Abstract

Providing the best services is an obstacle for educational institutions in Indonesia considering the diversity of the the nation's society. To improve education, this difficulty needs to be carefully handled, with a special emphasis on human resource management. In keeping with the claim made by Partono Prasetio et al. (2017) that an essential element is organizational effectiveness. To achieve their goals, organizations need to offer their clientele exceptional services. Administrators must motivate teachers to go above and beyond the call of duty in addition to urging them to fulfill their legal obligations if they are to successfully manage schools at this uncertain time (Somech and Oplatka,2014). Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment (OC) have grown in importance as employee indicators to improve organizational performance. Based on quantitative research, the study was non-experimental utilizing a survey method for collecting data. The response or result Job Satisfaction was analyzing was the value of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which was predicted using the linear regression method. The study's premise states that organizational commitment acts as a mediator in the association between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. 175 Teachers from School X, an Indonesian SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama), contributed the data which was gathered.  The Pearson correlation coefficient indicates that there is a significant correlation (r (173) = 0.416, p = <0.001) between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This relationship is partially mediated by Organizational Commitment, which is 39.5%. These results imply that schools can benefit strategically from investing in creating a favorable work environment that increases job satisfaction.  Schools can foster a more committed and supportive teaching staff by carrying out their share of the social collaboration.  In the end, this results in higher OCBs, which is advantageous for both students and the school community.Memberikan layanan terbaik merupakan kendala bagi institusi pendidikan di Indonesia mengingat keberagaman masyarakat Indonesia. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pendidikan, kesulitan ini perlu ditangani dengan hati-hati, dengan penekanan khusus pada manajemen sumber daya manusia. Sesuai dengan pernyataan yang dibuat oleh Partono Prasetio dkk. (2017) bahwa elemen penting adalah efektivitas organisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan mereka, organisasi perlu menawarkan layanan yang luar biasa kepada pelanggan mereka. Administrator harus memotivasi guru untuk melakukan lebih dari sekadar menjalankan tugas mereka, selain mendorong mereka untuk memenuhi kewajiban hukum mereka, jika mereka ingin berhasil mengelola sekolah di masa yang tidak menentu ini (Somech dan Oplatka,2014). Perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi (OC) semakin penting sebagai indikator karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, non-eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data. Respon atau hasil dari kepuasan kerja yang dianalisis adalah nilai dari perilaku kewargaan organisasional, yang diprediksi dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier. Premis penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. 175 guru dari Sekolah X, sebuah SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) di Indonesia, menyumbangkan data yang dikumpulkan.  Koefisien korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan (r(173) = 0.416, p = <0.001) antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi. Hubungan ini secara parsial dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasi, yaitu sebesar 39,5%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah dapat memperoleh keuntungan secara strategis dengan berinvestasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan yang meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Sekolah juga dapat meningkatkan komitmen staf dan memberikan dukungan dengan melakukan tugas mereka dalam kerja sama sosial.  Pada akhirnya, OCB yang lebih besar akan terjadi, yang akan menguntungkan siswa dan komunitas sekolah secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) is a common mental health issue found among young adults. This study explored the experiences of help-seeking among Indonesian young adults with NSSI, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological research design. NSSI assessments, semi-structured interviews, and photo elicitation techniques were conducted on three participants through purposive sampling with the criteria being aged 18-24 who were indicated to have previously engaged in NSSI. The results of the interpretative phenomenological analysis revealed two themes in the participants’ help-seeking experiences: experiences that initiate seeking help and personal and professional support. Factors influencing help-seeking behavior were also identified, including perceptions of NSSI, perceptions of helpers and received support, public stigma, and social construction. The implications of this research focus on mental health education and the development of mental health service options in addressing negative stigmas and issues related to NSSI.Nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) merupakan isu kesehatan mental yang umum ditemui pada dewasa muda. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman mencari bantuan pada dewasa muda di Indonesia dengan NSSI, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam prosesnya. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Dilakukan asesmen NSSI, wawancara semi terstruktur dan teknik photo elicitation pada tiga partisipan melalui purposive sampling dengan kriteria usia 18-24 tahun dan terindikasi pernah melakukan NSSI. Hasil interpretative phenomenological analysis menemukan dua tema dalam pengalaman partisipan mencari bantuan, yaitu: pengalaman yang menginisiasi mencari bantuan dan bantuan personal dan profesional. Ditemukan juga faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku mencari bantuan, berupa: persepsi terhadap NSSI, persepsi terhadap helper dan bantuan yang diterima, stigma publik, dan konstruksi sosial. Implikasi penelitian berfokus pada edukasi kesehatan mental serta pengembangan opsi layanan kesehatan mental dalam menghadapi isu dan stigma negatif terhadap NSSI.

