Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of distributing subsidized Sharia KPR financing to Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan. For low-income people (MBR). The focus of this research is 1). What is the mechanism for distributing subsidized mortgages at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan to low-income people, whether as permanent employees or traders who earn daily income. 2). What is the level of effectiveness of subsidized KPR distribution at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan for low-income people (MBR). This method uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the distribution of subsidized KPR at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan with Murabahah contracts is effective for MBR. Through interviews with resource persons, it was found that the selection and disbursement process of funds was carried out well. This bank has clear procedures for accepting subsidized KPR. Apart from that, it can also be seen that in the last 5 years the demand for subsidized Sharia KPR has increased, this can be seen from the data obtained from sources. However, in this mortgage, of course there are problems related to bad credit in the mortgage, but the bank already has several ways to resolve this problem. The level of effectiveness of this program is quite effective because KPR distribution is given right on target to low-income people (MBR) both as permanent employees and daily earners

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) identify the factors causing problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang, 2) determine the strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang, and 3) analyze the strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products from the perspective of Islamic economics at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang.This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data used included both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis procedure used qualitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the factors causing problematic financing in murabahah products stem from two sources: internal and external factors. 2) The strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang include maintaining communication with customers, rescheduling, reconditioning, and confiscating and selling collateral. 3) Based on the analysis, the strategies for resolving problematic financing in murabahah products at KSU Karya Terpadu Syariah Rarang are in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics, DSN MUI fatwas on murabahah financing, and do not contradict sharia principles

Abstract

The study aim to know are there communication style and leadership style affect the loyalty of baristas in Medan coffee shops. The baristas in Medan City were the subjects of this study. The Associative Qualitative Method is the research technique employed; samples must fulfill the study specifications and have a minimum sample size of thirty respondents (Sugiyono, 2018: 138). Based on the data obtained from the distributed questionnaires, it results in a communication style that has a positive effect on barista loyalty. However, leadership style has no effect on barista loyalty

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the value of collateral and third party funds influences Murabahah Bil Wakalah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia. To test multiple linear regression, this research uses a quantitative strategy with associative analysis and the Eviews 12 program. The financial records of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia for the period 2021–2023 are used as the population and sample in this research. The results of the analysis and testing of this research allow the following conclusions to be drawn: a. BilWakalah murabahah financing at Indonesian sharia banks benefits greatly from third party funds. b. The value of the collateral has a good and noteworthy influence on Bank Syariah Indonesia's Murabahah Bil Wakalah Financing. c. Murabahah Bil Wakalah financing at Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia is positively and significantly influenced by Third Party Funds and Collateral Value. This shows that Third Party Funds and the collateral value determined by Bank Indonesia have an influence on the demand for murabahah bil wakalah financing. Most Islamic banks base their murabahah margin determination on Third Party Funds. Apart from that, collateral is also a top priority in Bank Syariah Indonesia's Murabahah BilWakalah Financing program to provide confidence to the bank regarding the funds channeled in the form of financing. This is done with the hope that if a problem occurs, the guarantee or collateral can be used as a lifeline to ensure the bank's operations run smoothly

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of lifestyle on impulse buying behavior with Maqashid Syariah literacy as a moderating variable. The study technique is descriptive quantitative, and 100 UIN North Sumatra Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business students who utilize E-commerce were surveyed. Online Google Forms questions generate data for regression path analysis. Research shows numerous important conclusions: 1. Lifestyle has a significant effect on impulse buying with a coefficient of 0.217 based on path analysis. 2. Lifestyle also has a significant effect on Maqashid Syariah literacy with a coefficient of 0.604. 3. Maqashid Syariah literacy has a significant influence on impulse buying of 0.539. 4. Simultaneously, Maqashid Syariah lifestyle and literacy influence impulse buying based on regression tests and path analysis

