<![CDATA[Fintech syariah merupakan layanan atau produk keuangan yang menggunakan teknologi dengan basis skema syariah, kemunculan Fintech syariah di Indonesia merupakan respon terhadap perkembangan perusahaan Fintech konvensional yang menggunakan instrumen bunga dalam operasionalnya. Berbagai produk dari financial technology didesain untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses produk dari Fintech tersebut baik berupa pinjaman, penghimpunan dana secara kolektif, pembayaran online, permodalan, investasi dan produk fintech lainnya. Di keluarahan kadungora kecamatan kadungora, masih banyak yang mengunakan bank emok, dimana Ketika meminjam pada bank emok admintrasi cukup mudah hanya aja jika masyarakat telat membayar angsuran akan dikenakan denda cukup besar dan ada tekanan dari pihak bank. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang financial technology yang berdampak pada lambatnya perkembangan financial teknologi berbasis syariah di Indoneisa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu; Untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat melalui ibu PKK tentang literasi akad dan produk pembiayaan financial teknologi berbasis syariah di Desa kadungora. Dari pengabdian ini tujuan jangka panjangnya adalah meningkatkan pengguna jasa keuangan secara online (fintech) dengan suatu pembelajaran yang inovatif berbasis pendampingan untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan meningkatkan usaha bagi usaha kecil menengah serta berkontribusi dalam perkembangan financial teknologi. Metode dalam pendampingan ibu PKK ini dengan cara menghubungi dan menjalin kerjasama dengan ibu lurah di desa kadungora, kemudian melakukan pendekatan dengan survey ke desa kadungora, selanjutnya mengumpulkan ibu pkk dan memberikan gambaran umum mengenai kegiatan pendampingan, serta dilakukan pendampingan kepada ibu pkk tentang financial technology mulai dari produk, akad dan manfaat yang ada di jasa keuangan financial technology.]]>

<![CDATA[This research uses French songs. The song is called On écrit sur les murs. This song is sung by Kids United, which is a children's singing group, consisting of six people. This arts group is a group formed by UNICEF. The researchers used van Dijk's critical discourse theory, which is used to dissect the meaning in the lyrics of the song On écrit sur les murs Therefore, the purpose of this reseacrh is to find the meaning of the description of the macro-micro thematic system, proposed by van Dijk This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The research techniques in this research were listening, translating and analyzing song lyrics. The result of the research is that this song conveys anti-racism. They poured their feelings on a wall. Walls are used as a circle image, because many children everywhere often write on walls, especially walls on main roads to express their aspirations.]]>

<![CDATA[Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency, was the focus of this research because its residents saw a need to promote its tourist attractions online. The term "digital marketing" refers to the usage of digital tools by the majority of an organization's marketing team. To increase marketing and reach target markets via digital marketing, the tourism administrators in Kota Pari Village are the primary focus of this research. To do this, they will need to make use of information dissemination tools and online sales promotion, such as social media and websites, which are accessible to people all over the world. MaterialtobesubmittedtotheresearchThis is a digital marketing approach for the tourism industry to ensure a high volume of customers. In Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, the findings indicated that both strategy (X1) and digital marketing (X2) had a favorable and significant influence on increasing visits to tourism areas. With the results of this study, businesses and tourists in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency can adapt to the changing times and provide for the needs of those who come to visit.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the several foreign exchange industries with considerable expansion potential is tourism. One is the province of North Sumatra, which has numerous intriguing tourist attractions. Advertising and inadequate tourism information management systems are factors that are impeding the growth of the tourism industry. The younger generation still has very little understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications for Chatbots and support services. A program called a Chatbot makes to hold chats for you. As a result, instruction requires in the design and use of deep-learning Chatbots. By offering guidance, examples, and hands-on training on tourist Chatbot prototypes from North Sumatra, this non-profit endeavor attempted to address the issue at hand. The PKM program's activities include: 1) instruction in marketing strategies including tourist information management systems. 2) instruction in the fundamental ideas of artificial intelligence, particularly Chatbots. 3) instruction in deep learning for Chatbot construction; 4) instruction in utilizing the Chatbot application. It envisaged that the outcomes of this activity would promote public awareness usage of Chatbot applications to discover data regarding tourist attractions around the province of North Sumatra as awareness among tourists.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of the mining sector that has occurred in Indonesia in recent years attract investors to invest in this sector. financial reports that describing the financial condition of a company is information that can be used to help investors and other capital market participants to make decisions as well assess the condition or financial performance of a company. One of the analytical tools used by investors to assess the company's financial performance mining sector is to use financial ratio analysis (financial ratio analysis), both liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios obtained from Company Financial Statements. This research is a descriptive study, with a purposive sampling technique sampling and using secondary data in the form of annual financial reports over a period of time 5 (five) years from 2017-2021 from 3 (three) large companies in the mining sector listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, PT. Indika Energy Tbk, and PT. Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk. The research results show that overall during the last 5 years the sub-sector Mining has experienced quite significant growth marked by an increase the average financial ratio of the mining industry. During the research period PT. Adaro Energy Tbk and PT. Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk has a value of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and good profitability ratios while PT. Indika Energy Tbk. have a high liquidity ratio good, suffered a loss in 2017-2019 but has made a profit in 2021 and The company is still in an insolvent position. The research results are expected to help investors in comparison with other companies from various types of various industries.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to help the inhabitants of Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency by developing and implementing marketing strategies through digital marketing medium to boost sales of household products. To ensure that the domestic industry's products are well-known and in demand beyond the immediate area, this study aims to educate the local community on how to effectively promote them via digital marketing. A positive and statistically significant impact of marketing tactics on digital marketing was found in this study. The sales of common consumer goods are significantly impacted by marketing efforts. Household goods sales are significantly impacted for the better by digital marketing. The internet marketing of household products benefits greatly from strategic marketing. In Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, it is intended that household industry actors will be able to learn about and implement digital marketing strategies in order to boost their sales and revenue.]]>

