Research that aims to study examined the direct and indirect effect of job involvement on job performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This study was designed as an explanator research which aims to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and aims to obtain appropriate testing in drawing causal conclusions. The sample of this study was 65Â responden Fajar Printing employees using the saturated sample technique. This study uses analysis technique the PLS (Partial Least Squares regression) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program to find that job involvement has no significant direct effect on job performance. Meanwhile, indirectly, job involvement has an effect on job performance through organizational citizenship behavior. This shows that organizational citizenship behavior is able to bridge the influence of job involvement on job performance, which can be interpreted that job involvement can have a good effect on job performance when accompanied by organizational citizenship behavior owned by company employees. The results of this study are expected to add new knowledge that will enrich the theory of human resource management, especially those related to job performance. In addition, it is hoped that these findings will help future research in paying attention to factors that can affect job performance

The growth of modern markets (supermarket) has big influence on traditional markets, especially regarding their consumers. Therefore the purposes of this research are analyzing the influence of personal factor to perception and motivation in purchasing tendency from traditional market to modern market. The research was using survey method with 257 respondents (modern market consumer) which are selected by accidental respondent method. Collected data then proceed to be analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model utilizing AMOS Software Ver. 18.0. Waqf has an essential role in the successful development of the Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. In addition to religious services, the Muhammadiyah Persyarikatan attempt to use waqf land for social and educational establishments. Report of the Councils of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah 2010- 2015 (PP-Muhammadiyah, 2015) on the development of Muhammadiyah's charitable efforts, particularly in education, health, and public welfare economic, and da'wah. Furthermore, there are around 3,717 ha of waqf assets and fix managed by the Muhammadiyah organization. Muhammadiyah movement succeeds to manage Waqf for social welfare. However, many people are not familiar with the basic ideas of Waqf for the charitable effort by KH. Ahmad Dahlan. The study of this scientific paper uses a qualitative paradigm with reviews literature to examine the history and phenomena of Waqf Muhammadiyah from aspects of personality and thoughts and ideas of KH. Ahmad Dahlan revealed the external acts (words and deeds) in developing Muhammadiyah in Indonesia. Furthermore, it provides descriptive data to present the condition of waqf Muhammadiyah from history until the present. Lastly, this study concludes that the community's trust for Waqf in Muhammadiyah is still very high. The future of Waqf Muhammadiyah is the chain of the past and the present.

Go-Pay was the innovation in Financial Technology offered in efficiency of payment. The main objective of this study was to bring further insights into consumer intentions to use mobile payments Go-Pay it helps improving service quality and increasing user satisfaction of the Go-Jek user. Mobile payment is in a developing stage and consumers are still reluctant and so they hesitate to use mobile payment. Data is collected from Go-Jek user who have used Go-Pay as mobile payment systems in Bandung city. A survey study with the SEM analysis of 200 participants, with four out of six hypothesis are supported. Research results demonstrate that there are significant relationships between service quality and intention to use, there is not significant relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness to intention to use mobile payment Go-Pay. Keyword. Abstract. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a severe impact on the economic sector of the community. The implementation of PSBB and WFH makes it difficult for people to fulfill their daily needs, however technological developments have created new opportunities in business, one of which is E-Commerce, which is used by online business people.The purpose of this research is to what extent E-Commerce is in the revival of the community economy after COVID-19. Abstract. This journal measure effectiveness Doctor Reisa’s role as Brand Ambassador for Dettol. Measurement is done with survey to consumer based on consumer behavior and also based on theory of Brand Ambassador. This research created several conclusion based on analysis to consumer of Dettol. The object of this research is Dettol, a brand name which is an antiseptic liquid disinfectant manufactured by Reckitt Benckiser, one of the most popular healthcare products in the world and Doctor Reisa, an Indonesian doctor, actress, model, and presenter, also Head of Communications for the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 in Indonesia. Doctor Reisa represent a work-mom with child and a credivility source. Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of earnings management, board characteristics, and firm size on firm performance by measuring Tobin's Q (TQ). In this study, we examine the effect of earnings management using accrual-based earnings management and real earnings management, the effect of board characteristics using the variable the board of directors size and board of commissioners size, and also examine the effect of firm size by means of the natural log of firm assets. The results of this study indicate that accrual-based earnings management and firm size have a significant positive impact on firm performance while for real earnings management variables, the board of directors size, and the board of commissioners size are not significant on firm performance in this research topic.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality traits and financial literacy on financial behavior in young entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Data collection obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. The population in this study were 3,599 MSME Entrepreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya. By using purposive sampling technique, the sample of this research is the beginner entrepreneurs of UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya who have just operated ≤ 5 years, as many as 30 entrepreneurs. The results of the study either partially or simultaneously, personality traits and financial literacy have a significant influence on financial behavior.

This research is intended to analyze how macroeconomic factors influence the level of fisheries investment in Bandung city. Economic factors analyzed in this study include inflation, interest rates, and Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) in Bandung city in the period 2010-2017. The method used throughout this research is the Literature Survey method by using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of multiple linear regression tests through the F-test and T-test to prove to be no significant positive relationship between inflation and the level of fisheries investment in Bandung city. The results of the multiple regression test also showed an insignificant negative relationship between the interest rate and the level of investment in the fisheries sector in Bandung city. GDRP has a significant positive relationship with the level of fisheries investment in Bandung city. R Square Test (R2) shows a value of 0.913 which means that 91.3% of the proportion of investment in the fisheries sector from 2010-2017 can be attributed to the variable inflation, interest rates, and GDRP. Distribution is an important part of the sales business which influences the customer's decision to buy a product which in turn increases sales volume. The purpose of study to determine and analyze the effect of sales distribution channels and promotional policies on consumer buying behavior and its impact on sales volume. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 programs. The results showed that distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on sales volume with p-value = 0.002 with a coefficient of 0.559. Sales force has a positive and significant effect on sales volume with p-value = 0.48 and a coefficient of 0.268. Promotion policy has no effect on sales volume p-value = 0.652 (0.05) and the coefficient is 0.112. Consumer behavior has a positive and significant effect on sales volume with p-value = 0.001 with a coefficient of 0.691. Promotion policy is the weakest part in an effort to increase sales so that serious efforts are needed to fix: it is necessary to increase above the line and below the line promotional activities so that the word of mouth effect is quickly achieved;Â making material design changes regarding citrex products to make it easier to understand and understand;Â and conduct diverting advertisements by an increase in the promotional budget.
