Abstract

Al-ashwat al-'Arabiyah as one of the language elements is important in foreign language learning, because the ability of ashwat becomes the basis and main foundation in learning other elements in the language. But in reality, students have difficulty in learning ashwat, therefore this study aims to analyse how the use of PAIKEM model in learning al-ashwat al-'arabiyyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with an ethnography design to analyse the effectiveness of PAIKEM implementation, student engagement, and learning outcomes achieved. Data were collected through classroom observation, in-depth interviews with students, and document analysis such as syllabus and lesson plans. The results showed that the implementation of PAIKEM significantly improved students' learning engagement and motivation. Students were more active in group discussions, simulations, and question and answer activities, which created a dynamic and interactive learning atmosphere. In addition, the use of varied learning media, such as videos, language games, interactive applications, and visual aids, helped students to understand the concept of Ashwat Al-Araby better. Students' academic scores also showed a significant improvement after the implementation of PAIKEM, with the average mid-semester exam score increasing. This study concludes that PAIKEM is an effective learning model to improve the learning quality of Ashwat al-Arabiy Science at STAI Darul Qur'an Payakumbuh. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for other educational institutions that want to adopt a similar approach.Keyword : Al-Ashwat al-'Arabiyyah, Learning, PAIKEM

Abstract

This research investigates strategies, methods, and scientific facilities in the development of science. Its main focus lies in identifying effective strategies that enhance scientific progress, including interdisciplinary collaboration, investment in research infrastructure, and the application of information technology. The research methods employed include qualitative data analysis derived from scientific literature and field research. The findings highlight the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing the complexity of contemporary scientific challenges. Evaluation is also conducted on the effectiveness of research methods in generating new knowledge and enhancing scientific understanding. Furthermore, this study identifies the crucial role of scientific facilities such as software, laboratory equipment, and access to databases in supporting scientific advancement. The results offer valuable insights for scientific policy development, emphasizing the need for investment in state-of-the-art research infrastructure and greater support for interdisciplinary collaboration. In conclusion, this research provides a significant contribution to the understanding of how to strengthen strategies, methods, and means of developing science to advance knowledge and innovation in various scientific fields.Keyword; strategies; method; facility; sciences

Abstract

There are two opinions of scholars in the law of buying and selling gold for cash, the first is the majority of scholars who stated that it is forbidden to buy and sell gold for cash with the existence of sharîh arguments stating the prohibition and the second is the opinion of Ibn Taimiyyah who stated that the law of buying and selling gold for cash is permissible, with the disappearance of ʻIllat Hukum from gold.The author uses qualitative research methods with an approach that is descriptive analysis by using primary data obtained from the Fatwa DSN-MUI and secondary data obtained through the collection of literature related to this research.The majority of scholars view that it is not possible to change the law of buying gold in cash from haram to mubah with the disappearance of ʻIllat Hukum from gold because it does not fulfil the requirements of ʻIllat Hukum while Ibn Taimiyyah views the change as possibleKeyword:  'Illat Law; Selling Gold; Ulama

Abstract

Educational rights, because women at that time did not receive the same behavior. The presence of the character Siti Walidah provides enlightenment and refreshment for women to continue to hone their potential so that in the context related to feminism and gender, it gives rise to the same thoughts and awareness of women's educational rights. This research aims to analyze the concept of Siti Walidah's thought, the concept of feminism and the relevance of Siti Walidah's thought to feminism in Islamic education.This type of research is a library research using descriptive analysis method. Data through journals, supporting books, by paying close attention to the required thesis. To validate the validity of the data using library study techniques, analyzed using a descriptive model by examining theories, opinions and main ideas contained in books that support and are relevant to the problems discussed in the research. The results of this research explain that Siti Walidah's struggle in pioneering the women's movement in the educational aspect can be seen from Siti Walidah's contribution in the form of Feminism in Islamic Education, namely 1. Siti Walidah's thought concepts including; rejecting the adage of wong wadon iku suwarga nunut nerakene katut wong lanang, consistent thinking towards good deeds nahi ungkar, instilling the philosophy of seni ing pamrih which is in accordance with Islamic philosophy, namely sincerity in doing good deeds, as well as equal education for women which gave birth to educational institutions 2. Feminism is a movement demanding gender equality between men and women. 3. The relevance of Siti Walidah's thoughts to the concept of Feminism is clear in terms of equal rights to education for women so that women today have the freedom to experience the same things as men in education both in the public sphere and at large in society.  Keyword :Siti Walidah tought; Feminism; Relevance; Islamic Education

Abstract

Collaboration is something that is needed in the successful achievement of planned goals, among the goals that every educational institution must achieve is the formation of student character. Therefore, this study aims to find and analyze the forms of collaboration carried out by Islamic religious education teachers with homeroom teachers at 02 Sapan Elementary School in shaping the honest character and religious character of students. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, the data sources were Islamic religious education teachers, homeroom teachers and students selected by snowball sampling technique. Data were collected from informants using observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results of this study are: First, the collaboration of Islamic religious education teachers and homeroom teachers in shaping honest and religious characters at Elementary School 02 Sapan is by instilling discipline to students to perform daily worship, avoiding students from lying to everyone; Second, the impact of the collaboration of Islamic religious education teachers and homeroom teachers is the realization of students who have honest and religious characters. Third, the inhibiting and supporting factors in shaping honest and religious characters at elementary school 02 Sapan are: lack of time, encouragement and cooperation from all resources at school. Keyword :Collaboration; Honest Character; Religious Character

