Abstract

General Elections (Pemilu) are the main foundation in a country's democratic system. However, the integrity and fairness of the election process is often faced with challenges and obstacles that affect legitimacy and public trust. This research aims to identify challenges, obstacles, and mitigation efforts in maintaining the integrity of honest and fair elections in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with five key informants, including Regional KPU Commissioners, Regional Bawaslu Commissioners, Community Leaders, Religious Leaders, and Legislative Candidates. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns and themes that emerged from the data. The findings show that challenges such as money politics, resource disparities, manipulation of information, intimidation and violence are still significant problems in the election process in Indonesia. Barriers to implementing mitigation include limited supervision, involvement of related parties, and inadequate political culture. Recommended mitigation steps include strengthening supervision, political education, strengthening regulations, and community empowerment. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding and improvement of Indonesia's electoral system, as well as encouraging positive change in the country's political process

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) to describe the speech behavior of teachers and students in learning Indonesian at MTSS Asaasunnajaah Aceh Besar, and 2) to describe The function of speech behavior of teachers and students in learning Indonesian at MTSS Asaasunnajaah Aceh Besar. The sample of this study is the teacher who taught Indonesian and the VI,VII, and IX grade students  of MTSS Asaasunnajah Aceh Besar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are the speeches of teachers and students when interacting in classroom. The data source of this study are Indonesian teachers of MTSS Asaasunnajaah Aceh Besar and students in grades VI,VII and IX. The data collection technique used in this study are observation, notion and recording. The data collection techniques in this study are the technique of transcription, data selection, data presentation and conclusion drawing.  Based on the data analysis, command voice operations are more widely used than other forms of voice operations. From the research results, it can be seen that the form of command voice action and the function of command voice action used by Indonesian teachers are the form of voice action command 10, request 5, invitation 3, suggestion 5, criticism 4 and prohibition 3. The functions of verbal actions encountered include: command 10, suggest 5, invite 3, prohibit 4, criticize 4 and inquiry 4

Abstract

Abstract: When investing funds in a company, an investor must pay attention to the stock returns they will receive. Apart from that, investors must also pay attention to the company's performance as well as other factors such as: inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rates and so that investors can benefit from the investment. This study aims to find out the impact of inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rates on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. to determine the impact of the rupiah exchange rate on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. To find out the impact of interest rates on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. To determine the impact of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. research used is quantitative research. This study uses purposive sampling, data collection techniques namely documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression results. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the inflation variable have a significant negative effect on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the rupiah exchange rate variable have a negative and significant effect on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2016-2021 period. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the interest rate variable have a negative and significant effect on stock returns at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. Inflation, interest rates and rupiah exchange rates simultaneously and significantly affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study in PT Perintis perkasa Toyota Medan. This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction On Employee Performance At the PT Perintis Perkasa Toyota Medan.This study uses associative Kuantitatif. The population used in this study was 1oo employees. To obtain the necessary data in this study, the author used a technique of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires obtained directly At PT Perintis Perkasa Toyota Medan. As well as the annual report which is owned by the company. Analysis data technique in this research is Using, Outer Loading, AVE, uji F and direct effect.The results of this study indicate that partially, Compensation has no significant positive effect on employee performance, Motivation has no significant positive effect on employeeperformance and Job satisfaction has a significant positif effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Improving the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Binjai City Education Office through increasing work discipline, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is very important. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive. The population in this study were Civil Servants of the scope of Binjai City Education Office of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 82 Civil Servants of the scope of Binjai City Education Office of North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) Software Program. The results of this study indicate that directly Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Performance, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and indirectly Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Performance at the scope of Binjai City Education Office of North Sumatra Province. The conclusion is that work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the performance of civil servants through increasing job satisfaction.

Abstract

Prima 3 certificate is a labeling of fruit and vegetable agricultural products in ensuring food safety with the aim of providing quality assurance and food safety. Aceh Province has used Prima 3 Certification which is given to companies or farmers who cultivate Horticultural crops that are free of pesticide residues. The purpose of the study was to determine the response of horticultural farmers to prime 3 certification in Aceh province. The data analysis model used is Likert scale analysis and Spearman rank correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the response of farmers to the benefits of prime 3 certification in Aceh Province is 66%, which means that they are in the agreed category because in terms of relative benefits they get high income, in terms of the level of conformity of the product composition standards in accordance with technical requirements, from the level of complexity of administrative requirements is very easy to fulfill, registration is easy to implement, in terms of easy application, the quality of the product is better, the product is safer from chemicals, and safe for consumption, so in terms of innovation it is easy to observe. Spearman rank correlation results age, education, experience have a high relationship with farmer response, while land area has a low relationship