<![CDATA[E-Court is a tool in court that functions as a service to the public in terms of registering cases through online platforms, calculating estimated court costs digitally as well as online payments, online summons and trials. The South Jakarta Religious Court started using the e-court since 2018, when the Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 3 of 2018 appeared regarding Electronic Administration of Cases in Courts. As time went on, the e-court process began to develop when the Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 1 of 2019 concerning Administration of Cases and Trials in Courts appeared electronically. The benefits for all parties for e-court users are that all parties will be helped by saving costs and time in the process. The deficiencies that occur are network problems in the e-court application. The type of research used in this writing is qualitative research which produces descriptive analytical data, supported by premier and secondary data sources then data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of using e-court in proceedings at the South Jakarta Religious Court includes several stages starting from online case registration, online down-payment of fees, online summons, and online trials. There are several obstacles and opportunities that occur in the process of using e-court in proceedings at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Opportunities that occur are that all parties can benefit more such as saving energy, saving time, and saving costs. The obstacle that occurs is the lack of knowledge for previous advocates regarding existing technology from e-courts at this time. As for its effectiveness in using e-court in proceedings at the Religious Courts, it cannot be said to be fully effective because there are still several obstacles in the process..]]>

<![CDATA[Thematic Field Practice (PLT) is a compulsory subject at the Faculty of Languages and Arts and is a direct teaching and learning process that puts into practice the knowledge learned in lectures. Students must acquire knowledge and skills and apply them in their community, whether in the school community, industrial community, institutional community or general community, depending on their field of study. In implementation of thematic field practice activities requires responsibility, discipline, thoroughness or accuracy and high patience in follow social norms in society, as well as in steps learning in teaching activities, training and mentoring children elementary school. This teaching practice provides a direct description of how the learning process works, how to interact with Sunday school children, how to convey material well and with understanding, as well as how to understand their very different characteristics. With this English class and this music art class, Sunday school children not only learn Indonesian but also learn foreign languages and learn music with their enthusiasm the first time they learn English and music, it is hoped that students will be able to hone and continue learning , English language training and music art training in order to improve human resources which will always increase with the times.]]>

<![CDATA[Community activities that adopt a mutual cooperation system and joint management of inorganic waste have the potential to be used as an effective and targeted product in terms of waste management. Recycling inorganic waste as one way to achieve this goal. This pattern will make empowerment activities a major breakthrough in government programs, especially in circular economy activities to reduce the degree of organic waste contamination, which has been more critical in dealing with inorganic waste and public apathy towards waste management and the circular economy. As a consequence of this, efforts to promote empowerment will be a major focus of progress in government initiatives. Ecobrik is a new product developed with the aim of reducing the amount of various forms of inorganic waste and contaminants in the soil. The product name comes from the word “eco”, which refers to inorganic waste and contaminants. Increasing community empowerment through the use of ecobricks has the potential to reduce the level of community dependence on cement products and other materials. This is one of the potential benefits of using ecobricks. Utilization of ecobricks will provide space for the formation of a circular economy, as well as green spaces that will supply oxygen and ensure that the water cycle continues to rotate and change. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah kerajinan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 di Program Studi Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian Posttest-Only Design Control. Yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa kerajinan stambuk 2020/2021 dengan sampel kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan mahasiswa kerajinan kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metoda random sampling dimana sampel diambil secara acak. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya dapat diindikasi bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan video terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah kerajinan di Prodi Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Medan. Selanjutnya untuk tes hasil belajar diperoleh thitung 5,120 dan ttabel 1,661 yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung > dari ttabel. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa hasil belajar menggunakan media video lebih tinggi daripada tanpa menggunakan video. ]]>