Abstract

Extracurricular activities in some educational institutions are seen as something less important, this view then has an impact on the treatment of extracurricular activities which is very significant compared to intracurricular activities. In line with that, the learning method is an element that has an important position in learning without exception to Quran memorization learning. Therefore, this study aims to reveal and examine in depth the use of methods in Quran memorization and its impact on quality. To find the research objectives described above, this study uses qualitative methods, while the data sources are Islamic Religious Education teachers at MTs Negeri 8 Padang Pariaman as key informants, several students selected by snowball sampling as additional informants. Data were collected from informants through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study prove that first, the methods used in learning Quran memorization as an extracurricular program at MTs Negeri 8 Padang Pariaman are quite varied, teachers use different methods by considering the conditions, the level of intelligence of students. Second, as an extracurricular, the tahfiz program at MTs Negeri 8 has not received serious attention from all resources at this institution, students consider it as an ordinary extracurricular that is not mandatory for all students to follow. Third, the use of various methods in teaching tahfiz at MTs Negeri 8 Padang Pariaman has a good impact on improving the quality of students' memorization. Keyword : Learning Methods, Tahfiz Alquran; Extracurricular

Abstract

This study discusses the role of school principals in developing a culture of literacy and developing morals on students. The issue of student literacy and morals are still the major issue in national education. This low level of students’ literacy turns out to have a negative impact on student development and also makes their future bleak. Developing student morals is an important point that a school principal must also pay attention to so that students have good morals. The principal as a leader and at the same time as a policy holder must have the right strategy. Al Kahfi Integrated Islamic Junior High School, West Pasaman Regency is one of the schools that had promoted literacy as a superior school program. Apart from that, moral development on students is also given great attention so that in the future students will have good character and morals. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure data validity, triangulation was utilized. Data analysis involved several steps: compiling, organizing, and synthesizing all field data to draw conclusions. The results of the research showed that the role of the school principal as a manager in developing literacy culture and moral development is by: planning (program planning), organizing (forming a team), actuating (providing guidance) and controlling (evaluating implementation). Meanwhile, the role of the school principal as a leader in developing literacy culture and moral development is to: provide good examples and role models. Meanwhile, as a motivator in developing a culture of literacy and fostering morals, you can: provide rewards to students who excel in the field of literacy and have the best morals.Keyword : Role of school principal, literacy and moral development

Abstract

his article discusses the influence of Rohis extracurriculars on improving religious character (study of Rohis activities at SMAN 1 North Siberut District, Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra Province).  Students are the main data source of quantitative research. Although the data collection method involves observation, questionnaires, and documentation, the data processing process consists of: validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing results. The study results show that: rxy value - 0.0087. The level of correlation between variable students' religious character. Then, based on the proposed hypothesis, to determine the magnitude of the correlation coefficient using the t test formula, the t table value is obtained at a significance level of 5%, namely the calculated r which is greater than the r table, namely 0.541. Because the sig value is 0.200 = 0.05, H¹ is accepted, this means that the frequency distribution comes from a normally distributed population, which means that the hypothesis proposed in this research is accepted, which means there is an influence of Rohis extracurricular activities in improving religious character (Rohis activity study at SMAN 1 North Siberut District, Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra Province).Keyword : Spiritual Extracurricular Activities, Religious Character

Abstract

This article discusses about the management of clinical supervision of principals in improving Islamic Religious Education teachers’ performance in Tuapejat Public Primary School 13 North Sipora District of Mentawai Islands Regency. The study employed descriptive qualitative research methods, instruments and data collection procedures i.e. data collection methods in research i.e. interviews, observation and documentation. The three activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and inference drawing/verification. To check the credibility of the data using the following techniques: Persistent observation, triangulation, member check, and referential adequacy check. Results of the study: 1) The planning of clinical supervision of the principal in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers in SD Negeri 13 Tuapejat is conducted by the principal per semester, supervision is implemented twice a year, with planning a) understanding teachers and preparation, b)supervising supplies pre-observation schedule, c) holding an initial discussion to determine the observation schedule, d) reminding the teacher of anything that needs to be prepared; 2) Implementation of principal’s clinical supervision in improving Islamic Religious Education teachers’ performance of 13th Tuapejat State Primary School namely: a) Drafting clinical supervision objectives, b) Preparing observation instruments, c) Setting observation plans, d) Implementing observations , e) Giving feedback f) Formulating a follow-up plan; 3) Opportunities and challenges of principals’ clinical supervision in improving PAI teachers’ performance of Tuapejat State SD 13 namely a) paying attention to teaching ability, b) preparing the resources needed by PAI teachers, c) building cooperative relationships between principals and teachers, d ) setting goals the obvious for teachers, e) designing effective follow-ups to help improve teacher performance; f) Clinical supervision evaluation.Keyword : Clinical Supervision Management, Principals, Islamic Religious Education Teacher Performance
