Abstract

Saat ini, penyakit menular dan tidak menular menjadi dua beban kesehatan utama di Indonesia. Berbagai faktor, seperti perubahan lingkungan, perilaku manusia, pergeseran demografi, teknologi, ekonomi, dan elemen sosial budaya, semuanya berdampak pada pola perkembangan penyakit-penyakit ini. Meningkatnya faktor risiko, seperti tekanan darah tinggi, gula darah, obesitas atau indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan makan yang buruk, kurang aktif bergerak, merokok, dan konsumsi alkohol, sejalan dengan meningkatnya beban penyakit tidak menular. Program nasional penanggulangan penyakit tidak menular telah dicanangkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan dan mencegah penyakit tidak menular tanpa berfokus pada pengobatan dan rehabilitasi melalui penggunaan Posbindu PTM (Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular). Penanggulangan PTM mengacu pada tiga komponen utama: promosi kesehatan, surveilans faktor risiko, dan pencegahan melalui inovasi dan reformasi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi, pembinaan Posbindu PTM dan Peningkatan Kualitas Kesehatan Masyarakat di Desa Gudang Hilir UPTD Puskesmas Selimbau Kapuas Hulu. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 88 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dengan sakla likert dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: Implementasi Posbindu PTM meliputi kemitraan dan kemampuan berkomunikasi. Adapun pembinaan Posbindu PTM meliputi Pengetahuan, Sikap dan dukungan keluarga. Dengan adanya implementasi dan pembinaan yang dilakukan berdampak adanya pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas Kesehatan Masyarakat. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara implementasi terhadap peningkatan kualitas Kesehatan Masyarakat dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 34,7%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pembinaan terhadap peningkatan kualitas Kesehatan Masyarakat dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 22,9%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Implementasi dan Pembinaan Posbindu PTM terhadap peningkatan kualitas Kesehatan Masyarakat di Desa Gudang Hilir Puskesmas Selimbau., dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 57,6%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 42,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Pembinaan, Pemanfataan Pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of Posyandu services and maternal knowledge on attitudes and their implications for maternal participation behavior in bringing toddlers to Posyandu in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency. This effort is crucial as part of a national program to reduce stunting rates by enhancing community participation in monitoring child growth and development. The study was conducted quantitatively using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with 97 respondents, utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that the quality of Posyandu services, maternal knowledge, attitudes, and maternal participation behavior are all categorized as good. Specifically, the quality of Posyandu services significantly affects maternal attitudes but does not have a significant impact on maternal participation behavior. Conversely, maternal knowledge positively influences both attitudes and participation behavior. Additionally, maternal attitudes have a direct relationship with participation behavior. Simultaneously, the quality of Posyandu services and maternal knowledge exert a moderate influence on attitudes and a strong influence on maternal participation behavior. In indirect analysis, it was found that the quality of Posyandu services does not affect participation behavior through maternal attitudes, while maternal knowledge has a significant impact through these attitudes. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing maternal knowledge as a primary strategy to encourage active participation in Posyandu. Furthermore, improvements in Posyandu service quality, particularly regarding physical and operational aspects, are necessary to maintain and enhance community trust. The recommendations from this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more effective interventions aimed at reducing stunting rates.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an analysis regarding the influence of poverty, stunting, and wasting on the special index for stunting management in children aged 0-59 months in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with the population being all toddlers aged 0-59 months in 10 health center areas in Dompu Regency, covering a period of 7 years from 2017 to 2023. The techniques used to collect data are literature study and documentation study, as this research utilizes secondary data. The data processing method in this research employs SPSS version 25. The research results indicate that poverty, stunting, and wasting have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the special index for stunting management. However, when examined individually, poverty and stunting do not have a significant effect on the special index for stunting management, while wasting does have a positive and significant effect on it. Referring to the results of this research, efforts to maintain and even improve the variables that are still considered lacking in this study are necessary so that the rates of poverty, stunting, and wasting continue to decline, and the index specifically for stunting management increases as a form of the government's successful performance. Abstract