Abstract

Locus of control is one of the important factors in improving psychological well-being. This is also in line with what is experienced by single women of the Toraja tribe who have a career, for them being single and having a career is not an easy thing because of the many demands and pressures they feel. To be able to improve psychological well-being, it is necessary to have a locus of control for single women of the Toraja tribe who have a career so that they are expected to be able to overcome the problems they are facing. This study aims to determine the relationship between locus of control and psychological well-being in single women of the Toraja tribe who have a career. The method used is correlational quantitative. There were 110 single women of the Toraja tribe who have a career as participants in this study using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses two scales the IPC LOC (Internality, Powerful Others dan Chance Locus of Control) and the Scales of Psychological Well-Being. The result of hypothesis testing with Karl Pearson is .533 with sig = .000 (p<.01), which means this is accepted. These results proves that locus of control is one of the factors related to the achievement of psychological well-being in single women of the Toraja tribe who have a career. This means a relationship exists between an increase or decrease in locus of control and an increase or decrease in psychological well-being. The results obtained show that locus of control is one of the factors associated with the achievement of psychological well-being in single women of the Toraja tribe who have a career. This research provides a new understanding of the positive meaning of the community in seeing the role of women as part of the sacredness of Toraja local culture who are also responsible for the role or involvement to realize every cultural demand that is an obligation for each community. In addition, despite the highest degree of men's position in Toraja local culture who are responsible for every realization of daily family needs and customs, but still place women as a balance of life that helps the family take responsibility for a career and meet every demand of custom patently applies.Locus of control menjadi salah satu faktor yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Hal ini juga sejalan dengan yang dialami oleh perempuan lajang suku Toraja yang berkarier, bagi mereka melajang dan berkarier bukan merupakan suatu hal yang mudah karena banyaknya tuntutan serta tekanan yang dirasakan. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, maka diperlukan adanya locus of control dari dalam diri perempuan lajang suku Toraja yang berkarier agar diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah yang sedang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara locus of control dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada perempuan lajang suku Toraja yang berkarier. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Terdapat 110 perempuan lajang suku Toraja yang berkarier dijadikan partisipan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yang terdiri atas IPC LOC (Internality, Powerful Others dan Chance Locus of Control) dan Scales of Psychological Well-Being. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa locus of control menjadi salah satu faktor yang berhubungan dengan pencapaian kesejahteraan psikologis pada perempuan lajang suku Toraja yang berkarier. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman baru mengenai makna positif masyarakat dalam melihat peran perempuan sebagai bagian dari kesakralan budaya lokal Toraja yang turut bertanggung jawab atas peran atau keterlibatannya untuk mewujudkan setiap tuntutan budaya yang menjadi kewajiban bagi setiap masyarakat. Selain itu, meskipun posisi laki-laki lebih tinggi dalam budaya lokal Toraja yang bertanggung jawab dalam setiap realisasi kebutuhan keluarga dan adat istiadat sehari-hari, namun tetap menempatkan perempuan sebagai penyeimbang kehidupan yang membantu keluarga dalam bertanggung jawab baik itu secara berkarier maupun memenuhi setiap tuntutan adat istiadat yang berlaku secara turun temurun.

Abstract

Technological and economic developments in Indonesia have made Bank Indonesia continue to adjust, one of which is in the form of changes to the organizational structure carried out on the Payment System and Rupiah Management Team at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Province X. This study aims to see the effectiveness of these changes by providing an overview of the process of change in qualitative descriptive using the Star Model approach which consists of five aspects, namely strategy, structure, process, rewards, and people. Data collection was carried out using interviews and observations of informants who had been selected based on the purposive sampling method to 3 (three) employees of the Rupiah Money Management Division at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office Province X with different positions, namely cash administration assistant, cash administration senior executive, and an assistant supervisor. Furthermore, the data is analyzed by reviewing all available data sources until a synthesis is produced and a working hypothesis is developed. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of changes has considered policies in each category of the Star Model.Perkembangan teknologi dan ekonomi di Indonesia membuat Bank Indonesia terus melakukan penyesuaian, salah satunya adalah dalam bentuk perubahan struktur organisasi yang dilakukan pada Tim Pengelolaan Uang Rupiah di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas perubahan tersebut dengan memberikan gambaran proses perubahan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Star Model yang terdiri dari lima aspek, yaitu strategy, structure, process, rewards, dan people. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi terhadap informan yang telah dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling kepada 3 (Tiga) pegawai Divisi Pengelolaan Uang Rupiah Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi X dengan jabatan yang berbeda-beda, yaitu asisten administrasi perkasan, pelaksana senior administrasi perkasan, dan asisten penyelia perkasan. Selanjutnya data dianalisis sesuai dengan menelaah seluruh sumber data yang ada hingga kemudian dihasilkan sintesisasi dan menyusun hipotesis kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perubahan telah mempertimbangkan kebijakan dalam setiap kategori pada Star Model.

