Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine whether the influence of profitability, leverage, company size and institutional ownership with moderation of board gender diversification on tax avoidance in the automotive sector manufacturing companies in the 2012-2019 period. The sample in this study consisted of four companies that entered consistently during the research year. The period used in this research is eight years, from 2012 until 2019. The analysis data technique is panel data regression. The method used is purposive sampling method. The results of this research indicate that partially the profitability variable has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Leverage has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Company size has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Institutional ownership has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Gender cannot moderate the effect of Profitability on Tax Avoidance. Gender can moderate the effect of Leverage on Tax Avoidance. Gender cannot moderate the effect of Company Size on Tax Avoidance. Gender cannot moderate the effect of Institutional Ownership on Tax Avoidance. While simultaneous testing shows that the variable profitability, leverage, company size, institutional ownership and gender affect tax avoidance.

Abstract

AbstractThe focus of this research is to find out how the sales marketing find the new customers and CRO (Customer Relation Officer) Division maintain the existing customers with CRM program which include several media.  This research was conducted at Bank BNI PTB Bandung for 300 hours practical work studies. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach in analyzing its data. The primary data were obtained from direct observation and interview with Bank BNI PTB Bandung employees and customers, while secondary data were obtained from books, documents from this company, internet, and research articles. From this research it is found out that the customers’ maintenance strategies at Bank BNI PTB Bandung have been run perfectly. The result of this research revealed that when the marketing strategies are implemented constantly to maintain a good relationship between the bank and the customers regarding the customers loyalty, it will have a positive impact for the bank in terms of customer relationship management. Keyword: Customer Relationship Management, Customers, Loyalty, Maintenance Strategy. AbstrakFokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemasaran penjualan menemukan pelanggan baru dan Divisi CRO (Customer Relation Officer) mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada dengan program CRM yang mencakup beberapa media. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank BNI PTB Bandung selama 300 jam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam menganalisis datanya. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan karyawan dan pelanggan Bank BNI PTB Bandung, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, dokumen dari perusahaan ini, internet dan artikel penelitian. Dari penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa strategi pemeliharaan di Bank BNI PTB Bandung telah berjalan dengan sempurna. Hasil penelitian ini telah berhasil menguak bahwa ketika strategi diterapkan secara konstan untuk menjaga hubungan antara bank dan nasabah terkait dengan loyalitas nasabah, itu akan berdampak positif bagi perusahaan khususnya dalam pengelolaan hubungan baik dengan nasabah/ pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Pelanggan, Loyalitas, Strategi Pemeliharaan.

Abstract

The publishing industry is considered as an industry that has a low entry barrier. Supply chain agility refers to the level of speed that the supply chain uses to respond to customer needs. Supply chain agility represents the ability of an organization's internal supply chain functions to provide strategic advantages and innovations to respond to market uncertainty. Supply chain agility is also considered as a key element of an organization's competitive strategy  which requires an evaluation method. Fishbone Diagrams or Cause and Effect Diagrams are one of the tools of QC 7 tools that are used to identify and show the relationship between cause and effect in order to find the root causes of a problem. This study used "Supply Chain Agility" as an effect factor, and cause factors derived from The 4 M's theory and 4 Indicators of supply chain agility theory. The result of study are several factors indicate the weaknesses of the company that must be evaluated and several factors indicate the strengths that must be maintained

