Abstract

This study is a classroom action research that aims to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes on the subjects of agricultural tools and agricultural machines class X agricultural  agribusiness  skills  program  (ATP)  SMK  Negeri  7 Majene  with the use of macromedia  flash based learning  media.  The subjects  of this study are the students  of class X ATP 2 SMK Negeri 7 Majene in the odd semester of academic  year 2017/2018 consisting  of 33 students. This research  was conducted  in two cycles consisting  of four activities, namely: planning, implementation, observation/observation,  and reflection. Data collection  of motivation  and learning  outcomes,  as well as activities  of student  learning activities is done by using observation  sheet and test result sheet in cycle I and cycle II. The collected  data is analyzed  quantitatively  and qualitatively.  Based  on the  results  of research, it can be concluded that the use of media based learning macromedia flash can improve  motivation  and  learning  outcomes  of  students  of class  X ATP  SMK  Negeri  7 Majene.

Abstract

This study aims to find the best soaking treatment to produce breadfruit flour. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a soaking sodium chloride, sodium metabisulfite and sodium acid pyrophosphat. The parameters measured were the color, yield, kamba density, water content, starch and ash content.  The results showed that the best treatment was soaking treatment with a combination of sodium chloride and sodium metabisulfite (A) with the resulting color values are 30.72%, the yield of 28.35%, Kamba density of 0.76 g / ml, water content of 9.66 %, starch content of 57.13,  ash content of 3.85

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the magnitude of the effect of diesel engine modifications to the level of tractor noise and the magnitude of the effect of zeolit stone against the eco-friendly exhaust. This research is a design and engineering research by modification of environmentally friendly diesel engine exhaust. The data obtained in the analysis by compared the efficiency of the tool before the modification will then become a reference in making a description of the results of the modified muffler. Based on the results of the study that the modification of the eco-friendly diesel exhaust shows the exhaust noise level before modification of the maximum average of 94.77 dB and at least 90.23 dB and after modification average 94.59 dB and at least 89.51 dB. and the level of exhaust fumes diesel engine exhaust show average already modified 0,010633 gram and before modification show average 0,026868 gram

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Local chicken and broilers chicken waste in increasing the growth, the survival and the production of mustard greens. The study was conducted in the trial garden, the Education of Agricultural Technology Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, the State University of Makassar. The study was conducted in February-March 2015 using a completely-randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments, three replications for each treatment. The results showed that the height growth of the highest plant was obtained in treatment D with 15%  broilers chicken waste  while the highest number of leaves was obtained in treatment D with 15% broilers chicken waste and treatment A with 10% localchicken waste, next the highest rate of survival was obtained in treatment B with 15% localchicken waste, treatment C and D with 10% and 15% broilers chicken waste. Meanwhile, the highest production of mustard greens was obtained in treatment D

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adding red dragon fruit to the chemical and hedonic content of caramel milk. This study used a method of adding 20%, 30%, and 40% red dragon fruit pulp for caramel milk candy with a cooking time of 2 hours at 80ËšC. This research is a quantitative study (experiment) using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments, each control, 20%, 30%, and 40% with 3 replications. The research data was obtained from the results of chemical testing (moisture content, ash content, fiber, reduction sugar, and antioxidants) and organoleptic (color, taste, aroma, and texture), data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with DRMT test (Duncan ) at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that the addition of red dragon fruit pulp had an effect on caramel milk candy, the best research on the manufacture of caramel milk was the addition of 40% red dragon fruit pulp with characteristics of 3.54% moisture content, 1.98% ash content, 1.48% fiber content, decreased sugar content 2.18%, antioxidant content 53.77%, favorite color value 4.10, favorite aroma value 3.52, flavor 3.83, and favorite texture value 3.23

Abstract

This research was aims to determine the mechanism of water vaporization and shrinkage in cassava chips during drying process using a cabinet dryer machine. Cassava chips driedat temperature 50, 60, and 700C with the time 240, 300, and 360 minutes. The parameter observed werewater content, water vaporization and shrinkage. The data were analyzed of descriptive. The results of the research showed that during drying process occurred of changes water content, water vaporization and shrinkage. More high  the temperature and to the length of time drying cause decrease the water content with increase the rate water vaporization and shrinkage.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to know the improvement of learn outcomes on  vegetables agribusiness subjects by using cooperative learning model of jigsaw type of class XI  state vocational school 4 Gowa. The subjects of this study were the learners of class XI ATPH 3 state vocational school 4 Gowa school year 2017/2018 with amount of 21 learners undertaken in two cycles and each cycle is held four times meetings. Data collection techniques used are through the initial tests and tests at the end of the cycle. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of jigsaw type cooperative learning model at the subjects of agribusiness of vegetable crops in the learners of class XI ATPH 3 state vocational school 4 Gowa can improve the learning outcomes. This is shown from the results of research cycle I with an average value of 69.85%, while for classical exhaustiveness reached 42.86% and on the implementation of cycle II increased with an average value of 81.90%, while for classical exhaustiveness reached 95, 23%.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve student learning result of ATPH class (Agribusiness Of Food Crop And Horticulture) X.1 SMK Negeri 3 Takalar  by  using  cooperative  learning  model  of  TGT  type  on  vegetative  propagation subject. The research procedure includes stages: (a) planning, (b) implementation, (c) observation, and (d) reflection. The data collected is qualitative data and quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type TGT can improve student learning outcomes seen from the data of test results learning. This is evident in the initial test, cycle I and cycle II student learning outcomes continue to increase. In pre test the average value 66.06 with mastery learning 62.5%, the post test cycle I average value 73.12 with mastery learning 75%, the post test cycle II average value 80.83 with mastery of learning 87.5%

Abstract

This is class action research which aimed to improve the student’s achievement in plant propagation vegetative subject especially in transplanting and cultivation material atthe X class  in SMK Negeri 3 ATPH Takalar. The subjects of this research consisted of 35 student’s. The data that has been collected; is analyzed using quantitative and qualitative data.  Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the aplication of Mind Mapping  method can improve the student’s achievement. The result of the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle IIthat has a significant improvement. Before applying Mind Mapping method, the student’s average score is about 54.15 with standard completeness 17.14%, the value of student’s learning achievement in cycle I average  71,82 with standard completeness 71,42%,  but it is not fulfilled on the standard classical completeness 85%, so that it is continued to the cycle II. After reflecting on  the cycle I, a significant improvement of the  student’s achievement in the cycle II increase average score 79.04 with standard completeness 91.42%. In the other words, the student’s achievement is fulfilled on minimal completenessstandard and classical completeness standard > 85%

Abstract

The river is one of the natural resources that are beneficial to human life, such as in agriculture and aquaculture processes, particulary in the Jeneberang River. Along the Jeneberang River flow, be found a rice fields area, mining and resident settlements which causes the entry of organic matter into river flow bodies. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of eurofication that occurred in the Jeneberang River and also to determine the effect of eutrophication on water quality in that river. This research was descriptive research using survey methods, this research was carried out by taking water samples at five stations namely, upstream, middle and downstream. The results showed that eutrophication had occurred in the Jenebrang River and was at the hypertrophic status. In addition, the results of the regression test showed that eutrophication had  a significant take effect on dissolved oxygen content and Ph on the Jeneberang river. However, eutrophication does no significant effect on abundance  plankton, and temperature.