Abstract

Employee loyalty, work performance and seniority are basic information that can be used as a guide for agencies to determine which employees are worthy of being promoted to higher positions. In carrying out job promotions, agencies use work performance as one of the determining factors, where employees who have good work performance will also have a high chance of being promoted. Before a promotion is held, the leadership will carry out an objective assessment of work performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of loyalty, work performance and seniority on promotion of employee positions at the Aceh Province Teacher Mobilization Center (BGP) Office. Based on the Cronbach alpha value for the Loyalty variable (X1) it is 0.677, the Work Performance variable (X2) is 0.690, the Seniority variable (X3) is 0.646 and Position Promotion (Y) is 0.692. The results of the t test (partial) regarding the loyalty variable value tcount>ttable (1.752>1.678), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that it influences employee promotions. The results of the t test (partial) regarding the work performance variable were tcount>ttable (2.320>1.678), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that it influences employee promotions. The results of the t test (partial) regarding the seniority variable are tcount>ttable (2.044>1.678), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that it has an effect on employee promotion and based on the results of the f test (simultaneous) it concludes that the Fcount>Ftable value is (2.995>2.810), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that loyalty, work performance and seniority influence the promotion of employee positions at the Aceh Province Teacher Mobilization Center (BGP) Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between Responsibility and Organizational Trust as independent variables to Turnover Intention as dependent variables with Organizational Commitment as mediating variables in Starbucks employees. The methodology uses SEM with data processing AMOS Version 22. The data source used is primary data, which is obtained directly from respondents through data collection, namely questionnaires. The results of the study showed a Social Responsibility value of 0.290> 0.05, which means it does not have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, then the Organizational Trust value of 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Continued by the Social Responsibility value of 0.465> 0.05, which means it does not have a significant effect on Company Turnover Intention, then the Organizational Trust value of 0.06> 0.05, meaning that Organizational Trust does not have a significant effect on Company Turnover Intention. While the Company Turnover Intention value of 0.000 <0.05, means it has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. For mediation, Company Turnover Intention does not influence between Social Responsibility and Organizational Commitment because its value is 0.233 > 0.05, however, Company Turnover Intention influences between Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment because its value is 0.034 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how big the profits of shallot farmers' farming in irrigated rice fields are and to find out the scale of production of shallot farming in Simpang Tiga District. The research methodology is "Survey Method" with the "Simple Random Sampling" technique of 36 farmers. Profit analysis method is analyzed using Gross Margin (GM), Gross Ratio (GR), Operating Ratio (OR), Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), and Net Farm Income (NFI) and Production Scale analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglass Production Function Model. The research results show that the profitability value for Net Farm Income (NFI) is IDR 219,444,254 for the Tajuk variety, IDR 158,004,759 for the F1 variety, and IDR 263,795,930 for the Brebes variety. The Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) value for the Tajuk variety is 0.80, the F1 variety is 0.50 and the Brebes variety is 0.85. The Operating Ratio (OR) for the Tajuk variety is 0.57, the F1 variety is 0.74, the Brebes variety is 0.63 and the Gross Ratio (GR) for the Tajuk variety can be 0.42, the F1 variety is 0.53 and the Brebes variety is 0.42 which means that shallot farming in the research area is able to generate profits and is worth pursuing. And based on the return to scale (RTS) analysis of red onion farming in the research area, the result was 1.873 (Table 11), in the RTS analysis it can be said that the production of red onion farming is in a condition where the output scale is increasing (Incresing return to scale), because the sum of the values of the coefficients of production factors are more than one (∑β > 1). This means that by adding a certain amount of input, shallot farming can achieve full efficiency.

Abstract

Advertising on social media is a place where sellers can offer their products through online media· The distribution of advertising on social media can influence the decision to purchase a product, especially when sales experience a decline· This research aims to determine the effect of advertising via social media on customer purchasing decisions at Starbucks· This research method uses a questionnaire survey and data analysis using SmartPLS4· The research sample consisted of 100 Starbucks customer respondents· The sampling technique uses convenience sampling· The research results show that advertising via social media influences customer purchasing decisions at Starbucks· Advertising via social media can increase brand awareness and improve customer purchasing decisions· The results of this research can help Starbucks improve its marketing strategy through social media to increase sales and customer satisfaction· The results of this research can help companies like Starbucks strengthen their marketing strategies via social media to increase sales and customer satisfaction· Advertising via social media can be used to increase brand awareness and improve customer purchasing decisions· Future research could add additional variables such as service quality, price, and location to further understand how advertising via social media influences customer purchasing decisions.
