Abstract

Kecamatan Petang adalah salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Badung, juga terdapat sub sektor perdagangan. Salah satunya adalah usaha perdagangan pasar tradisional yang dinamakan Pasar Carangsari. Pasar Carangsari adalah salah satu centra pasar yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung. Nama Pasar Carangsari sendiri sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan masyarakat sekitarnya dan juga banyak pedagang dari berbagai daerah di luar dari Kecamatan Petang. Pasar Carangsari tidak pernah lumpuh akan aktivitas perdagangan, mulai dari pagi hari, hingga sore hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Carangsari, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) modal, jam kerja, tenaga kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Carangsari, Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung, 2) modal, jam kerja, tenaga kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Carangsari, Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung.

Abstract

Eksistensi dan peran UMKM diperlukan untuk mengerakkan sektor perekonomian. Peningkatan program jaring pengaman sosial dan literasi keuangan dilakukan pemerintah guna meningkatkan peran tersebut, terutama meningkatkan jumlah UMKM baik berasal dari keluarga dan bukan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur efek literasi keuangan dan jaring pengaman sosial terhadap peningkatan aktivitas UMKM. Objeknya adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) khususnya pedagang Batik, yang telah menerima program jaring pengaman sosial dan fasilitas kredit sektor perbankan di Kota Surakarta. Variabel dependennya adalah aktivitas UMKM dilevel rumah tangga, dengan variable independen demografi (jenis pekerjaan dan jenjang pendidikan), indek jaring pengaman sosial, indek literasi keuangan, fasilitas kredit, dan total penjualan. Teknik analisis regresi logitik digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variable tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan fasilitas kredit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan aktivitas UMKM level rumah tangga di Kota Surakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti berharap pemerintah daerah dapat mendesain kebijakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas UMKM level rumah tangga khususnya melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan, dan akses kredit ke pelaku UMKM di Kota Surakarta

Abstract

Pemerintah daerah dituntut agar memiliki kinerja yang berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat dan mendorong pemerintah untuk senantiasa tanggap akan tuntutan lingkungannya, dengan berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik secara transparan dan berkualitas. Kinerja manajerial merupakan alat penilaian untuk memotivasi aparatur dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien serta menuntun prilaku aparatur untuk sesuai dengan standar prilaku yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh partisipasi peyusunan anggaran, kejelasan sasaran anggaran, dan akuntabilitas publik terhadap kinerja manajerial pemerintah daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Grobogan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 responden. Responden terpilih adalah kepala/pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), kepala sub bagian keuangan, kepala sub bagian perencanaan dan evaluasi pada masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan sasaran anggaran, dan akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pemerintah daerah. Variabel partisipasi penyusunan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian dan peran kepercayaan konsumen memediasi pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini diadakan di Kota Bandung. Kuesioner yang telah sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya ditujukan kepada 100 orang responden. Cara pengumpulan datanya memakai kuisioner. Sedangkan pengukuran analisis datanya memakai aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil pengukuran antar variabel t-statistik menghasilkan (1) Online customer review dan diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. (2) Online customer rating tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen maupun keputusan pembelian. (3) Online customer review tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) Diskon dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (5) Kepercayaan konsumen signifikan memediasi hubungan online customer review maupun diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak signifikan memediasi hubungan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

UMKM are one of the important pillars in the national economic sector. UMKM need to be pushed back after the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the things that can be done to encourage the rise of UMKM is by digitizing marketing and product innovation. This study aims to determine the factors that decreased sales and marketing strategies that were implemented, how to deal with the obstacles that occurred, weaknesses and obstacles in Zamato bags. Abstract

This study aims to determine how to build a competitive advantage strategy in a music course company with a resource-based theory approach, knowledge management, and differentiation strategies at PT SMI. The research method used is qualitative based on case studies. The results showed that to create a competitive advantage we need to do differentiation and knowledge management strategies. By using a differentiation strategy, SMI is able to create a different value from its competitors, so as to create a competitive advantage

Abstract

The field of science called risk management discusses how an organization can apply various management approaches in a comprehensive and systematic way to describe various existing problems. An enterprise is protected against significant risks through the use of risk management. Risk management is very important because it can prepare a company to face situations that can cause losses. There are several risk categories that can be tolerated. Small hazards are usually ignored, while major hazards must be avoided with the right plan. This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research is an approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism, which studies the state of natural objects. This study uses a literature study method to analyze the data. The risks that occur at PT Indofood are the risk of the COVID-19 pandemic, food safety risk, risk of rising commodity and raw material prices, competition risk, global warming and climate change risk, sustainability risk, and cyber security risk. From the results and discussion above, it can be concluded that PT Indofood Tbk has been effective in implementing risk management in various existing divisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of state-owned commercial banks and to analyze their development. Where efficiency is a parameter in measuring performance for banks. The Data Envelopment Analysis approach was used in this study with a quantitative method. Where there are two models used, namely the VRS (Variable Return to Scale) model and the CRS (Constant Return to Scale) model. State-owned commercial banks are the sample in this study for the period 2019 to 2022. Capital, Third Party Funds (DPK), and operational costs are used as variable inputs. Meanwhile, credit is used as a variable output. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that based on the VRS model, the efficiency of state-owned commercial banks was obtained in almost all years except in 2019. Furthermore, the results of the analysis using the CRS model, several banks obtained efficiency results and several banks obtained inefficiency results. Even based on the average efficiency that existed during the study period, all of them experienced inefficiency, it's just that the efficiency value was at 0.9. The difference in the results of the two models used is because the VRS model overrides the production scale factor, while the resulting CRS model value is Overall Technical Efficiency

Abstract

This Research Is To Examine And Analyze The Effect Of Customer Experience, Customer Expectations And Perceived Quality On Customer Satisfaction With Perceived Value As An Intervening Variable In An Empirical Study On Zeta Green At Pt Dipo Technology. The Problem Faced By Pt Dipo Technology Is An Increase In Complaints From Customers And A Decreased Percentage Of Satisfaction. This Research Was Conducted Using The Quantitative Research Method And Analyzed Using Smartpls 4. The Population In This Study Were Customers Who Had Purchased Zeta Green Products More Than Once, A Total Of 171 People. The Sample Used Was 120 People. The Determination Of The Sample In This Study Used Non-Probability Sampling And The Sampling Technique Was Purposive Sampling. The Results Of The Analysis Show That Customer Experience, Customer Expectations And Perceived Quality Have A Positive And Significant Effect On Perceived Value And Customer Satisfaction. Perceived Value Is Able To Mediate The Effect Of Customer Experience, Customer Expectations And Perceived Quality On Customer Satisfaction. Based On The Adjusted R Square Value, It Explains That Customer Experience, Customer Expectations, Perceived Quality And Perceived Value Affect Customer Satisfaction By 81.3% And The Rest Is Explained By Other Variables Not Present In The Study.
