Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Sales Promotion, Website Quality, and Digital Marketing on Impulse Buying (Case Study on Bukalapak's Millennial Generation Consumers in the Semarang Region). The data collection methods used were questionnaires, and literature studies. The questionnaire used is the Agree Disagree Scale with a score of 10 points (1-10) and the sample collection used is non-probability sampling, which does not provide equal opportunities/opportunities for each member or member of the population. Using a purposive sampling method, 100 samples of Bukalapak consumers were taken, who live in the Semarang area, and aged 25-40 years, and made purchases at Bukalapak more than once. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS 26. The results show that sales promotion, website quality, and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. With a coefficient of determination of 45.1%

Abstract

Company financial performance assessment is one way for companies to evaluate both financially and company management. This is very important for the sustainability of the company in the future.   Good performance is not only seen from how high the company generates profit but also from the company's ability to fulfill its obligations both short and long term. The object of this research is PT Hamparan Estate Management. This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Hamparan Estate Management in 2018-2020. The analytical method used is financial ratio analysis which includes liquidity ratio (current ratio & quick ratio), solvency ratio (debt to asset ratio & debt to equity ratio), and profitability ratio (ROA & ROE). The type of data used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements for 2018-2020. The results of the analysis of the company's financial performance during 2018-2020 in terms of the liquidity and solvency ratios showed good performance and tended to fluctuate from year to year, but in terms of the profitability ratios showed that the company's performance was not good and tended to decline every year. The health level of the company in terms of liquidity during 2018-2020 shows a liquid state. In terms of solvency, the company shows a solvable situation during 2018-2020. In terms of profitability during 2018-2020, it shows an unhealthy situation

Abstract

This research is to be able to reveal the real conditions faced by students on several campuses in Tembalang Semarang. Related to the internalisation of Pancasila values as an effort to shape the character of students who are BerAKHLAK (Academically Oriented, Humanist, Liability, Adaptive, and Competitive). To apply the values of Pancasila, there needs to be strategic steps both formal and non-formal education in order to holistically internalise the value of the Pancasila precepts. With the hope that Pancasila and Citizenship (Character Building) education is oriented towards the development of soft skills BerAKHLAK (Academically Oriented, Humanist, Liability, Adaptive, and Competitive).  The basis of qualitative research is constructivism which assumes that reality is multi-dimensional, interactive, and an exchange of social experiences interpreted by each individual. Qualitative research is descriptive analytical. The results of data analysis are in the form of a description of the situation under study which is presented in the form of a narrative description. Respondents of this study consisted of students who had been able to material/classes of Pancasila and Citizenship with a population of students on state campuses around tembalang including Diponegoro University, Politeknik Negeri Semarang, and Politeknik Kesehatan Semarang. With the number of respondents 20 students. This research is expected to contribute thoughts and recommendations to the special authorised institution, namely the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) and contribute ideas and ideas for the Pancasila and Citizenship Education curriculum in Higher Education in particular. Superior Human Resources to welcome the demographic bonus, will be a great capital for the Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in perceptions between consumers of Indomaret minimarkets and Planet 2000 supermarkets. This research was conducted in Ambon City, Maluku Province. Researchers collected data using interview and questionnaire techniques. The population in this study were Ambon city residents who had shopped. The sample used was respondents who had already been and respondents who were temporarily shopping. While the sample in this study was divided into two groups, namely a sample of Indomaret minimarket customers and a sample of Planet 2000 supermarket customers, each represented by 50 respondents. Sampling using Non Probability Sampling technique with Convenience Sampling type. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale analysis, and mean difference analysis for unpaired data. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of Indomaret minimarket respondents are mostly male, aged between 25-35 years, working as entrepreneurs, and with incomes ranging from Rp 3,000,000.00 - Rp 5,000,000.00. While the characteristics of Planet 2000 supermarket respondents are mostly female, over 35 years old, high school graduates, working as teachers/lecturers, with incomes above Rp 5,000,000.00. The results of this study also show that there are differences in perceptions about the services of Indomaret minimarkets and Planet 2000 supermarkets.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and customer relationship management through the company's image on the customer loyalty of Alfamart in Semarang City. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique, number of 100 respondents. The data collection methods used are questionnaires, and interviews. The analysis method is path analysis with 2 structural models. The results of the reseach found that there was a significant influence between service quality and customer relationship management at Alfamart customer loyalty in Semarang City. There is a significant positive influence between service quality, customer relationship management, and company image on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, in the multiple linear regression analysis, it found that service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty; customer relationship management also has a direct effect on customer loyalty. In this research, it was also found that the quality of service has an indirect influence on customer loyalty through the company's image. Customer relationship management also has an indirect influence on customer loyalty through the company's image