Abstract

Gays as discrimination in Indonesia also need subjective well-being and they have difficulty in fulfilling their subjective well-being. Researchers aim to conduct research to determine subjective well being in gays. The development of the times is also the way we think about a phenomenon that occurs in the environment around us One of them is the right of everyone to choose and have a life partner, but sometimes it is also inseparable from deviations that are currently increasingly occurring and increasingly becoming things that are starting to be accepted and taken for granted by some people, one of which is having a same-sex / homosexual partner. The research method used is qualitative research conducted with a phenomenological approach, with data mining techniques through on-on-one interview type interviews and questions arranged based on three components that can describe subjective well being, namely life satisfaction, happiness, and high welfare (Diener, 2009). In this study, the subject search was carried out Snowball Sampling technique by setting the criteria for the research subject as follows: a same-sex enthusiast or LGBT or Gay, still in a relationship or having a same-sex partner until now, and willing to willingly become a research subject. The subjects numbered 4 People. The results of research that have been conducted show the results that there are six things that describe subjective well-being in gays, namely life satisfaction, self-esteem, life experiences, romantic relationships with partners, family, and religion. The results of interviews on all four subjects also showed that all four subjects had high levels of subjective well-being.Kaum gay sebagai kaum yang deskriminasi di Indonesia juga membutuhkan subjective well-being dan mereka memiliki kesulitan dalam memenuhi kesejahteraan subjektif yang ada dalam dirinya. Peneliti bertujuan melakukan penelitian untuk untuk mengetahui Subjective well being pada Gay. Semakin berkembangnya zaman semakin berkembang pula cara berfikir kita terhadap suatu fenomenal yang terjadi dilingkungan sekitar kita Salah satunya ialah hak setiap orang untuk memilih dan memiliki pasangan hidupnya, namun terkadang juga hal tersebut tidak lepas dari penyimpangan yang saat ini semakin banyak terjadi dan semakin menjadi hal yang mulai diterima dan dianggap biasa oleh sebagian orang salah satunya yakni memiliki pasangan sesama jenis/homoseksual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan teknik penggalian data melalui wawancara tipe on-on-one interview dan pertanyaan yang disusun berdasarkan tiga komponen yang dapat menggambarkan subjective well being, yaitu kepuasan hidup, kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan yang tinggi (Diener, 2009). dalam penelitian ini pencarian subjek dilakukan teknik Snowball Sampling dengan menetapkan kriteria subjek penelitian sebagai berikut: seorang penyuka sesama jenis atau LGBT atau Gay, masih menjalin hubungan atau memiliki pasangan sesama jenis hingga sekarang, dan bersedia dengan rela hati menjadi subjek penelitian.Subjek berjumlah 4 Orang. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat enam hal yang menggambarkan subjective well-being pada gay yaitu kepuasan hidup, harga diri, pengalaman hidup, hubungan romantis dengan pasangan, keluarga, dan agama. Hasil wawancara pada keempat subjek juga menunjukkan bahwa keempat subjek memiliki tingkat subjective well-being yang tinggi.