Abstract

Introduction: business cosmetic has grown rapidly in the e-commerce era. In the e-commerce era, companies have the opportunity to expand their sales system to increase customer satisfaction.The purpose of study: to determine and analyze the effect of e-commerce and EMN product quality on satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty.Research Method: descriptive study with quantitative methods. The data was collected by distributing a survey to 155 respondents who had purchased EMN products through e-commerce sites at least once in the last six months. The survey data analysis used the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis of the SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 programs.Results: the results showed that each variable influenced each other. E-commerce has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, where the p-value = 0.014 (0.05) and the coefficient is 0.347. Product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with p-value = 0.000 (0.05) and a coefficient of 0.546. Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty with p-value = 0.000 (0.05) and a coefficient of 0.798. Meanwhile, e-commerce has a negative effect on consumer loyalty with a p-value = 0.23 and a coefficient of -0.408. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty with p-value = 0.39 and a coefficient of 0.416.Conclusion: Companies have to create attractive e-commerce site designs with complete and accurate attributes and information; companies must maintain the availability and completeness of products in e-commerce; creating a new product with a packaging design that is more attractive and of sufficiently good quality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current dual role of women, both as housewives and career women who seek income and are tested for their resilience and competitiveness in the face of the current global COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the pre-research data we obtained, women make a significant contribution to the economy of the City of Tasikmalaya, where more than 50% of MSME actors in the City of Tasikmalaya are female. This research itself aims to provide a general description of the opportunities faced by womenpreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya, as well as to study further about what challenges are faced by womenpreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya. The object of the research is womenpreneurs SMEs located in the city of Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where the analytical tool used for the data obtained is the SWOT analysis. The technique of collecting data is by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study are based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, the position of Womenpreneur in Tasikmalaya City [IFE 3.101, EFE 3.037] is in Quadrant I.

Abstract

Covid-19 affects and changes almost all aspects of life. Change is not only for awareness to have a healthy lifestyle but also people's preferences in doing online shopping. Many indicators influence changes in society in making decisions, especially in making online purchases. Because of this, in this research the needs of people with changing preferences after Covid-19, Shopee as one of the giant e-commerce in Indonesia must also adapt to existing conditions. This research was conducted using a descriptive method based on the results of a questionnaire to several samples witk purposive sampling of Indonesian society in metropolitan cities to obtain the findings and expected results of this study. Apart from using primary data, this research is also supported by reliable secondary data. The results of this study are to determine changes in people's preferences for online shopping after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research is limited to a sample of Indonesian people and Shopee as e-commerce platform. This research is expected to help Shopee, other e-commerce and other online seller to understand changes in customer demand and perception during Covid-19 to increase their sales and lead to customer satisfaction.Keyword: Covid19, Perception, Online Shopping.

Abstract

Abstract. Islamic financial planning is a realization in applying maqashid sharia in terms of improving the welfare of an individual in relation to preserving faith, self, sense, posterity and wealth. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy reinforced by personality traits in the implementation of Islamic financial planning. This study uses purposive sampling - judgment sampling method with 138 respondents. This study also uses survey method with explanatory approach. The results of this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy has a significant predictor for Implementation of Islamic financial planning, after that conscientiousness and neuroticism have a significant effect on the relation of Islamic financial literacy with the implementation of Islamic financial planning, but other personality traits such as extroversion, agreeableness, and opennes to experience do not have significant effect on the relation of Islamic financial literacy with the implementation of Islamic financial planning.  Keyword. Abstract

Encouraging students to become entrepreneurs can help alleviate the problem of the increasing number of unemployed in Indonesia due to the limited number of jobs, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The main objective of this research is to find out what factors encourage students to become entrepreneurs. This research analyzes the effect of personal attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms on entrepreneurial intentions. An online survey was conducted to collect primary research data.  The total number of respondents of this study was 251, who were students majoring in Management and Business in Banten Province, Indonesia. Models and hypotheses are tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM was considered to be a proper means for this analysis because the interpretive structural model involves multiple-path linkages between variables. The results of this study indicate that personal attitude and perceived behavior have a positive significant influence on entrepreneurial intention, while a relationship between subjective norm and entrepreneurial, was found to be a non-significant

Abstract

AbstractTo measure the financial performance required for the analysis of the company's financial statements, namely using the solvency ratio and the profitability ratio. This study uses multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. The variables used in this reseach are return on assets, dept to equity ratio and liquidity. with the results of solvency and profitability together have a positive and significant effect on stock liquidity. Solvency has a positive effect on stock liquidity. Profitability has a positive effect on stock liquidity. Keywords: Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Liquidity, leverage, Profitability AbstrakMengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan diperlukan analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan, yaitu menggunakan rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether the loyalty of Polytechnic students can be formed through the reputation of Higher Education. Because student loyalty has an important role in realizing the competitive advantage of Higher Education. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and data obtained through surveys using an online questionnaire with a sample of 200 Polytechnic students in the city of Bandung. Measurement of data and relationships between variables is done by using SEM-PLS statistical tools.