Abstract

A dynamic business world is being created by the rapidly growing technology. This condition requires businessperson to be able to implement technology into their business processes. The implementation of an integrated information system can be done to increase the effectiveness of employee performance. An integrated information system called Enterprise Resource Planning can be implemented to increase the effectiveness of employee performance. Naruna Ceramic is a UMKM located at Jl. Sawosari No. 2 Bugel, Salatiga. Naruna Ceramic is an exporter that manages its export sales data manually, so there are no data integration between departments, resulting in a lack of effectiveness in employee performance. In this research, an information system design was carried out to boost business performance at Naruna Ceramic UKM by deploying Odoo ERP. The application method utilized is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The three steps of RAD are requirements planning, system design, and implementation. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) method is used to test the system. The test findings demonstrate how well the system meets business requirements, making its installation at UKM Naruna Ceramic very suited and successful in fostering business agility

Abstract

Study programs as products offered by universities are currently facing a very dynamic competitive situation. Managers are required to be able to understand the various things considered by prospective students and be able to meet their expectations. This article aims to develop a research model that is able to predict the antecedents of interest in prospective students enrolling in a particular study program. A literature review was conducted to build a research model that describes the antecedents of interest in enrolling in study programs. The results of the study show that job opportunities, quality and the environment of higher education are antecedents that have consequences on the interest in enrolling prospective students in a study program at a particular tertiary institution

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personalized product recommendation, online review stimuli, and customer brand identification on purchase intention of Bukalapak consumers in Semarang. Data collection method was non probability sampling with 100 people of Bukalapak consumers in Semarang. The analysis technique used in this research were vailidity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. The data in this study were analyzed through SPSS 25. The analysis shows that personalized product recommendation (X1), online review stimuli (X2), and customer brand identification (X3) have a significant effect on purchase intention of Bukalapak consumers in Semarang. This research is expected to be a solution to determine the right marketing strategy in facing competition in the marketplace industry in Indonesia by applying personalized product recommendation, online review stimuli, and customer brand identification to increase purchase intention on Bukalapak

Abstract

The event organizer business is currently very developed its very much need, such as the CV Berkah Jaya event organizer in Purwokerto, there are many competitors. Branding strategy.The activities of collecting, processing, analyzing and presenting data this time are intended analyze the effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Brand Loyalty in order to make Purchasing Decisions at the CV Berkah Jaya Bejo Production - Purwokerto event organizer using sampling with saturated sampling technique of 30 responders. This study used a questionnaire for data collection methods. This research uses quantitative with the analysis method of validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2) and partial test (t test). This study uses spss which results in the equation Y = -2.116 + 0.483 (X1) + 0.468 (X2) + 0.317 (X3) + e along with the results of R2 0.594 or 59.4% and the rest is a variable that is not studied. The conclusion obtained is that the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Brand Loyalty for Decision Making has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The problem of financial distress experienced by transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the COVID-19 pandemic became a problem in this study. This study analyzed the effect of profitability, financial leverage, and sales growth on financial distress. Transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the IDX consecutively from 2020 to 2022 are the population in this study, where the total population is 26 companies. The census or saturated sample is the sampling method used in this study. The analysis of this study uses a logistic regression model processed with S.P.S.S. 25. This study shows that profitability and financial leverage significantly affect financial distress. Meanwhile, sales growth has no significant effect on financial distress
