Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence, and work skills on work readiness with entrepreneurial attitude as an intervening variable. The research sample was 198 students who graduated from SMK Negeri in Bima City, between 2017-2022. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed from each exogenous and endogenous variable in this research. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that teacher competence has a significant and positive influence on students' work readiness, but does not have an indirect influence on work readiness through entrepreneurial attitudes as an intervening variable. Work skills have a significant direct and indirect influence on work readiness with entrepreneurial attitude as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial attitudes do not have a significant effect on students' work readiness. The implications of this research need to be strengthened by increasing teacher competence and work skills so that students have work readiness after graduating from school.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Organizational Performance of the Organizational Section of the Bima City Regional Secretariat from a Regional Autonomy Perspective. The research approach is qualitative research, and the key informants are the Bima City Regional Secretariat Organization Section officials. Data is analyzed using data reduction procedures, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The results of research on the performance of the Bima City Regional Secretariat Organization section from the perspective of productivity, responsibility, accountability, efficiency and responsiveness are relatively good, shown by achieving high performance. This performance cannot be separated from leadership and organizational culture factors which influence the performance of the Bima City Regional Secretariat Organization Section.

Abstract

The aims of this research were; 1) To find out where a cake merchant is in the midst of an online shop and 2) To find out what strategy the village wet cake merchants used in tackling the online shop competition. The study involves qualitative methods. The subject of research is the 10 people selling dump cake in the Village of Sikur. The data in this study is obtained through three methods, namel observation, interviews, and documentation. The data from this study was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The state of the wet cake traders in the Sikur Village has a few decreased buyers caused by the presence of a new trade that is trading through online shop. The presence of this new trades system makes competition among traders stronger and plus also the progress of society that makes conventional trade begins to be abandoned. As a result of revenue most of the the wet cake traders in the Sikur Village decreased. 2) Most of the wet cake merchants in the Village of Sikur have a special defense strategy. The strategy used is product quality improvement strategies and promotional strategies.

Abstract

The increase in the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is not consistent with the findings of studies on positive entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it is essential to assess the appropriateness of the conducted research. This study aims to validate the possibility of entrepreneurial despondency and whether these despondency are influenced by factors such as negative attitudes, subjective norms, and low self-efficacy. The study employed purposive sampling techniques with a sample size of 89 Generation Z students. Statistical analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares through SmartPLS. The findings indicate that negative attitudes have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial despondency. Moreover, subjective norms were found to exert a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial despondency. Additionally, low self-efficacy was observed to have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial despondency. Regarding the identification of the factors that contribute to entrepreneurial despondency and methods to increase generation Z students' inclination to pursue entrepreneurship, this research has theoretical and practical implications

Abstract

The importance of beach tourism attractions in driving the economy of a region makes it a primary focus in efforts to increase community income. This research aims to evaluate the impact of beach tourism attraction reconstruction and the number of tourist visits on increasing employment opportunities and community income. This research adopts a quantitative approach using surveys as the data collection tool. The research sample consists of 109 respondents, comprising 45 males and 64 females. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 25 statements based on research indicators. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression with two stages of testing. The results of the data analysis in the first stage indicate that beach attraction reconstruction and the number of tourist visits contribute 50.9% to employment absorption. Furthermore, the results of the analysis in the second stage indicate that beach attraction reconstruction and the number of tourist visits contribute 44.3% to community income. The findings of this research are expected to provide guidance for decision-makers in planning the development of the tourism sector in Mataram City

Abstract

Tight competition requires go-food to improve the purchasing decisions of its users. This study’s goal is to ascertain the extant to which service quality,usability, and trust affect consumers’ decisions to buy in go-food. The method used is quantitative, and employs a questionnaire to gather information. Respondents who came from the Gunungkidul community population whose identities were unknown amounted to 120 people using the purposive sampling technique that the researcher used. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26. The study findings indicate that trust is positively and significantly influenced by service quality, trust is positively and significantly influenced by ease of use, service quality is positively and significantly influenced by purchasing decisions, and ease of use is positively and significantly influenced by purchasing decisions.. Based on the mediation test, the results of this study found that trust was able to mediate the influence of service quality on go-food purchasing decisions, and trust was also able to mediate the influence of ease of use on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini, berkembangnya fashion sepatu menjadi identitas sendiri untuk anak muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Desain Produk dan Promosi Media Sosial Instagram terhadap Minat Beli, kemudian Desain Produk dan Promosi Media Sosial Instagram terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan yang terakhir Minat Beli terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Pada penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner secara online melalui Google form. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis dan uji Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Desain Produk dan Promosi Media Sosial Instagram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Desain Produk Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Promosi Media Sosial Instagram tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Minat Beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci : Desain Produk; Promosi Media Sosial Instagram; Minat Beli; Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine whether there is any significant partial and simultaneous influence of CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO ratios on ROA profitability at PT Bank NTB Syariah in 2020-2022. The sample used was 12 PT Bank NTB Syariah interim financial reports obtained through purposive sampling method. The method employed is a desk research analysis of the financial statements of PT Bank NTB Syariah. This research data is the secondary data of quarterly financial statements (Q1-Q4) during the 2020-2022 time period which is analyzed using hypothesis testing, namely Simple Linear Regression Analysis Partial t-test and Simultaneous F-test Multiple Regression Analysis. The most important result of this research is that there is no significant influence on CAR, FDR and BOPO on the ROA of NTB Syariah Bank. While NPF has a significant effect with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.028. Therefore, through the simultaneous F test, all financial ratios CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO have a significant effect on the ROA of Bank NTB Syariah with an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.037. From the results of the ratio scores, it is known that the ROA of Bank NTB Syariah has a very healthy rating

Abstract

Consumptive behavior among students is evident in their tendency to purchase items that are not necessary, often influenced by the appearance of an influencer, FoMO, and their brand awareness of products marketed by influencers. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of influencer marketing, FoMO, and brand awareness on the consumptive behavior of Accounting Education students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This research is a comparative causal study with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 134 respondents and data collection was done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that consumptive behavior is positively and significantly influenced by influencer marketing, the FoMO, and brand awareness of Accounting Education students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, with an effective contribution of 26,88%, 8,32%, dan 12,75%. The coefficient of determination in this study is 48,0%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of final-year Management students' skills in entering the workforce. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The study was conducted by interviewing 15 informants from various universities in Indonesia. The results show variations in students' skills in the categories of technology and interpersonal. Technological skills include digital marketing, Microsoft Office, editing, and SEO, while interpersonal skills involve leadership, good listening, and public speaking. The majority of informants possess technological skills, with some of them holding certifications. Skill development is carried out through formal methods such as courses and internships, as well as informal methods such as learning from social media and sharing with peers. In conclusion, students are aware of the importance of preparing themselves with relevant skills to compete in the ever-changing job market
