Abstract

This research explores the role of BSI Smart agents as an extension of BSI in increasing the accessibility of banking services for communities in remote areas. By using field research methods and a qualitative approach, this research also uses SWOT analysis by looking for weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats in the presence of BSI SMART Laku Pandai. This research finds that BSI Smart makes financial transactions easier, provides easy services, and reaches a wider community. Apart from that, BSI Smart also provides business opportunities for agents to earn additional income. The presence of BSI Smart agents also provides financial literacy education to the public, improving their ability to manage personal finances, reducing economic risks and improving overall quality of life.

Abstract

This study highlights  the influence of learning effectiveness and learning independence on the learning outcomes of the "Kebung Hattaan" course based on an sconomic perspective.  Bung Hatta is highly active in offering insights on economic concepts, particularly focusing on the core economic values he aims to promote, which include the value of ownership, justice, togetherness, and brotherhood. His notable economic philosophy emphasizes the people's economy, advocating for the development of the economy for farmers, fishermen, and others through cooperative efforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence  of learning effectiveness and learning independence on learning outcomes. This study used 232 respondents who were randomly selected.  The collected data was processed using SPSS software and the hypothesis was proven by multiple regression. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of learning and learning independence affect student learning outcomes

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of sharia crowdfunding in the context of sharia compliance principles and its implementation in sharia banking products with a case study at Bank Muamalat. Sharia crowdfunding, as an alternative method of funding in accordance with sharia principles, offers the opportunity to accumulate various projects or businesses while still complying with the prohibitions on usury, gharar and maisir. This research discusses the application of sharia principles in sharia crowdfunding managed by Bank Muamalat, as well as how to integrate and implement this product in their sharia banking portfolio. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data analysis from internal bank reports, interviews with related parties, and literature studies on sharia principles and crowdfunding practices. The research results show that although sharia crowdfunding provides an innovative alternative. The main problems identified include late payments, defaults on projects, and difficulties in maintaining strict sharia compliance. This research recommends improvements in sharia monitoring mechanisms, sharpening operational guidelines, and training for sharia crowdfunding managers to ensure better and more effective products in meeting customer needs and sharia objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of influencer characteristics, specifically attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, and popularity on purchasing decisions for Scarlett beauty products. The research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires online to 214 respondents who are familiar with the Scarlett brand and know JKT48 as a celebrity. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS software with the PLS-SEM method. Based on the result, it is known that attractiveness and trustworthiness have a significant effect on purchase intention. However, expertise and popularity do not significantly influence purchase intention. This study also reveals that purchase intention significantly affects purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of investment opportunity set and sustainability reporting on firm value with corporate governance as a moderation variable. This research model is quantified by the population of this study as a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2022. Samples were purposively determined, totaling 116 manufacturing companies. Data is secondary, data is taken from www.idx.co.id . Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, autocorrelation, F test, R² test and t test. The research results include 1) ) investment opportunity sets have a positive effect on firm value, 2) sustainability reporting has a positive effect on firm value, 3) corporate governance that proxies managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value

Abstract

The presence of the Independent Curriculum is one of a number of efforts to maximize the quality of education in Indonesia that is in accordance with the urgency of the times through character education, therefore facilities are needed in the form of teaching materials packaged with character values. This research study aims to develop teaching materials assisted by comic media based on character values ​​to help improve learning outcomes. The researcher used the 4D development model, (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The instrument sheets used were (1) material expert validation sheet, (2) media expert validation sheet (3) learning design expert validation sheet, (4) student initial needs sheet. The results of the study showed that interactive digital economic comic teaching materials based on character values ​​obtained results for material experts of 92% with the category "very feasible", media experts 89% category "very feasible", learning design experts 94% category "very feasible". Then the comic teaching material product was also validated by economics teachers with a score of 94.6% in the very feasible category, and the response from students after using economic comic teaching materials received a score of 90% in the "very feasible" category

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the analysis of factors that influence students decisions to invest in sharia mutual funds in the Bibit application in North Sumatra. The population in this study consisted of enrolled students in North Sumatra, and the sampling strategy employed was purposive sampling, yielding a total of 100 respondents. The study was conducted using the SPSS 15 software test tool and multiple linear regression analysis tests. In order to gather data for this study, online questionnaires with a Likert scale were sent, and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 15 software. The study's findings suggest that while wealth has little bearing on investment decisions, financial literacy does, and that investment decisions are influenced by ease of application

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of online customer review, online customer rating, and service quality on enhancing purchase intention among consumers on the Shopee e-commerce platform, with trust serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 160 Shopee users in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.4. The results indicate that customer reviews and ratings have a positive influence on purchase intention, whereas service quality shows no significant effect. Additionally, trust was found to be ineffective in mediating the relationships between customer reviews, ratings, and service quality with purchase intention

Abstract

The tourism industry in Indonesia, with its diverse culture and natural resources, offers significant potential for economic growth. However, challenges such as intense competition and the need for sustainability demand innovation in tourism entrepreneurship business models. This study aims to explore product innovation and tourist experiences in three major destinations: Bali, Yogyakarta, and Lombok. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The results indicate that the integration of local culture and digital technology enhances the attractiveness of destinations, creating unique experiences for tourists and providing economic benefits to local communities. Although innovation offers numerous advantages, challenges such as limitations in human resources and technological support still need to be addressed to achieve long-term sustainability in the industry. This research fills a gap in the literature by adopting an interdisciplinary approach that encompasses cultural, economic, and technological aspects of tourism entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Environmental management has become increasingly urgent and a global concern, leading governments to mandate all companies implement environmentally friendly practices known as green accounting. The study aims to analyze the impact of debt financing and equity financing decisions on green accounting in developing countries. Secondary data was collected from manufacturing firms in the basic industry and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023. Panel data regression analysis was employed, preceded by a test to determine the most suitable model among the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), Common Effect Model (CEM), or Random Effect Model (REM). The results indicate that debt financing inversly on green accounting while equity financing have a positive significant effect on green accounting. Decisions regarding debt financing and equity financing affect the level of a company's involvement in green accounting practices.
