Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract This article aimed to: 1) describe and analyze the cultivation of character values in the learning of art and culture (music), 2) obstacles faced by teachers, 3) the efforts of teachers in facing the constraints of the character values in the learning of Cultural Arts (Music). The type of the research was a qualitative research with descriptive method. The objects of research were the students of class VII-4 and art and culture teacher of SMP Negeri 22 Padang. Instruments in this study were researcher and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationeries and camera photo. Data collection techniques of this research were literature study, interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that embedded values of character in the learning of art and culture, especially music in class VII.4, and a good impact in music art learning. The statement was evidenced by students able to have the character of cooperating, disciplined, religious, curiosity, and confidence. These character values were inherent in the learning objectives in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Keywords: Values of character, Learning, Cultural Art

AbstractÂ The purpose of this study is to find out whether the use of independent learning method can improve students learning outcomes and to provide solutions for teachers in time management problems on Dendang subject. The type of studywas a qualitative with using descriptive analytical methods. The main instrument in this study was the researcher and it was assisted by supporting instruments such as recording device, camera, infocus and stationery. Techniques data collection were done by doing observation, documentation, interviews and documentation. Techniques of data analysis were carried out by doing reduction, presentation and drawing conclusion of data. The result shows that the independent learning method can improve students learning outcomes in the class XI of Karawitan Department in SMK 7 Padang on Dendang subject. This method is considered appropriate because it can optimize the use of time and material in Dendang subject. The explanation of material and practice can be achieved optimally because the students can also take advantage of study time outside the classroom in groups. The effect is the students can exchange ideas with their friends and are more flexible to improve their skills.Â Keywords: Â enhancement, learning outcomes, dendang subjects, self-learning methods

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Pembelajaran Kooperatif Pada Pembelajaran Tari Di Kelas VIII 5 SMPN 25 Padang Yuni Oktaviani; Yuliasma Yuliasma; Susmiarti Susmiarti

This article aimed to describe an improvement in students’ learning outcomes through cooperative learning in dance learning in class VIII 5 of SMP 25 Padang. The type of this research was Classroom Action Research. The procedure of this study consisted of 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The research instrument was a knowledge test and a skill test. The techniques of data data collection were carried out by means of knowledge tests, skills tests and observations. Student completeness data were analyzed using individual and group completeness criteria with minimum completeness criteria of 70%. The results showed that through cooperative learning, students’ learning outcomes could be. It could be seen in the average value from cycle 1 to cycle 2. On the first cycle, there was an average value of 64.5 students with the number of completeness of 14 students (43.75%) from 32 students, and those who did not complete 18 students (56.25%) or under KKM (70). For the second cycle, the learning outcomes of the students' average score were 79 with the percentage of students who scored above 70 increased to 27 students (84.38%), and students who scored below 70 decreased to 5 students (15.62%). Thus, cooperative learning improves dance learning outcomes in class VIII.5 of SMPN 25 Padang.

Abstract The music arrangement of Talago Biru was inspired by (1) the melody of accompaniment music in dance performance and as an instructional material in the Dendang course. The purpose of this artwork is (2) to clarify that the musical arrangement is a new model of music arrangement based the writer’s ability and to add more value of an artwork without eliminating the main idea or the core of Talago Biru Music arrangement. The form presented in this artwork is (3) the combination of traditional music (dendang) with western musical styles that have been tied to the bars pattern without eliminating the typical character of dendang Kata kunci : Model garapan baru, Musik Tradisonal, Musik Modern.

This study aims to describe the results of an analysis of Adelita's music composition in terms of melody, rhythm, and harmony analyzed based on motives, themes, phrases, and periods. It aims to find out the creation concept made by the composer. This research belongs to a qualitative descriptive analysis research. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself. The researcher processed the data by doing some steps such as reading scores from Adelita's material, then classifying the data from understanding music theory, from the structural aspect, as well as the melody, rhythm, and harmony, so that the researcher can make a summary of the data found in the form of writings which describe an understanding of music theory. Then, the researcher conducted a feasibility test on the song with the aim that the song analyzed can be used as a learning material for students studying classical guitar material and as an eligibility to be taken as musical knowledge. The results show that Adelita's work is unique in terms of playing techniques and ornamentation. By using simple melody, rhythm, and harmony, Adelita can be accepted as a reference for learning classical guitar. The assessment was obtained from simple melody, rhythm, and harmony analysis. Thus, it can be used as a reference for learning classical guitar for students who take the course of classical guitar major instrument.

