The purpose of this study is to (1) desciribe the skill of writing the news berfore using cooperative learning model tipe think pair share, (2) desciribe the skill of writing the news after using cooperative learning model tipe think pair share, (3) describe effect between using of cooperative learning model type think pair share on the skill of writing to the news of class VIII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. The result of this study is the influence of cooperative learning model type think pair share to news writing skill. Then, the model of cooperative learning type think pair share can be applied as an alternative in learning news writing skill.Â Kata kunci: pengaruh, model TPS, dan menulis berita

ABSTRACTÂ The purpose of this study is to describe 1) short story writing skill of tenth graders in Padang Adabiah high school without using serial pictures media, 2) describe short story writing skill of tenth graders in Padang Adabiah high school by using serial pictures media, 3) describe the influence of using serial pictures media toward the level of short story writing skills of tenth grader in Padang Adabiah High School. The type of this research is quantitative research done using quasi experimental design. There are three results of the research are (1) short story writing skills of the tenth graders in Padang Adabiah Senior High School without using serial pictures media were in more than enough qualifying with the average score of 67,78. (2) short story writing skills of the tenth graders in Padang Adabiah Senior High School by using serial pictures media were in a good qualifying with the average score of 76.55. (3) based on the t-test at the level of 0.05 obtained thitung > ttabel (5,54> 1,70). Thus, it can be said that H1 is accepted. It means that there is a significant effect of using serial pictures media toward the short story writing skills of tenth graders in Padang Adabiah Senior High School.Kata kunci : pengaruh, media gambar berseri, and cerita pendek

ABSTRACTÂ The purpose of this study is three, namely, first, describing the writing skills of the fable text of class VII students of SMP Negeri 8 Padang before using based on CIRC models. Second, describe the writing skills of the fable text of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 8 Padang after using based on CIRC models. Third, describing the effect of based on CIRC models on the writing skills of the fable text in grade VII students at SMP Negeri 8 Padang. There are two data of this study, namely the score of the results of the test writing skills in the fable text of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 8 before and after using the based on CIRC models. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded three things, namely first, the writing skills of the fable text of class VII SMP Negeri 8 Padang before using the based CIRC models in the Enough qualifications (C) with an average value of 64,38. Second, the report writing skills of the fable results of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Padang after using the based on the CIRC models in the Good qualifications (B) with an average value of 83,60. Third, there is a significant effect in the use of based on the CIRC models on the report writing skills of the fable text results of class VII students at SMP Negeri 8 Padang because of the tcount> ttable (7.63 > 1.70).Â Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, Model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition, Fabel

ABSTRACTÂ The objectives of this study were to describe (1) the types of masters found, (2) the types of majas that emerged, (3) the slightly emerging type of masters, (4) knowing the types of majas that never appeared, (5) the short story text students of SMAN 2 Payakumbuh class XI. The data in this study is the masters which is contained in the text of the students of the class XI SMAN 2 Payakumbuh. the source of this research data is an official document in the from of the text clusters of students class XI MIPA 3 SMAN 2 Payakumbuh which is collected and archived by Indonesian teachers semester one academic year 2017/2018. Data were collected using documentation study. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) found 13 types of masters used; (2) the emerging masters are hyperbolic masters; (3) the slightly emerging masters are antitheses, litotes, paralipsis, zeugma, metonimia, allusions, and inversions; (4) the types of majas that never arise are allegory, irony, paranomasia, sinekdoke, euphemism, ellipsis, gradation, alliteration, antanaclasis, and kiasmus; and (5)Â there are findh seven atmosphere of appearance of majas in the text of short story of student of class XI SMAN 2 Payakumbuh.Â Kata kunci: teks cerpen, majas, suasana

ABSTRACTÂ The purpose research of this describe the impact of the discovery learning aided the media images glow of skill write the text short story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok. This type of this study is quantitative methods of experimentation. The result of this research there were three, which is (1) the skill of the text short story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok before using the model discovery learning aided the media image series are at sufficient qualifications (C) with an average of 60,59, (2)the skill of writing text short story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok after using the model discovery learning aided the media image series is in the qualifications either (B) whit an average 78,89, (3) the skill of writing text story class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Solok after using the model discovery learning aided the media image glow is better than before using the model discovery learning aided the media image.Â Kata kunci: pengaruh, discovery learning berbantuan media gambar berseri, teks cerpen

ABSTRACTÂ The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of discovery learning model assisted by song media to the skills of writing poetry text class X students SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research with One Group Pretest and Posstest Design. Total population of 317 students. The sample in this study were students of grade X.3 SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh as many as 34 students determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data of this research is the result of the skill of writing poetry writing skill of class X student of SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh before and after using the discovery learning model with by song media. The results of the research are: First, the skill of writing poetry text of the students before using the model of discovery learning with the songÂ media obtained an average score of 50.61. Second, the skill of writing poetry text of the students after using the discovery learning model of media auxiliary obtained an average score ofÂ 75,74. Third, based on the t-test, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is received at a significant level of 95% and degrees of freedom (dk) = n - 1 tcount> ttable (8,97> 1.70).Â Kata kunci: discovery learning, media lagu, keterampilan menulis, teks puisi

This research is purposedly done to describe the role and position of Bundo Kanduang contained in the novel Negeri Perempuan Wisran Hadi. This type of research is qualitative research with use hermeneutic method. Based on the data analysis, five roles and five forms of Bundo Kanduang position were found in Wisran Hadi's NegeriPerempuan novel, (1) the guardian of the kinship order in Minangkabau, (2) the determinant of the implementation of traditional ceremonies, (3) the form of behavior, (4) voter in deliberation, and (5) a mother. Bundo Kanduang's invisible role is the role of a wife. Furthermore, the position of Bundo Kanduang which appears in the novel, namely (1) limpapeh rumah nan gadang, (2) amban puruak pagangan kunci, (3) pusek jalo kumpulan tali, (4) sumarak dalam nagari, and (5) nan gadang basa batuah.Â `Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Kata kunci: Bundo Kanduang, hermeneutika, kedudukan, peran

There are three purpose of this study. First, it aimed to know the level of skill in writing observation report (LHO) before using (PBL) helped by the use of audiovisual. Second, knowing the level of skill in writing LHO by using PBL helped by the use of audiovisual . Third, this study describing the effect of using PBL helped by audiovisual to skill of writing LHO. This sudy is a kuantitatif research with quasi-experiment methode. It can concluded that the skill of writing LHO after using PBL helped by audiovisual is more good use rather than the skill of wrting LHO before using PBL helped by audiovisual.Â Kata kunci: pengaruh,Â model Problem Based Learning, teks laporan hasil observasi
