Abstract

Academic supervision and managerial supervision are two things that must be done by school principals in carrying out their main tasks and functions at school. This research aims to measure how much influence the supervision carried out by the principal has on the discipline and distribution of teachers at the primary education level in Pulau Merbau sub-district, Meranti Islands district. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. The data collection technique used was disciplinary observation and teacher distribution. The research instruments used were disciplinary observation sheets and teacher distribution. The research results show that supervision by the principal has a significant effect on the discipline and distribution of teachers at the primary education level in Merbau Island sub-district, Meranti Islands district. This discipline and distribution of teachers is reflected in research results that the existing distribution of teachers is not ideal for producing disciplined teachers. It is necessary to increase the number of teachers by 5 people so that teacher discipline can increase. The sub-district area coordinator for the education sector needs to immediately fulfill the required teacher distribution so that teacher discipline can increase and so that students can be served well.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes regarding geometric material, especially cones and tubes in fifth-grade students by using concrete visual aids in learning mathematics in elementary school. The method used in this study uses Experimental Research with the flow or research design used is Quasi Experiment for data analysis using Test Trials consisting of Uni Validation, Reliability Test, Test difficulty level. Prerequisite Test consisting of Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Hypothesis Test. Quantitative analysis and to describe the data using descriptive analysis. The results of the research based on the analysis carried out can be concluded as follows: The results of manual hypothesis testing obtained tcount = 1.876 and t (0.05; 42) = 1.682 based on the results of analysis and discussion of research data, then tcount > t (0.05;42) then HO rejected. Based on these findings, there are differences in learning outcomes between students who are taught using visual aids and students in class IV SDIT Patriot who receive traditional learning treatment. By using the NGain test, an average value of 0.770 was obtained which indicated that the success rate of students after teaching and learning was relatively high.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of human life from various aspects of life. One of them is the educational aspect. The educator aspect had experienced quite serious problems, namely the implementation of the learning process that was not running optimally. Therefore, a solution is needed that is suitable for each of these learning problems. This study aims to develop Android-based mobile learning media to increase students' interest and learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students of class X High School (SMA). This research method uses Research and Development with the 4D research model Define, Design, Develop, and Dissiminate). The results of this study indicate the validity level of learning material experts is 88% and is included in the very good category, the validity level by learning media experts is 85% and is included in the very good category, and the validity level by multimedia experts is 87% and is included in the very good category. Based on the results of this study, it was stated that Android-based mobile learning media was effectively applied in the learning process in class X High School (SMA).

Abstract

The ability problem solving is one of the abilities that primary school students must have when participating in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-based learning in the classroom. Problem solving learning based on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics is important for students' psychomotor skills. This research aims to measure how much influence problem solving based on science, technology, engineering and mathematics has on the psychomotor skills of primary school students. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental.The data collection technique used was the observation of students' psychomotor skills. The results of this study can show that problem solving based on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics does not have a significant effect on the psychomotor skills of fourth grade primary school students. Therefore, this research cannot be used as a reference in measuring the psychomotor level of primary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pedagogical competence of class V teachers of SDN 1 Manjalling, Kecamatan Bajeng Barat, Kabupaten Gowa, an overview of PPKn learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 1 Manjalling, West Bajeng District, Gowa Regency and a significant relationship between teacher pedagogic competence and PPKn learning outcomes of grade V students of  Kecamatan Bajeng Barat, Kabupaten Gowa. This research is a quantitative approach. Data on pedagogic competence were obtained through questionnaires or questionnaires collected from all students of class V. While the learning outcomes of PPKn students were obtained through documentation in the form of odd semester test documents in class V students.

Abstract

This research study focuses on the lack of ability to describe the life cycle of animals in deaf students in science subjects at SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. The method used is classroom kuantitatif aproach. The data collection method applied is a test. The subjects of this study were deaf students in class V SLB Negeri 1 Makassar with the initials MIM. This study has several conclusions, namely: 1) The ability to describe the animal life cycle of deaf students in grade V SLB Negeri 1 Makassar in Baseline  1 (A1) situations is in the very poor category. 2) The ability to describe the animal life cycle of class V deaf students in the intervention situation (B) is in the good category. 3) The ability to describe the animal life cycle of deaf students in class V at Baseline  2 (A2) is in the very good category. 4) The ability to describe the life cycle of animals using serial picture media for deaf students in class V is based on the results of analysis between situations, namely in the Baseline  1 situation (A1) very lacking, in the intervention situation (B) in the good category, and in the Baseline  2 situation (A2) ) is in the very good category.

Abstract

This is correlational quantitative research that aims to determine whether or not there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence 986 and mathematics achievement of fifth grade UPTD SPF SDN 3 Lemba District, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. The sampling technique is a saturated sample of 47 students. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire and tests for the mathematics subject in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data analysis techniques consist of descriptive and inferential analysis. Based on the descriptive results, it shows that emotional intelligence gets an average of 95.28 in the medium category and mathematics learning achievement gets an average of 32.45 in the medium category. Based on the results of the inferential analysis, it shows that at a significance level of 5%, the value of rcount > rtable (0.372 > 0.2876) so it can be concluded that there is significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement for fifth grade students of UPTD SPF SDN 3 in the low category at intervals of 0.20 - 0.399.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning outcomes of students who have not reached the SKBM in class V UPTD SD Negeri 3 Parepare. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of applying cooperative learning models of Student Team Achievement Division types in improving the process and learning outcomes of mathematics in data presentation material. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were teachers and students of class V UPTD SD Negeri 3 Parepare, totaling 15 students consisting of 1 teacher, 8 boys and 6 girls. Data were obtained through observation, test and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that in the first cycle the results of observations of teacher activities with sufficient qualifications (C) and observations of student activities with sufficient qualifications (C). In the second cycle showed an increase in the results of observations of teacher activities into good qualifications (B) and observations of student activities with good qualifications (B). The conclusion of this study is that by applying the cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division types, it can improve the process and student learning outcomes in data presentation material in class V UPTD SD Negeri 3 Parepare

Abstract

: Science and numeracy skills are part of basic literacy skills that must be mastered by students. Both of these abilities are included in the ability to think intermediate to high-level thinking skills. Students must begin to be invited to think at a medium to high level so that these two abilities can develop and improve optimally. This research aims to measure how much influence the learning models of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics have on the science and numeracy skills of madrasah ibtidaiyah students. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. The data collection technique used was a student's science and numeracy ability test. The research instrument used was a student's science and numeracy test sheet. The results of the research show that the learning models of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics have a significant effect on the science and numeracy abilities of fifth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Therefore, this research can be a reference in applying science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics learning models that can affect students' science and numeracy skills.

Abstract

The study alms to determine the effectiveness of cybernetics theory in Indonesian subjects at the elementary school level and to formulate a cybernetic strategy in a space effort to apply learning to students about cybernetics theory. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods. Interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that learning chybernetics theory in elementary schools is effective if accompanied by parents, this is because renters have net been able to access digital technology properly startup digital “Ruangguru” can be used as a means of independent learning in schools. Theory and concepts about learning the context of reading, writing and listening is fully available. Howevwr, speaking practice materials for self development are not well facilitated. The role of educators in shapping the attitudes and morals of students also cannot be represented by simply being applied online. It can be conculeded that startup digital “Ruangguru” as distance learning methods are only used to increase knowledge.
