Abstract

The research that the researchers conducted tried to improve control management, in order to describe the quality of educational institutions at SMK Cendekia Madiun, then to analyze the control of a school quality to maintain the quality of education according to the plans that have been determined and written at SMK Cendekia Madiun. The research approach used ethology or human ethology, which is qualitative which aims to study its natural condition. Sources of data in this study amounted to 3 positions of informants, principals, managerial supervisors, teachers. Data collection is by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses source triangulation analysis as a validity test. From the results of this study indicate that in quality control includes: determining the education plan in the form of drawing up the vision, mission and objectives as well as RKAS. Second, measuring the real performance of educational institutions including curriculum, environmental and cultural determination, student control, careful planning of sarpras, effective leadership and giving good examples to teachers and students. Third, objectively monitoring and evaluation of educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: describe the level of application of office management and the level of performance of administrative staff at MTs Madani Alauddin, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive methods, and uses a management approach. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to 15 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of application of office management is in the medium category. Likewise, the performance level of administrative staff at MTs Madani is also in the medium category. The implications of this research are expected for madrasas so that in the future they can implement office management effectively and efficiently, in order to support the performance of administrative staff so that they have better performance than before. The implementation of office management in question includes planning for office work along with standard operating procedures, clear job descriptions contained in the organizational structure, providing training on office work procedures, as well as evaluating and evaluating work with rewards. As for administrative staff, in order to improve their competence, motivation and discipline so that they can achieve maximum performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the financial management of education from a critical point of view, especially regarding how much the analysis of the benefits of education costs as one of the considerations in making investment policies. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach, from the data that has been collected and analyzed, the results show that quality education is expensive. The high cost of education requires effective and efficient financial management so that it can be used as one of the considerations in making investment decisions. The investment decisions taken indicate that the education costs incurred have benefits. The cost benefit analysis of education is represented in the form of a rasio between the present value of the costs and the present value of the benefits that will be obtained in the future. One the other hand. The high cost of education indicates the existence of privatization in the field of education which has resulted in educational institutions having the autonomy to determine their own cost of providing education, for that some parents of students need to understand the analysis of the benefits of education costs before taking investment policies in the education sector for the future of their children.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kiai's Leadership in Improving the Quality of Education Case Study of Harisul Khairaat Bumi Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, Tidore City and Islands, North Maluku Province This study will answer the problem of the kiai's leadership style and its implications for improving the quality of education in a case study at the Harisul Khairaat Islamic Boarding School in Bumi Hijrah Tidore and the Archipelago of North Maluku Province. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that: 1) KH An'aim Fatahna Djabir's leadership style was charismatic leadership; 2) KH An'aim Fatahna Djabir's leadership strategy was to improve the quality of human resources and students through increasing competence and enrolling students in national competitions and local areas, as well as improving facilities and infrastructure, and performance-based strengthening of the vision, mission, and targets. The implications of KH An'aim Fatahna Djabir's leadership are that the KIAI as caregiver involves many people, an effective leader is someone who is able to influence his followers to achieve the vision, mission, goals, and objectives, leadership must be a role model, provide convenience for teachers who want to work, create a comfortable working atmosphere and build student obedience.

Abstract

Abstract: The Aqidah Akhlak Learning Model in the Online Education System In The Covid-19 This study aims to reveal the aqidah akhlak learning model in the online learning system during the Covid-19 period. Moral aqidah education is a very important subject in producing students who have noble character. This research method is a qualitative method, with the subject of four teachers from three Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN). The research process starts from data collection with in-depth interviews, data analysis with stages: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding to obtain a significant connecting line which can be a causal relationship or a comparative relationship between phenomena and theory. The last stage is the preparation of theories and conclusions. The results showed that the platforms used in the learning process included: Whatsapp group, Geschool, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom. The curriculum is an emergency curriculum with essential materials. The teacher prepares the essential material and then shares it through the agreed platform. To improve the smooth learning process, madrasas collaborate with intensive communication with parents and home visits for students with problems. The assessment WhatsApp conducted using an agreed e-learning platform, with a focus on the cognitive domain. Other domain assessments are carried out during the process through assignments.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of the Mind mapping Method in Student Learning Activities in Class V Thematic Learning at SDN Karangbanyu 1 This study aims to determine the implementation of the mind mapping method in student learning activities in class V thematic learning at SDN Karangbanyu 1, namely regarding the planning, implementation and results of the implementation of the mind mapping method. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive qualitative type. The source of the research data was obtained from the principal, teachers, and fifth grade students at SDN Karangbanyu 1. The data collection techniques used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, in the analysis, from the data that has been obtained, the results of this research can be concluded that the application of the mind mapping method in the thematic learning of class V SDN Karangbanyu 1 has been going well. During the learning process, students seemed to be more active when using the mind mapping learning method and student learning outcomes also seemed to improve, although there were still some problems experienced by the teacher, namely the difficulty of explaining students who were left behind, such as finding it difficult to catch the explanations given by the teacher. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the formation of a disciplined culture of students through the practice of the scout honor code at SDN Tambakromo 1, Geneng District. The research subjects were 1 scout extracurricular coach, 1 school principal, and 26 scout raiser members consisting of 10 male students and 16 female students. Data collection techniques are using observation and interviews. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the formation of a culture of discipline carried out at SDN Tambakromo 1 through the practice of the scout honor code has been going well. The efforts made by coaches and schools in establishing a culture of discipline at SDN Tambakromo 1, namely: 1) Practicing the honor code of the scout movement. The Scout honor code for the raising group consists of a promise called Trisatya and a moral provision called Dasadarma; 2) Learning by doing; 3) Interesting and challenging outdoor activities; 4) Team system; 5) Partnership with adult members of each activity; 6) separate unit system for boys and girls.

Abstract: Online Learning Process at School The Covid-19 Pandemic Lampung Province This study aims to determine the online learning process and reveal the obstacles faced in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that aims to study intensively about the current problem or situation. The number of respondents from this study were 22 respondents spread across Lampung Province with education levels ranging from SD/Mi, SMP/MTs, and SMA/MA. The results of this study are students who do online learning tend to be uninterested and bored in doing learning. For students there are several obstacles and difficulties in participating in online learning, namely inadequate internet network, difficulty concentrating while participating in online learning, feeling bored, no parents accompanying online learning, unable to ask directly to the teacher, and not having digital devices in learning. online learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Conflict Management In Overcoming Teacher Problems In Educational Institutions This paper aims to explain the problems of teachers and problem solving of any problems related to problems in the world of education, both related to technical matters, concepts, or planning. The methodology in this paper is using library research, while data collection is done by reviewing and exploring several books, journals, articles, and other sources of data and information deemed relevant to the study. The findings in this study are the occurrence of various problems faced by teachers. In general, the problems experienced by teachers can be divided into 2 major groups, namely internal problems (problems originating from the teacher concerned), and external problems (problems originating from outside the teacher). The solutions can be detailed as follows: 1) Increasing teacher professionalism; 2) Increasing teaching eligibility and teacher welfare and; 3) Provision of living allowances.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions to change the way they carry out the teaching-learning process. The process of teaching-learning activities has changed from face to face directly to teaching-learning in a network (online). The need for a system that can support this process change is urgently needed. Responding to this need, Mataram State Islamic University as an educational institution, utilizes its system, namely the Learning Management System (LMS) application. This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the LMS application system, which is based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The location of the research was carried out at the Mataram State Islamic University. The sample used in this study were 90 students. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that students are quite satisfied with the LMS application system used to support the teaching-learning process.