Abstract

Currently, student engagement is still a hot topic of discussion.   Previous studies show that students who are involved in the learning process tend to achieve better results. Student engagement in learning cannot be separated from the teacher's involvement in teaching.   This study aims to test the construct validity of the preschool teacher engagement measuring tool in terms of behavior, emotions and cognition developed by Pedler et al. (2020) Participants in this research were early childhood teachers with at least 1 year of teaching experience and numbered around 230 people. The measurement method uses self-report with 4 Likert scales. The total number of question items in this questionnaire is 23.   The data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis techniques with STATA version 13 software. Through the confirmatory factor analysis procedure, a Teacher Involvement Scale was obtained that matched the model, namely the Teacher Involvement Scale is a tool for measuring teacher involvement which consists of 3 factors, namely behavioral, emotive and cognitive factors. Apart from that, a shorter number of items was obtained, namely 12 items which also had good internal reliability, overall and for each factor or dimension. Thus, the Teacher Involvement Scale can be used to measure teacher involvement in teaching students in the classroom.Saat ini keterlibatan siswa masih merupakan topik yang hangat diperbincangkan.  Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran cenderung mencapai hasil yang lebih baik. Keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar tidak terlepas dari keterlibatan gurunya dalam mengajar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas konstruk alat ukur keterlibatan guru prasekolah dari segi perilaku, emosi, dan kognitif  yang dikembangkan oleh Pedler et al. (2020) Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah guru anak usia dini dengan pengalaman mengajar minimal 1 tahun dan berjumlah sekitar 230 orang. Metode pengukuran menggunakan self-report dengan 4 skala Likert. Total aitem pertanyaan dalam kuisioner ini berjumlah 23 buah.  Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis faktor konfirmatori dengan software STATA versi 13.  Melalui prosedur analisis faktor konfirmatori didapatkan Skala Keterlibatan Guru yang cocok dengan modelnya, yaitu Skala Keterlibatan Guru merupakan alat ukur keterlibatan guru yang terdiri dari 3 faktor, yaitu faktor perilaku, emotif dan kognitif. Selain itu, diperoleh jumlah aitem yang lebih singkat, yaitu berjumlah 12 item yang juga memiliki reliabilitas internal yang baik, secara keseluruhan maupun tiap faktor atau dimensinya. Dengan demikian Skala Keterlibatan Guru dapat digunakan untuk mengukur Keterlibatan Guru dalam mengajar siswa di kelas.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-concept and social interactions with employee performance at the culinary center siantar square pematang siantar city. This type of research is quantitative research that uses a data analysis approach based on multiple regression analysis. The measuring instrument used is a Likert scale. The population is total sampling of 96 people. The research subjects were employees. The results showed that: (1) self-concept is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (2) social interaction is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (3) Self-concept and social interaction are positively and significantly related to employee performance at the Siantar Square culinary center, Pematang Siantar City. It is recommended for all employees to be more positive about the existing self-concept by thinking positively about the state of self-appearance because basically all humans have their own strengths and weaknesses. For social interaction, it is suggested that all employees want and have an interest in interacting and sharing knowledge between employees.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dan interaksi sosial dengan kinerja karyawan di pusat kuliner siantar square kota pematang siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan analisis data berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Populasi adalah total sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) konsep diri berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. (2) interaksi sosial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan dengan kinerja karyawan. (3) Konsep diri dan interaksi sosial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan di pusat kuliner Siantar Square Kota Pematang Siantar. Disarankan bagi seluruh karyawan agar lebih mempositifkan konsep diri yang ada dengan cara berpikir positif tentang keadaan penampilan diri karan pada dasarnya semua manusia memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing. Untuk interaksi sosialnya disaran agar seluruh karyawan mau dan memiliki minat untuk berinteraksi dan berbagi ilmu antara karyawan dan selalu menjaga hubungan baik dengan para konsumen.

