Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of private school Branding in the face of the zoning system that has been set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This is because after the zoning system has been established, private schools located in the city center must compete explicitly with public schools to get new students. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Researchers will be directly involved and collect data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation In SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. After that, an analysis was carried out with three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that private schools in the city center must struggle to get new students by developing strategies to attract the attention of students, while the Branding strategy includes brand identity, brand personality, brand positioning, and brand communication. After this strategy, especially macimizing social media promotion, the private school can compete with other private schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui proses perencanaan budaya disiplin dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Mi Ma’hadul Muta’allimin Katerban, 2) Mengetahui implementasi budaya disiplin dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Mi Ma’hadul Muta’allimin Katerban, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh budaya disiplin dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Mi Ma’hadul Muta’allimin Katerban. Penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa kelas 5 di Mi Ma’hadul Muta’allimin Katerban. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan tentang bagaimana perencanaan budaya disiplin, bagaimana implementasi budaya disiplin, dan bagaimana pengaruh budaya disiplin. Dari data yang diperolehhasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan budaya disiplin dalam membentuk karakter siswa sudah disiapkan dengan matang yaitu dengan metode pembiasaan yang ada di Mi Ma’hadul Muta’allimin Katerban. Yaitu guru kelas menemani dan mengawasi siswa saat program pembiasaan dilaksanakan , guru kelas memotivasi siswa, guru kelas melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa, guru Menyiapkan Peralatan yang dibutuhkan dll. 2) implementasi budaya disiplin dalam membentuk karakter siswa sudah berjalan sesuai langkah-langkah yang telah ditetapkan dengan tahapan, perencanaan, implemntasi, dan pengaruh. Dalam pelaksanaan budaya disiplin terdapat beberapa kendala bagi siswa maupun guru. 3) pengaruh budaya displin dalam membentuk karkter siswa yaitu siswa lebih disiplin, bertanggung jawab dan religius. Kebiasaan yang dilaksanakan disekolah dapat dilaksanakan dirumah ketika libur sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how religious culture is implemented in the process of developing responsible character in fourth grade students at SDN Tungkulrejo. More specifically, this study will focus on implementation, the role that teachers, parents, and society play, as well as the outcomes of religious culture implementation. In this particular piece of research, a qualitative descriptive approach is used. The key information for the research came from the school's administrator, two teachers, three parents, and three students in the fourth grade at SDN Tungkulrejo. Documentation, in-depth interviews, and observation were the primary modes of data collection used to compile the techniques for data collection. The application of religious culture in the formation of a responsible character in the student participants has begun to take shape, which can be determined as one of the conclusions of this study from the data that was obtained after it had been examined. When it comes to implementing aspects of religious culture, however, both instructors and students continue to confront a number of obstacles.

Abstract

Universities can implemented SNI ISO 21001:2018 as a reference in managing education service system that refers to international education standards. This type of research is qualitative research which is a descriptive type. The object of this research consists of universities that will and have implemented SNI ISO 21001:2018. The subject is National Standardization Agency of Indonesia as the guide institution for implementation of SNI ISO 21001:2018 in universities. Data collection techniques in this study use library research, observation, interviews , and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, observation techniques by collecting data through observations of the situation and condition of universities that are currently implementing SNI ISO 21001:2018. The results of this study are: the management system of educational organizations based on SNI ISO 21001:2018 is a management method for providers of educational products and services which are able to fulfill the students requirements and other beneficiaries also can be applied to other organizations that use educational curriculum to support competency development through teaching, learning and research. Implementation of SNI ISO 21001:2018 strength with five main concepts that form the basis for all ISO standard management systems. The five main concepts include risk-based thinking, process approach, plan-do-check-act cycle, management principles, and high-level structure. The stages of the process for implementing SNI ISO 21001:2018 are initial identification condition, system setup, implementation, internal audit, application for certification, assistance for corrective actions and publishing SNI ISO 21001:2018 certificates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine: win-win solutions and organizational productivity. This research is library research or library research. The data collection technique used is to find sources of reading both from books, articles, theses, dissertations and research reports. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using content analysis. The result of this study is that conflict can be positive or negative depending on how it is resolved. One way that can process and overcome my conflict becomes positive or negative based on how to resolve it, both in terms of technique and strategy. Win-win solution is a strategy that can be applied and used in conflict resolution within the organization so that organizational productivity is disrupted or decreased. The main purpose of a win-win strategy is to fix the problem, not to hurt one party. The use of this strategy is to hear each other's input from various perspectives, define basic issues and create an atmosphere of mutual trust between all involved. In all of these strategies the problem is solved for the common good, not the private interest. The result of this strategy is a solution for those involved in conflict because a win-win solution meets individual needs, common interests and strengthens the relationship of all parties. Win win solutions can work efficiently if all parties work together to resolve conflicts that exist in the midst of the organization.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak to date has had a significant impact on the world of education, so the majority of schools in Indonesia are still using online learning systems. The implications of several policies that have been set by the government regarding the learning system during the pandemic, require schools to support online learning. Based on these problems, this study was made to determine learning management during the pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research using the descriptive method in which the search for source information and data collection is done by interview and documentation method. Based on interviews conducted with several teachers of SMAS Muhammadiyah Tanjung Redeb, it can be concluded that in the learning process, the use of the right method is a must or an absolute thing that must be done in order to achieve learning objectives. Meanwhile, online learning can be done through various learning applications. The use of the correct method combined with the right strategy will make the learning implementation strategy work as expected. In addition, obstacles in learning occur if there are obstacles to the learning process, especially from human factors (teachers and students), institutional factors (classrooms), and educational factors (lack of teaching materials). Furthermore, the measure of the success of the learning process is through effective learning, which includes several factors such as available media resources, high learning motivation, student activities, smooth network access, task results, sufficient materials, and supportive locations.