Abstract This article was aimed at describing the changes on the form of Piriang Rantak Tapi dance in Nagari Pitalah Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This research applied descriptive methud the data was collected though library study, observation, interview and documentation. The result of the research indicated that Piriang Rantak Tapi dance got changes in 1991. The changes was affected by the social and culture factors. They occurred on the dance form including (a) the structural form of movement, (b) the form of music, (c) custom, (d) properties and (e) time. The second change occure on the place of the show and the third cange was on the events precenting Piriang Rantak Tapi dance, such as in a traditional festival, in a wedding party and some accasions held by the tourism department. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Bentuk, Tari Piriang Rantak Tapi, Nagari Pitalah.

Abstract This article aims to describe and express the improvement of male student study result of dance at XI IPS 1 class in SMA Negeri 12 Padang by using Audiovisual Medium. Kind of the study was a study of class action (PTK). Instrument of the study was a researcher and assisted by observer namely colleague and it was also supported by other tools such as laptop, speaker, music, video and audiovisual (VCD). Technique of data collection was done by using library research, observation, action and taking documentation. The result of study showed that the use of audiovisual medium in art and culture learning especially in dancing at XI IPS 1 class in SMA Negeri 12 Padang could improve the study result and it was able to allow students to involve in learning of the dance subject directly. In the first of cognitive meeting cycle, the avarage score was 56,76%, meanwhile in the first of psychoomotor meeting cycle, the avarage score was 59,12% and in the second of cognitive meeting cycle, the avarage score was 83,82%, meanwhile in the second of psychoomotor meeting cycle, the avarage score was pertemuan 83,24%. So, it could be seen that there was improvement of the study result of dance learning by using audiovisual medium and the achieved target had been suceed. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The data collection started from data existing in the field - from the results of observations, interviews, field notes, and study documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research is based on Alan P. Merriam's (1964: 219-226) theory about 10 musical functions.The results of this study indicate that Kompangan Art is used in various traditional events. It firstly used in a wedding party. Along with the development of time, Kompangan Art is also used in child shaving and circumcision events as an entertainment for the guests who come to the event. The art of Kompangan music plays an important role for the community, especially in marriage parties. It is due to the fact that it is played as the groom's pageant music. From these uses, the reactions that occur in community activities can be seen. It relates to the function through the feelings that humans feel when they see and hear the art. The functions found are the function of (1) emotional expression; (2) Entertainment; (3) Communication; and (4) the continuity of cultural norms.

AbstractThis article aims to reveal and explain about how teachers interact with students and improve learning outcomes of students in learning the art of using the media Charts in SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman. This type of research this is a class action Research (PTK). The research was carried out in 2 cycle i.e. the cycle I and cycle II. The instruments used in this research is the written tests (cognitive) and test skills (psychomotor). The techniques used in data collection is the observation, knowledge (cognitive) tests and keterampilam tests (psychomotor). Technique of data analysis is carried out based on the activity of learning, student learning outcomes and assessment criteria. The results showed that the use of media art learning culture in chart in particular dance in Class VII. 4 SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman can improve the results of the study and was able to make student learning was directly involved in the practice of dance. On cycle I have not found an increase in student learning outcomes are significant but in cycle II by using the media, learners are more focused and serious in following the instruction. This is evident by the presence of learning outcomes grade VII. 4 on cycle I student learning outcomes the overall cognitive and psychomotor 62.95 and on student learning outcomes the overall cycle of psychomotor and cognitive 81.43. So there has been an increase in the results of learning the art of dance by using media chart and targets on want has been successful.Keywords: study results of dance, chart media

Abstract The purpose of this study was to reveal the picture of students' interest to wards learning the art of music in SMP Negeri 1 Painan South Coastal District. This type of researc his descriptive, while research conducted in February-March 2013. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution formula in the form of a percentage. From the analysis of the data obtained the following results: 1. Minat siswa in SMPN egeri 1 Painan seen from the classification indicators are sufficient participation (74.1%). 2. Student interest in SMP Negeri 1 Painan seen from the classification indicators are sufficient attention to the percentage of75.7%. 3. Student interest in SMP Negeri 1 Painan seen from the feeling of being on the classification of the indicators enough with the percentage of 79.3%. It means that of the three indicators of interest needs to be improved, so that students become better. Kata kunci : Minat, pembelajaran, musik, deskriptif.