Patient loyalty is an indicator of a clinic’s success, influenced by trust, service quality, clinic image, and patient satisfaction. This study analyzes the influence of service quality, trust, and clinic image on patient loyalty through patient satisfaction at Pratama Kartika Clinic 0729 Bantul Yogyakarta. This study employs a descriptive verification method with a sample of 100 patients selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through interviews using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and Path Analysis. The research findings indicate that service quality, trust, clinic image, patient satisfaction, and patient loyalty fall into the good category. Service quality and clinic image have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction, while trust has a negative and significant influence on satisfaction. Service quality and trust positively and significantly influence patient loyalty through satisfaction, whereas clinic image has a negative and significant effect on patient loyalty through satisfaction. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on patient loyalty. Recommendations for Pratama Kartika Clinic 0729 Bantul Yogyakarta include creating a service tagline, building emotional bonds with patients through excellent service, providing a digital suggestion box application, and conducting regular patient satisfaction surveys. The clinic should also evaluate its services, expand service types, implement marketing strategies, and enhance the technical skills of medical and paramedical staff to improve service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of waiting time and service satisfaction on outpatient loyalty at the Dental Clinic of the Sukalarang Community Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to assess the impact of both variables individually and simultaneously on patient loyalty. The results show that, partially, service satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty, while waiting time does not exhibit a statistically significant influence. However, when considered simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to patient loyalty. These findings highlight the significant role of service quality in promoting patient loyalty, with efficient waiting time management serving as a crucial factor in shaping positive patient perceptions. The study implies that strategies to enhance patient loyalty in dental healthcare services should prioritize improving professional, responsive, and patient-centered care.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah rujukan dan angka RJTL rawat jalan dirasa belum menjamin pelayanan kesehatan dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat secara menyeluruh sesuai yang diamanatkan oleh Undang Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 tentang Sitem Jaminan Sosial Nasional dan Undang Undang Nomor 24 tahun 2011 tentang badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial. Meskipun sudah diatur dalam perundang-undangan, sistem rujukan tersebut disesuaikan dengan kebijakan otonomi masing-masing daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku kesehatan masyarakat terhadap jumlah kunjungan FKTRL di Rumah Sakit Kartika Husada Tambun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rujukan dari FKTP ke Rumah Sakit Kartika Husada sejumlah 367 orang. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 159 responden, ditentukan dengan accidental sampling. Variabel bebas adalah factor predisposisi, factor pemungkin dan factor penguat. Variabel terikat adalah tingkst kujungan pasien ke FKTRL. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regeresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis pada variabel factor predisposisi (P value 0,00 < 0,05) mengindikasikan factor predisposisi memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah kunjungan di FKTRL. Pada hasil analisis variabel pemungkin (P value 0,04 < 0,05) artinya factor pemungkin memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah kunjungan di FKTRL. Pada hasil uji variabel factor penguat (P value 0,10 < 0,05) artinya factor penguat tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah kunjungan di FKTRL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja RSUD Panglima Sebaya Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi rumah sakit meliputi ketergantungan tinggi terhadap klaim BPJS, realisasi anggaran SDM yang rendah, waktu tunggu pelayanan yang panjang, integrasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) yang belum optimal, serta lemahnya strategi promosi layanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, serta analisis SWOT untuk memetakan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja RSUD relatif baik dengan indikator mutu klinis seperti BOR (78,43%), NDR (9,27), dan GDR (6,49) yang sesuai standar, serta Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat sebesar 88,18% kategori “Baik”. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kelemahan dalam efisiensi keuangan, pengembangan SDM, dan efektivitas proses internal. Strategi yang dihasilkan antara lain: integrasi penuh SIMRS, optimalisasi layanan unggulan, diversifikasi pendapatan non-BPJS, penguatan pengembangan SDM berbasis kompetensi, serta implementasi roadmap 2025–2030 menuju pusat rujukan regional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan daerah dan memperkuat daya saing rumah sakit umum daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of strategic leadership and performance appraisal on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regional General Hospital. The quantitative research method used was descriptive and verification analysis to examine the influence of variables on 88 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of the variable of strategic leadership influence on employee performance, obtaining a coefficient value of 26.7% with a calculated t value of 9,275, performance assessment on job satisfaction 41.2% with a calculated t value of 11,518, job satisfaction on performance 61.9% with a calculated t value of 11,817, strategic leadership on employee performance 4% with a calculated t value of 2,170, performance assessment on employee performance 8% with a calculated t value of 2,994, the simultaneous influence of strategic leadership and performance assessment on job satisfaction with a calculated f value of 11,964, the indirect influence of strategic leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction 40.6% with a Sobel test value of 4,183, performance assessment on employee performance through job satisfaction 50.5% with a Sobel test value of 3,404 with all p values 0.005. This means that all hypotheses are accepted. The research concludes that hypotheses 1-8 have direct, simultaneous, and indirect effects, capable of mediating between variables.

Abstract

Adherence to antihypertensive medication is a crucial component in hypertension management, reducing the risk of severe complications. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, family support, and motivation on medication adherence among hypertensive patients in the working area of UPT Puskesmas Datah Kotou. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey of 90 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that knowledge, family support, and motivation significantly influenced medication adherence, contributing 26.4% to the variance. Partially, motivation had the highest impact (13.8%), followed by knowledge (9.8%) and family support (2.8%). Further analysis highlighted that low patient motivation is a critical factor in non-adherence. The study concludes that enhancing patient motivation and education, along with active family involvement, can improve adherence to antihypertensive therapy. Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan terbaik dan satu-satunya makanan yang dibutuhkan bayi selama enam bulan pertama. Keberhasilan pemberian ASI membutuhkan dukungan keluarga agar ibu termotivasi untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif. Selain itu, penyebab kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah efikasi diri ibu dalam menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi manajemen laktasi terhadap pengaruh Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy dan dukungan keluarga pada keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di UPTD Puskesmas Munjul, Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu dengan bayi berusia 7-12 bulan sebanyak 206 responden yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy, dukungan keluarga, manajemen laktasi dan keberhasilan pemberian ASI Ekslusif dalam kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan breastfeeding self-efficacy (pvalue=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (pvalue=0,019) terhadap manajemen laktasi, manajemen laktasi terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif (pvalue=0,000), pengaruh langsung breastfeeding self-efficacy (pvalue=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (pvalue=0,000) terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif, breastfeeding self-efficacy dan dukungan keluarga secara simultan terhadap manajemen laktasi (pvalue=0,000), pengaruh tidak langsung breastfeeding self-efficacy (pvalue-0,001) dan dukungan keluarga (pvalue=0,025) terhadap keberhasilan pemberian ASI ekslusif melalui manajemen laktasi. UPTD Puskesmas Munjul dapat melakukan promosi, edukasi, dan dukungan konseling bagi ibu menyusui dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri, dukungan keluarga, pemberian ASI "on-demand" dan bekerja sama dengan tenaga kesehatan lain dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pemberian ASI.
