% in cycle 1, increased in cycle 2 to 89.58%..

Abstract

Abstract: This research is entitled “Analysis of the Similarities and Differences in Pronunciations of Acehnese in South Aceh and North Aceh Dialect”. This study aims to describe the similarities and differences in the pronunciation of North Aceh dialect and South Aceh dialect. The approach used in this study is aqualitative approach. The data was collected using the observation method with tapping technique followed by listening  proficiently, observing, taking notes, and recording. The data of this research are oral data in the form of words and sentences of Acehnese in the South Aceh dialect and the Nourth Aceh dialect. The data sourtces of this study were native speakers of Acehnese in South Aceh dialect and North Aceh dialect. The researchers selected two sub-districts in each district, namely North Kluet and Kota Bahagia sub district in South Aceh. Meanwhile, the two sub-districts in North Aceh were Muara Batu and Bandar Baro sub-district. The results of the data analysis found that there were pronunciation similaritien, but the meanings were differences in pronunciation similarities, but the meanings were different and there were differences in pronunciation, but the meaning was the same in the South Aceh dialect and the Nourth Aceh dialect.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Persamaan dan Perbedaan Pelafalan dalam Bahasa Aceh Dialek Aceh Selatan dan Dialek Aceh Utara”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persamaan dan perbedaan pelafalan bahasa Aceh dialek Aceh Selatan dan dialek Aceh Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik sadap yang diikuti teknik simak libat cakap, simak bebas libat cakap, catat, dan rekam. Data penelitian ini adalah data lisan berupa kata dan kalimat dialek bahasa Aceh Selatan dan dialek bahasa Aceh Utara. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah penutur asli bahasa Aceh dialek Aceh Selatan dan dialek Aceh Utara, peneliti memilih dua kecamatan di masing-masing kabupaten, yaitu Kecamatan Kluet Utara dan Kecamatan Kota Bahagia di Aceh Selatan; Kecamatan Muara Batu dan Kecamatan  Banda Baro di Aceh Utara. Hasil analisis data menemukan bahwa terdapat persamaan pelafalan, tetapi maknanya berbeda dan terdapat perbedaan pelafalan, tetapi maknanya sama pada dialek bahasa Aceh Selatan dan dialek bahasa Aceh Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Bangun Purba in applying the role playing model through clinical supervision. This study uses a school action research design with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 15 teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Bangun Purba. The research instruments used were clinical supervision instruments, and learning implementation assessment sheets. The results of the study concluded that clinical-based classroom supervision could improve the quality of teacher learning in SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Bangun Purba in applying the role playing model through clinical supervision, according to the results of the assessment of the implementation of learning the average was 55.47 in the first cycle and 89.13 in cycle II.

Abstract

Banyaknya  siswa yang yang tidak dapat memahami persamaan garis lurus dengan baik  dan benar. Dalam evaluasi banyak nilai siswa yang dibawah KKM. Siswa terkesan kurang bergairah dan tidak siap mengikuti pelajaran pada persamaan garis lurus, sehingga suasana kelas menjadi pasif dan tidak variatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan Open–Ended  dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar persamaan garis lurus siswa kelas IX-8 semester genap SMP Negeri 2 kecamatan Deli Tua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (class action research) yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IX-8 semester genap SMP Negeri 2 Deli Tua. Sedangkan obyeknya adalah Pendekatan Open–Ended. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dengan meneliti kondisi awal siswa yang diukur dengan alat tes tertulis dan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus, terlihat adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang dicapai siswa dalam menguasai materi. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada siklus 1 ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi ini nilai rata-rata hanya 65,50 sedangkan pada siklus 2 dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Pendekatan Open–Ended   meningkat pada siklus 2 nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 87,89.

Abstract

 This research using a questionnaire was carried out to determine the learning motivation faced by students in class XI MIPA 6 SMA N 1 PETARUKAN because knowing physics student motivation is very important in online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1. How much motivation to learn physics students in online learning, 2. The role of the questionnaire in knowing the motivation to learn physics students in online learning. This research uses the type of research in the form of students filling out a link containing a learning motivation questionnaire where 35 students of class XI MIPA 6 SMA N 1 PETARUKAN are given a link in the form of a questionnaire about learning motivation in online learning. The resulting data regarding students' learning motivation was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. In this study, data showed that students' learning motivation in online learning was from each indicator, namely: 1. Knowing the desire to learn 2. Knowing the need to learn 3. Knowing the virtues of good grades 4. Knowing their own efforts in learning 5. Knowing the environment conducive learning. The average data yielded Strongly Agree 56.4% (Medium), Agree 81.4% (High), Disagree 27.4% (Low), Strongly Disagree 6% (Low). It can be concluded that the learning motivation of students in class XI MIPA 6 SMA N 1 PETARUKAN in online learning shows a moderate enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

The sample in this study was class X IPA MA Madania Bantul, with 15 students. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The data collection technique is using pretest, posttest. The results showed that the students' pretest, posttest mean scores were 73.53 and 81.93. Based on the classical N-Gain analysis results, it was found that an increase in gain of 0.31 was in the medium category. These results show that students show an increase in the use of the Teams games tournament learning model with blended learning in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Persuasive language style is a style of language that is used with the aim of influencing the interlocutor. This style of language can be found in the speech of Acehnese celebrities when they endorse a product. This style of language is used to conjure up Instagram users or so-called followers to be interested in the goods and services offered by the celebgram. Even though they only rely on language style, in fact the celebrities are able to increase the turnover of online business people who use their services. This is because the language style used is unique, interesting, and creative. In addition, the language style is also combined with persuasive techniques owned by each celebrity. For this reason, this study aims to describe the style of persuasive language and persuasive techniques used by Acehnese celebrities as a strategy in endorsement. The data source of this research is the celebgram speech taken from the Aceh celebrity instagram story which consists of four accounts, namely 1) @cutbul-real, 2) @herlinkenza, 3) @devi.dean , 4) @kakaalfarisi, and 5) @khalidamakmoer . The five accounts were chosen because of the large number of followers and the five celebgrams are the most phenomenal celebs today. The data in this study are in the form of verbal and verbal data, namely the construction of sentences in the celebgram speech that shows a persuasive language style. The data collection was carried out in several stages, namely recording the speech of the Acehnese celebrity, recording the speech in the form of persuasive language, classifying the data, analyzing the data, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out with steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
