Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the impact of work experience, level of education, training, and performance on a person's career development. This research uses a quantitative approach as the main method. Respondents in this study were active workers at PT. Nampar Nos Ruteng, East Nusa Tenggara, totaling 75 employees. Primary data is the main source in this research. Data quality evaluation was carried out using Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis methods used in this research are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Statistic Test, and F-Statistic Test. The results of this research show that at PT. Nampar Nos Ruteng, work experience does not have a significant impact on career development, because the t test produces a value of -2.044 with a significance level of 0.045, which is lower than 0.05. Likewise, education and training also do not have a significant effect on career development at PT. Nampar Nos Ruteng, because the t test shows a value of -1.332 with a significance of 0.187, which exceeds 0.05. However, work performance is proven to have a significant influence on career development at PT. Nampar Nos Ruteng, because the t test shows a value of 11.807 with a significance of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. Overall, work experience, education and training, and work performance have a significant impact on career development at PT. Nampar Nos Ruteng

Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating the influence of quality of work life, job satisfaction, and the role of organizational commitment as mediation on the performance of Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana employees. This study was carried out using a quantitative approach with the target population being employees of Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana. Through census sampling, the entire population, namely 379 employees, were used as research respondents. Empirical data was collected through questionnaires which were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS. The test results prove that quality of work life, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have been proven to have a significant positive influence on employee performance and organizational commitment. Then, organizational commitment is able to play its role as a mediator between the relationship between quality of work life and job satisfaction with employee performance. It is hoped that this study will be able to make a positive contribution to Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana to be able to develop strategic steps to improve employee performance and become a basis and provide deeper insight for future researchers

Abstract

The habit of applying conventional learning models in the learning process causes students' thinking power and critical thinking skills to be less developed. This research is aimed at comparative analysis of the influence of the PjBL based STEM learning model with discussion in significantly improving students' critical thinking skills. The research used a quasi-experimental design, pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were taken using a cluster random sampling technique totaling 40 students who were divided into two different classes. Data was collected using cognitive tests in the form of financial transaction story questions. Data analysis used normalized N-Gain score and two mean difference test assisted by SPSS IBM Vers. 25. The research results prove that the PjBL based STEM learning model has a significant effect on improving students' critical thinking skills by achieving a normalized N-gain score of 0.75, a high criterion. Meanwhile, the discussion method is in the medium criteria with a normalized N-gain score of 0.58. In addition, the PjBL based STEM model is applied to create varied learning nuances, individual mental formation, responsibility, including improving analytical and critical thinking skills

Abstract

Electronic commerce transactions have rapidly evolved due to advancements in internet technology. In today's digital era, online purchasing has become a significant global trend, particularly in Indonesia. The e-commerce platform Shopee has emerged as one of the most popular among consumers. This study aims to assess the influence of customer reviews, influencer credibility, and influencer reviews on purchase intention, considering the moderating role of trust. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques, involving 230 respondents. The findings indicate that influencer credibility, influencer reviews, and trust positively affect purchase intention, while customer reviews do not have a significant impact. Additionally, trust does not moderate the relationship between these factors. The conclusion drawn from this study is that influencer credibility, influencer reviews and trust play crucial roles in enhancing purchase intention among customers towards the Saff & Co brand through the Shopee e-commerce platform

Abstract

This research aims to understand what factors influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer trust in Shopee users, including e-service quality, product quality, application design, and fulfillment. The research population targets all Shopee users, especially those who often shop using the Shopee application. As many as 270 samples were selected using the purposive random sampling method. The use of Google Forms as a data collection medium that can be done online, the results will be processed using SEM-PLS statistical software as a quantitative data analysis procedure. The results of the research where e-service quality, product quality, application design, fulfillment, have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer trust, and have an indirect influence through customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate Bojonegoro Regency regarding whether there is a relationship between household consumption, electricity infrastructure and government spending on economic growth. The sample used in this research is the entire population of Bojonegoro Regency from which representative conclusions can be drawn for this population. The analysis method used is secondary data with time series data or time series data obtained from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Bojonegoro Regency data with Multiple Linear Regression as the analysis method. The results obtained by this research are: 1) household consumption is known to have a negative but significant impact on economic growth due to a lack of efficiency, 2) Electrical infrastructure is known to have a negative but significant impact on economic growth due to the lack of contribution to the industrial sector , 3) government spending is known to have no influence and is also insignificant for economic growth due to the allocation of spending not being on target which causes economic growth to be hampered.

Abstract

The Human Development Index is in the 3rd lowest position among other regions in Banten Province. This is due to labor absorption, low life expectancy, labor absorption which is always fluctuating which can cause poverty levels to increase. It is necessary to strive to increase human development in order to improve the quality of society in Serang Regency. This research is aimed at analyzing the human development index in Serang Regency. Using the variables life expectancy, labor absorption and poverty levels with secondary data in the form of time series data for 13 years, namely from 2010 to 2022 obtained from BPS Banten Province and BPS Serang Regency. This research uses an analytical tool in the form of E-views 12 software. The research results obtained are that life expectancy has a positive and significant effect on HDI, labor absorption has a negative effect on HDI, and poverty levels also have a negative effect on HDI in Serang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the correlation of job stress and workload on employee job satisfaction in the mining sector, where work-life balance is the become mediation. With a population of all employees working in the mining sector, so that the sample of this research was 150 respondents conducted using the Lemeshow formula as a method of determining the sample size. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to mining employees. And with data analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows software. This research uses descriptive analysis, sobel test, and t test. The result of the study state that workload has a negative effect on work-life balance, job stress has a negative effect on work-life balance, workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction, job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. While work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction. And work-life balance can mediate the influence of workload and job stress on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency, with the highest unemployment rate in East Jawa, is in the spotlight because it has the potential to hinder regional progress. This study aims to identify the effect of economic growth, the number of industries, and education on the open unemployment rate in Sidoarjo district for the period 2014–2023. Secondary and time series data from BPS East Java and Sidoarjo districts were analyzed using multiple linear regression on IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. The research findings show that economic growth has a negative and significant relationship with the open unemployment rate, while the number of industries has no influence and education has a negative but insignificant relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing educational media on students' entrepreneurial interest. It uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type and a Quasi Experiment design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design format. The sample consists of 36 students from class XI PPLG 1 as the control group and 36 students from class XI PPLG 2 as the experimental group. The results from the simple linear regression test show a significance value of 0.063 for the control group and 0.005 for the experimental group, with 0.063 > 0.05 and 0.005 < 0.05. Therefore, in the control group, H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, indicating no effect of digital marketing implementation on students' entrepreneurial interest. In contrast, in the experimental group, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, demonstrating an effect of digital marketing implementation on students entrepreneurial interest
