Abstract

Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik di SDN Banjarwati dikarenakan banyak sekolah saat ini dipenuhi oleh generasi milenial, begitupun di SDN Banjarwati. Generasi milenial saat ini sangat minin pengetahuan agama islam, untuk itu pihak sekolah berusaha tidak hanya mengajarkan materi agama islam tetapi juga praktek kegiatan religius sebagai bentuk implementasi dari materi tersebut. Kegiatan-kegiatan religius pasti ada struktur manajerialnya, untuk itu kepala sekolah hendaknya memiliki kompetensi manajerial yang baik. Guna mengetahui permasalahan dan mendapatkan data yang akurat, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Dan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa Manajemen kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik di SDN Banjarwati adalah suatu bentuk usaha yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan cara mengadakan berbagai program yang dapat membentuk karakter religius peserta didik sehingga nantinya dapat menjadi suatu kebiasaan berperilaku dan bertindak yang baik bagi peserta didik serta dapat menjadikan peserta didik yang berakhlakul karimah. Sementara itu, Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik yakni dengan cara mengadakan dan menerapkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang bersifat islami. Adapun kegiatan-kegiatan religius yang diadakan SDN Banjarwati yakni: a) Apel Pagi atau Do’a Bersama Sebelum Memasuki Ruang Kelas, b) Sholat Dhuha, c) Sholat Dhuhur Berjama’ah, d) Membaca Al-Qur’an, Juz Amma dan Asma’ul Khusnah. Adapun faktor pendukung kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik yakni: a) Guru yang kompeten dalam bidangnya dan sangat memperhatikan kondisi pendidikan, b) Tersedianya fasilitas musholah, c) Semangat kepala sekolah dan dewan guru, d) Antusiasme peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan religius, e) Ketersediaan buku/kitab pegangan siswa. Sedangkan faktor penghambat kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius peserta didik yakni: a) Dana sebagai faktor pengahambat paling utama, b) Jumlah guru yang terbatas, c) Guru yang lebih mementingkan kepentingan pribadinya, d) Peserta didik yang membandel tidak mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan religius.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang mampu bertahan dari terpaan badai perubahan dan era globalisasi yang telah terjadi, sehingga sampai saat ini dapat survive, masih konsisten bertahan dengan segala disiplin keilmuannya dan ciri khas lainnya. Eksistensi pesantren yang dari kemunculannya hingga dewasa ini tentulah ada hubungannya dengan kepemimpinan di dalamnya. Dalam pengelolaan pesantren membutuhkan sebuah pola atau gaya kepemimpinan dari seorang tokoh sentral kiai itu sendiri untuk mengembangkan pesantrennya. Bagaimana sebuah pesantren akan selalu berdiri kokoh di tengah pergumulan persaingan dunia yang semakin kompetitif ini, maka di dalam kepemimpinannyalah semua dapat dikelola dan ditentukan. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan KH. Masbuhin Faqih di pondok pesantren Mambaus Sholihin Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KH. Masbuhin Faqih merupakan salah seorang pemimpin yang kharismatik, demokratis dan dalam keadaan tertentu dapat menjadi seorang yang otoriter. Tiap-tiap kiai, penulis meyakini bahwa di dalam kepemimpinannya pasti berbeda satu sama lain. Hal ini bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor genealogi, kepribadian, pendidikan, lingkungan, geografi dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

MTs Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan merupakan salah satu lembaga yang terletak pada naungan Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat yang memiliki program pembelajaran Al-Quran metode Ummi. Untuk mencetak generasi Qurani yang baik maka perlu adanya manajemen kelas untuk menciptakan kondisi kelas yang kondusif, guna mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam belajar peserta didik. Maka untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran metode Ummi maka dilakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian 1) Bagaimana manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran metode Ummi di MTs Sunan Drajat Banjarwarti Paciran Lamongan? 2) Bagaimana problematika dan solusi manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran metode Ummi di MTs Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan? penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yang disesuaikan dengan pembelajaran Al-Quran metode Ummi di MTs Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan. Data yang dihimpun menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi hasil penelitian manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran metode ummi sebagai berikut 1). Perencanaan guru menyiapkan PROTA (Program Tahunan) dan PROMES (Program Semester), pengelompokan kelas di awal saat PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) dengan adanya Pre Test, mengenai pelaksanaannya guru menyesuaikan dengan 7 tahapan yang telah di tetapkan oleh guru, pengevaluasian ada beberapa evaluasi penilaian saat pembelajaran berlangsung, saat UAS (Ujian Akhir Sekolah) dan UTS (Ujian Tengah Semester) kenaiakn Jilid terakhir Imtihan dan Khotmil. 2). Problematikan dan solusi yaitu: kurangnya guru dalam pembelajaran, kedisiplinan peserta didik dengan solusi harus berani menambah 2 kali lipat guru saat pembelajaran berlangsung dan dengan adanya guru yang bersertifikasi, mengikuti Tahsin satu bulan sekali.