Abstracts are written in Indonesian and English wit Through the Decree of the Minister of Manpower No. 313 of 2015 established the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) for domestic workers which became the guideline for competency test material for Prospective Indonesian Domestic Migrant Workers (Ministry of Manpower, 2015). Most of those competencies are technical competencies such as Operating Cleaning Equipment, Cleaning Living Rooms and Bedrooms or Cleaning Bathrooms and Toilet Facilities, which are easily observed by the assessor with the naked eye, so we consider it necessary to find out the mental processes behind the technical activities of Prospective Indonesian Domestic Migrant Workers such as how they identify their own strengths and weaknesses, self-motivation and managing emotions that encourage work motivation. The study was non-experimental based on quantitative research and utilized a survey method to collect data. Linear regression method was used to predicts the value of the Intrinsic Motivation, which is the response or outcome Emotional Intelligence being analyzed. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work motivation which is mediated by self-efficacy. The data collected consisted of 210 Prospective Domestic Migrant Workers. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient, it can be seen that there is significant relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Intrinsic Motivation (r (208) = 1,0; p < 0,001), partially mediated by Self-Efficacy, which is 28.1%. Thus, all Job Training Institutions for Prospective Indonesian Domestic Migrant Workers must pay more attention to developing emotional intelligence for Prospective Indonesian Domestic Migrant Workers, instead of only focusing on providing technical knowledge related to work, but also psychological provision because it has been proven that technical ability has a positive correlation with emotions in predicting work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Siswa Tangguh Training in improving students' mental toughness. The background of this research stems from the importance of mental toughness in supporting academic success and psychological well-being of students. This training uses the Siswa Tangguh Training Module (Mukhtar et al., 2022), developed based on the theory of Clough et al. (2002) on mental toughness. The module includes building aspirations, self-recognition, creating a positive learning atmosphere, coping with stress, and teamwork. The training was conducted in three sessions, each lasting 1.5-2 hours. Activities included material delivery, discussions, assignments, reviews, presentations, watching videos on bullying, and teamwork games. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with 36 students divided into two groups: experimental and control. Results showed that the Siswa Tangguh Training significantly improved students' mental toughness by 60.5%, with the remaining 39.5% influenced by other factors outside the research model. The implications of this study highlight the importance of programs like Siswa Tangguh in the school curriculum to support the development of students' mental toughness. The findings also suggest that schools and educational institutions consider implementing similar training modules to enhance students' mental capacity in facing academic and everyday challenges. Thus, this study contributes to the literature on psychological interventions in educational settings and provides practical guidance for curriculum developers and educational practitioners in enhancing students' mental toughness.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan Pelatihan Siswa Tangguh dalam meningkatkan ketangguhan mental siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya ketangguhan mental dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik dan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Pelatihan ini menggunakan Modul Pelatihan Siswa Tangguh (Mukhtar et al., 2022) yang dikembangkan berdasarkan teori Clough et al. (2002) tentang ketangguhan mental. Modul ini mencakup membangun cita-cita, mengenali diri, suasana belajar positif, coping stress, dan kerja sama. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam tiga sesi, masing-masing berlangsung 1,5-2 jam. Kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi, penugasan, review, presentasi, menonton video perundungan, dan permainan kerja sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan 36 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Siswa Tangguh meningkatkan ketangguhan mental siswa sebesar 60,5%, dengan 39,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya program seperti Siswa Tangguh dalam kurikulum sekolah untuk mendukung pengembangan ketangguhan mental siswa. Hasil ini juga menyarankan agar sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan menerapkan modul pelatihan serupa untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mental siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur tentang intervensi psikologis di lingkungan pendidikan dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengembang kurikulum dan praktisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan ketangguhan mental siswa.

Abstract

The family system plays an important role in facilitating or exacerbating the trauma experienced by individuals after a traumatic event. Each family has a unique approach to dealing with and resolving the various challenges that arise in their lives, especially in the context of a child's physical disability as a result of an accident. This study focuses on research to describe the strengthening of resilience in families of children with physical disabilities after an accident., and a research focus on aspects and factors that have the potential to influence it. This research uses a qualitative methodology using a descriptive approach design. Data collection techniques this study using semi-structure interviews and observation resulted in three main understandings (1) an understanding of the strengthening of families in achieving children's resilience through factors such as resilience, acceptance, adaptation, and stronger growth; (2) an understanding of the factors that influence family resilience, including internal social support from all family members, external social support from neighbors, health services, environment, communication, and trust; and (3) an understanding of the characteristics of families who achieve balance as a form of resilience.Sistem keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam memfasilitasi atau memperburuk  trauma yang dialami oleh individu setelah kejadian traumatis. Setiap keluarga memiliki pendekatan yang unik dalam menangani dan menyelesaikan berbagai tantangan yang muncul dalam kehidupan mereka, terutama dalam konteks anak mengalami kecacatan fisik akibat dari kecelakaan.  Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menggambarkan penguatan resiliensi pada keluarga anak penyandang disabilitas fisik setelah mengalami kecelakaan, dengan fokus penelitian pada aspek maupun faktor-faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhinya. Penelitian  menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi menghasilkan tiga pemahaman utama (1) pemahaman mengenai penguatan keluarga dalam mencapai ketahanan anak melalui faktor-faktor seperti ketahanan, penerimaan, adaptasi, dan pertumbuhan yang lebih kuat; (2) pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketahanan keluarga, termasuk dukungan sosial internal dari seluruh anggota keluarga, dukungan sosial eksternal dari teman sekitar, layanan kesehatan, lingkungan, komunikasi, dan kepercayaan; dan (3) pemahaman mengenai karakteristik keluarga yang mencapai keseimbangan sebagai bentuk ketahanan
