Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of stock price, trade volume and variants return to the bid ask spread on companies doing stock split on listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. This type of research is the study causative. The population of this research is all companies doing stock split of the 36 companies. The sampling technique menggunakaan purposive sampling techniques in order to obtain a total sample of 17  companies. This type of data is secondary data, and ranks the data panel. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. For testing the hypothesis using statistical t-test with α level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The stock price has positive and not significant to the bid ask spread in companies that conduct a stock split, (2) the volume of stock trading positive and significant impact on the bid ask spread in companies that conduct a stock split,and(3) return variance positive and significant effect on the bid ask spread on companies doing  stocksplit.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of brand community and brand personality to customer layalty of Oriflame in Padang city. The population of this research is all of members of Oriflame community in Padang city. Sample size is 100 persons. Sample technique is sample  random sampling. The data has collected are primery and scondary data. The data collected by questionaire and  documentation. Data are analyzed with multiple regression. The research results revealed that (1) brand community has positive and significant influence to Oriflame brand loyalty in Padang city (2) brand personality has positive and significant influences to Oriflame brand loyalty in Padang city. The brand community has biggest influences than brand personality

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management philosophy of most organizations to improve the effectiveness and performance to become a world-class organization. The purpose of this study, using multiple regression analysis, was to test the effect of TQM practices of teamwork, autonomy and process control on innovation. The results of this study with sample size is 85 faculty and high school leaders in Yogyakarta show that autonomy and process control has a positive effect on innovation, while teamwork having no significant effect on innovation

Abstract

This study analyzed the "Influence of discipline and motivation to job satisfaction in the Office of roads and bridges Bukittinggi region". Total population and sample in this research all employees of the Office of Infrastructure Department of Road and Bridge Bukittinggi region as many as 32 people are all included in this study using census method. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale model was then tested to validan and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis method, after passing through the classic assumption test using SPSS. In this research disciplines (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable.The results of this study are a). Discipline there are positive and significant impact on job satisfaction that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation are positive and significant effect on job satisfaction that is equal to 0,782 with significance level of 0.000 <0.05, c). Discipline and motivation with the same significant positive effect on job satisfaction at 51.623 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.Based on the conclusions derived from the research that has been done, it is recommended to further research, if it is to perform similar studies are expected to increase the factor - other factors that may affect mislnya insenti job satisfaction, work environment, leadership and others - others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see influence the effect of Assurance, tangible and reliability of patient satisfaction at the Lapai Public health. This type of research is associative, this research using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all patients who used services at the Lapai Public Health. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were taken using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that all assurance, tangible and reliability had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Lapai Public health. Abstract

Consumer goods industry is an industry that is engaged in a business that meets the needs of human life. To run the activities of the company, the company has a policy in the use of sources of funds, especially debt. Capital structure is the composition of debt and equity capital. The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of sales growth, firm size and the profitability of the company on the capital structure. This study used a sample of consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2011. The method used is regression using SPSS for windows version 19. The result  showed that in the consumer goods industry, the three variables (sales growth, firm size  and profitability) simultaneously statistically proven not affect the capital structure. Partial test showed significance greater than 5%. This means that the three variables (sales growth, firm size and profitability was also not statistically proven to affect the capital structure during the period 2009 to 2011 in consumer goods industry.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of environmental performance and profitability to corporate social responsibility disclosure. Environmental performance was measured using PROPER rate and disclosed in corporate annual reports. Profitability was measured using Return On Assets (ROA). Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure was measured using Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index (CSRDI). The data used in this study are secondary data from 26 go public company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 4 years from 2009 to 2012. Hypothesis testing is done by using of the multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that environmrntal performance have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. And, profitability have no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the influence of the resources used, creativity and courage to face risks towards the innovative adoption of Minang Kabau craftsmanship of handicraft sub-craftsmanship. In this study all 467 people from West Sumatra typical craftsmen were sampled. . The analysis model used in this study is simple regression which is processed using the STATA program assistance. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted it was found that the resources possessed, business creativity, and courage to face risks influence the adoption of innovations of Minang Kabau's unique sub-embroidery business actors.Keywords: Adopsi inovasi; sumber daya; kreatifitas; keberanian menghadapi risiko

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan rokok yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 3 (tiga) perusahaan rokok selama periode 2002 – 2011. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara EPS, DPS, PER, NPM, dan ROA secara simultan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial EPS dan PER mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan DPS, NPM, dan ROA tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the financial distress prediction model on delisting companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Financial model used is Altman Modification and Springate. Object of study is the entire company delisting on the Stock Exchange in 2011, while the study period is 2003-2010. For comparison, also taken five of the listed companies are still the same industry sector. The method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative method. Research results show that the model Springate provide an earlier warning than Modfikasi Altman model. This is evidenced by the results of studies showing that the more capable Springate models in predicting the condition of delisting. In other words, the model is more pessimistic or conservative Springate than Altman model modification.