Abstract

Manajemen Pendidikan Inklusi, Di lembaga pendidikan inklusi bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi anak-anak disabilitas atau berkebutuhan khusus agar dapat mengikuti pembelajaran seperti layaknya anak-anak normal lainnya. Manajemen pendidikan inklusi ialah kegiatan, merencanakan, mengimplementasi, dan mengawasi segala kegiatan (program), guna agar terselenggaranya pendidikan bagi seluruh peserta didik termasuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dalam rangka mencapai tujuan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, guna mengetahui permasalahan dan mendapatkan data yang akurat, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa dalam pembahasan manajemen pendidikan inklusi yang terlihat menonjol adalah penekanan terhadap pengelolaan program pendidikan inklusi. yakn Perencanaan (planning) adalah fungsi dasar manajemen, karena dalam organizing, actuating, dan controlling pun harus terlebih dahulu direncanakan. Agar resiko yang ditanggung itu relatif kecil, hendaknya semua kegiatan, tindakan, dan kebijakan direncanakan terlebih dahulu. Pengorganisasian (organizing) Fungsi pengorganisasian (organizing = pembagian kerja) berkaitan erat dengan fungsi perencanaan, karena pengorganisasian pun harus direncanakan. Pelaksanaan (Actuanting) merupakan menggerakkan orang-orang agar bekerja sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang diberikan atasan kepada bawahan atau anggota harus dilaksanakan dengan rasa penuh tanggung jawab, totalitas, dan maksimal. Perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik dari atasan kepada bawahan atau anggota maupun antar sesama anggota dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas. Sehingga tujuan yang akan dicapai dapat diwujudkan. Pengawasan (controlling) merupakan bagian dari manajemen yang penting untuk dilakukan, karena dalam pengawasan akan mengetahui sebuah program berjalan dengan lancar atau terselip sebuah kendala. Pengawasan memang berusaha semaksimal mungkin mengawal program-program yang telah direncanakan supaya berjalan maksimal dan sebagaimana mestinya.

Abstract

The researcher's attention is that the phenomenon of violence or known as 'klitih' is rife everywhere in Indonesia, both in East Java, Central Java or West Java and in other areas in Indonesia. The forms of violence that occur take various forms, ranging from brawls, rape to what is very ironic is the murder is the background of this research. An example of a case is the death of two students because of the 'klitih' action carried out by a group of students that took place at the Piri I Junior High School in Yogyakarta. This klitih phenomenon is interesting because it is related to character education. For this reason, in order to be more focused and deepen the problem in kama, the author focuses on research related to the efforts of principals and teachers in forming the affectionate character of students at SMAN 1 Batu, through the type of leadership of the principal, exemplary teachers in character building, and efforts to build good character. done by the school. The basic reason why the researcher made SMAN 1 Batu is because this school has implemented and cultivated the character of compassion. So it is very feasible that the results of this research will be used as a reference for other schools, especially schools that have experienced violent phenomena or a phenomenon called 'klitih'. By using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study found that: first, the principal of SMAN 1 Batu has a paternalistic democratic leadership type. Second, the formation of students' affectionate character is formed through the teacher's example through discipline, and the application of the 5S concept (greetings, smiles, greetings, politeness, and courtesy). Third, the formation of student character is carried out with conscience, respect, tolerance, empathy, and justice. The character building is carried out together with the school community using an eclectic method..