Abstract

This research aims to find out and examine how sustainable the Medan Zoo business is from an Islamic Economic Perspective.  Running a sustainable economy can be said to be the same as upholding Islamic law. Medan Zoo is one of the oldest tourist attractions in Indonesia which has a diversity of animals and is an educational place. However, in the past 2 years there have been various problems, one of which is that several rare animals have died. This research uses qualitative research methods with an observation and literature study approach. The results of this research show that the Medan city government has not been optimal in its efforts to sustain the Medan Zoo garden business from an Islamic economic perspective. This can be seen from humans as zoo managers who are less than optimal in caring for the animals in the Medan Zoo because salaries are not given. , The environment is damaged due to the lack of more attention from the city government as the person responsible for the Medan Zoo, and a decrease in profits caused by no change in quality both in terms of environment and facilities as well as competition with other tourist attractions

Abstract

This research focuses on the SWOT analysis of the Sipirok coffee stone business in Situmba Village, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a descriptive research methodology using a qualitative approach. Primary data from coffee business owners was used for research. This research aims to analyze the conditions of the Sipirok coffee stone business in Situmba Village, The results of the research show that the score obtained on the IFAS matrix is ​​3.87, while the score from the EFAS matrix is ​​4.07. This value shows that the Sipirok coffee stone business is in quadrant II, which means that the score shows that the Sipirok coffee stone business is in the village. Situmba, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency, in the SWOT Analysis which was compiled from internal and external factors, resulted in the ST strategy, namely utilizing existing strengths to overcome existing threats. And finally utilizing agricultural extension workers to care for coffee plants in Situmba Village.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the growth of ASN financing which is getting better from year to year amid banking competition in NTB requires Bank NTB Syariah to maintain growth and become the market leader in ASN financing. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy at PT Bank NTB Syariah Sriwijaya Branch in increasing ASN financing and the factors that influence the increase in the number of customers in the financing. This is a descriptive qualitative research, with primary and secondary data sources. Secondary data is obtained from literature in the form of books, scientific papers, financial reports and other information. The data collection technique uses snowball sampling.The results of this study shows that the ASN consumer financing business has grown significantly, known from the increase in the number of customers and financing of Bank NTB Syariah Sriwijaya Branch. This is inseparable from the marketing strategy carried out by referring to the elements in the marketing mix, namely product, pricing, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. There are several factors that influence it, such as cooperation between the bank and related agencies, services provided, marketing strategies that are in accordance with customer needs and desires, customer satisfaction with the features provided, and Word of Mouth

Abstract

Microbusinesses contribute to the country's economy, so attention is needed to improve businesses in the digitalization era. Limited competence, facilities, and infrastructure are obstacles to digitalization; therefore, mentoring is required for digital transformation. This study aims to observe the digital transformation's success through mentoring activities. The research method used is qualitative, with observation, interviews, and documentation conducted with five sources who have been assisted in the digital micro business transformation. The study results show that the digital transformation that MSMEs have carried out has gone through 3 (three) stages. Namely, the first is digital competence, namely understanding the importance of digitalization and digitalization media; the second is digitalization of businesses by determining the use of digital media and the effectiveness of the use of digital media that has been used; and the third is digital transformation, namely efforts to improve businesses by innovating so that they continue to survive and grow by expanding their networks. Micro business actors who have been assisted can see the results within 2 weeks. Although insignificant, the benefits can be felt with the presence of online customers and increased customers due to the ease of transactions.

Abstract

This research investigates the economic education values contained within the tradition of "Bedeya," a traditional barter trading system practiced by the Sasak tribe community on Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. Utilizing an ethnographic approach, this study explores the social, economic, and educational interactions intertwined within the practice of "Bedeya," revealing how this tradition facilitates the transmission of values and knowledge within the community. Data collection methods included participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, with qualitative analysis techniques used to interpret the gathered data. The findings indicate that "Bedeya" is not only about the exchange of goods but also encompasses social and cultural learning, teaching values such as trust, fairness, and cooperation. This practice promotes social cohesion and maintains cultural identity amid modern socioeconomic changes. "Bedeya" plays a crucial role in the Sasak community's informal education system, providing life lessons relevant to the community's needs and challenges. This study offers new insights into the role of traditional trading systems in economic and social education, affirming the importance of preserving cultural practices as a vital source of learning. The findings provide a broader perspective on the integration of economic education in social and cultural life, underlining the need for a more holistic and community-based approach to economic education.