Abstract

Islamic education financial management must be the concentration of the school in meeting the financing needs of the education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction and the interests or expectations of students' guardians in the service and financial management of Islamic education at SMA Cendekia to evaluate future development. The method used in this study is a mix method with a sequential explanatory strategy, namely by conducting a quantitative analysis of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to find the level of importance and performance of school financial management then the findings are analyzed using qualitative methods to produce research conclusions. The results showed; (1) It is important for schools to communicate with student guardians, alumni, and the community in assisting the fulfillment of funding sources. (2) The importance of paying attention and understanding the financial problems experienced by students. From these two findings, it is hoped that schools can build collaboration with more active and creative committees to help communicate financial issues to achieve quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Pondok Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dan tantangan beserta hambatan dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Islamnya dan mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah masyarakat non-muslim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diuji menggunakan metode triangulasi dan dianalisis menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubarman berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran pendidikan (marketing education) yang dilakukan Pesantren Bali Bina Insani dalam mendapatkan santri di lembaganya adalah melalui sebar brosur, spanduk, sosialisasi ke sekolah dan kampung muslim di Bali, serta memanfaatkan iklan di media sosial, namun yang jauh lebih penting adalah menjaga citra baik pesantren sehingga dari mulut ke mulut akan tersyiar keberadaan dan eksistensi pesantren. Dan faktor pendukung diantaranya adanya organisasi wali santri yang semangat turut syiar dan sosialisasi, tantangannya yaitu semakin banyak sekolah Islam di denpasar menyebabkan turunnya kuantitas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen program Gerbang yang ada di Pondok Pesantren An-Nur II Al-Murtadha mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pada tingkat wustha. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah semua data terkumpul, peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan musyrif bermusyawarah untuk menentukan tujuan program, bentuk kegiatan yang ada dalam program, target pembelajaran, dan sasaran kegiatan terbelih dahulu sebelum menjalankan program. dalam pelaksanaan program. Pada tahap pelaksanaan musyrif mengerjakan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing seperti yang sudah diputuskan pada tahap perencanaan yaitu menjalankan program masing-masing sesuai dengan bidang keahlian yang dimiliki. Pada tahap evaluasi terbagi menjadi bulanan dan mingguan yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dan musyrif dan hasil rapat evaluasi program dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk langkah selanjutnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the planning and actuating of management in the intensive Arabic program for religion specialization as the MAN-PK stub of MAN 2 Kota Malang and to analyze the supporting factors and obstacles found in the process while running the program. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data obtained by observation and interviews were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are; (1) planning management program is carried out properly in accordance with the objectives of the program; (2) supporting teachers used strategies that accordance with planning and objectives in implementing the program; (3) the majority of students have the same orientation even though some students think to change their specialization is one of the obstacles in this intensive Arabic language program.