Abstract

The public relations strategy in increasing the active participation of parents is one way to foster and develop a harmonious relationship between the school and the parents. MTs. Ihyaul Ulum Bluri Solokuro Lamongan is one of the educational institutions built through public relations activities, where the use of public relations activities advances the quality of the educational institution. Thus, schools realize the importance of parental support in order to advance and develop their education. This was done by the school so that more parents were interested in sending their children to the school and so that the participation of parents with the school could increase, so this research was carried out. This study aims to determine: first, how is the public relations strategy in increasing the active participation of parents?; second, about the factors supporting and inhibiting the public relations strategy in increasing the active participation of parents? This type of research includes qualitative research, by searching for data and then analyzing it using descriptive methods. The data sought using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the public relations strategy in MTs. Ihyaul Ulum Bluri Solokuro Lamongan is an effort to realize the role of schools in providing quality education. In meeting these needs, the public relations strategy is carried out systematically. Starting from planning activities, public relations in increasing the active participation of parents who are carried out based on work meetings at the beginning of each semester, this refers to an analysis of the needs and desires of the internal and external community. Then the implementation of public relations is carried out according to a predetermined schedule, as for the types of active parental participation that have been carried out, namely: 1) Energy or physical participation, 2) Ideas or thoughts participation and 3) Fund participation. Then, program evaluation. In implementing the evaluation, MTs. Ihyaul Ulum Bluri holds a meeting every six months, namely before the odd semester, before the even semester and before the increase. The supporting factors in the field of public relations to carry out the program are: enthusiastic parents of students in supporting school activities and also school residents who have a high sense of belonging and enthusiasm for the progress of the school and strong brotherly bonds. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that the parents do not understand the digital world, which is the biggest opportunity for the public relations field to run its program and the lack of funding as well as the lack of professionalism of public relations practitioners. As for the results of this study, it is recommended that in the future public relations practitioners are more optimal in applying the competence and code of ethics of public relations properly to make it easier for educational institutions to coordinate, plan, negotiate and build good relations between educational institutions and guardians of students.

Abstract

The strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers but there are still many teachers who are less than optimal in communicating well. This social competence also affects the formation of student character and affects relations with the community. This study aims to answer several problem formulations: 1) What is the strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of teachers?. 2) What are the influencing factors in improving the social competence of teachers? This type of research includes qualitative research, which generates data and is analyzed using a descriptive method adapted to MTs. Al Khoiriyah 2 Mulyorejo. The data collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study, that the strategy of the head of madrasa in improving the social competence of Mts teachers. Al Khoiriyah 2 Mulyorejo is a collaborative strategy. And in improving the social competence of teachers, the head of madrasah includes teachers in MGMP, Workshop, and IT Guidance. Not only that, once a month the head of the madrasah holds meetings and evaluations and involves teachers in community activities, namely Istighosah. That way the teacher can add insight and establish good friendship, thereby increasing interaction relations to the maximum. In accordance with the madrasa principal's strategy, several factors affect the teacher's social competence. The factors that influence in improving the social competence of teachers are the educational background of each teacher, the age of the teacher, experience in learning, influences from within and environmental conditions. As for the results of this study, it is recommended that in the future the madrasa head pays more attention to the problems that exist within the scope of the madrasa institution, especially in terms of good communication. So that teachers, staff, and students are able to apply it in everyday life to the fullest. And there needs to be a forum that bridges between teachers who take part in trainings with the intention of transmitting the knowledge that has been obtained to other teachers. So you can implement.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the readiness of facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) which was conducted at Sampit 1 SMKN, Kotawaringin Timur 1 SMKN and SMKN 1 Cempaga, East Kotawaringin Regency as schools participating in the National Assessment. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects in this study were school principals, vice principals and proctors and technicians. The research results obtained in the field included the implementation of ANBK at Sampit 1 Vocational High School, Besi Kota 1 Vocational School and Cempaga 1 Public Vocational School which was carried out online, equipped with complete computers, laptops, tablets, as well as the availability of a computer lab and the availability of qualified proctors and technicians. Obstacles encountered include unstable internet network, disruption of the central server to sudden power outages which result in disruption of ANBK implementation.

Abstract

The development of science and technology as well as the fierce competition of educational institutions at this time requires schools to innovate, and be creative in making marketing strategies. Marketing strategy is one of the keys to the success of an institution in attracting public interest. The problems raised and studied in this study are: 1. How is the marketing promotion strategy carried out by the Mafatihul Hikmah Jati Agung Islamic boarding school, 2. How is the segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategy carried out by the Mafatihul Hikmah Jati Agung Islamic boarding school. This research was conducted at the Mafatihul Hikmah Islamic boarding school, Jati Agung, South Lampung with a qualitative approach. The results showed 1. Marketing promotion strategies at the Mafatihul Hikmah Islamic boarding school used print media (banners), social media (facebook and whatsapp), and word of mouth information. (personal selling). 2. The segmentation strategy applied using a geographical approach, the targeting is schools around Jati Agung, Mafatihul Himah Islamic boarding school positioning with the tahfidz program and habituation programs that are superior.
