Abstract

Religious proselytizing contains interpretation as a invitation activity, even in verbal, transcription, behavior or others, which is done mindfully and by plan in an effort influencing other people individually or by team in order to appear an understanding, awareness, comprehension attitude, and also religion teaching experience for themselves as a massage, delivered to them without any enforcement substances. Religion proselytizing is a process without interruption, that is handled by its developer to change the objects of religious proselytizing, in order they want to join in Allah’s theory in phases into Islamic personality. Besides as a missionary/Dai teacher, scientific, and art fighter, he is also a success entrepreneur. Because of the minimum estimate of pesantren from government, Pon. Pes, Sunan Drajat can stand alone to finance everyday life of a hundred Islamic students freely by working some companies under a power of Islamic Boarding School Lamongan, so that by these companies, many consumers, connecting with the companies, invite their children and neighbor to stay in pondok, study, and look for science in Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat. Because his struggle is using social media, as like PERSADA radio, TV, internet, and others. In giving the religious proselytizing in the center societies of Banjarwati village, Kiai Abdul Ghofur refers to religious proselytizing methods bi al Hikmahand Mauizatu al-Hasanah . These used methods give religious proselytizing activity characteristic, which he does pass through teaching kitab kuning, extracurricular lecture, and also advices.

Abstract

The aim of the instruction is attained competences a subject by the learner. Simplely, the instruction has a system, they are begun from material understanding, task and evaluation. The character of the computer subject is practice. Thus, the learner must be able to implement the theory to the practical using computer. There were the learners has no a practicing tool. Then, sometimes there were the learners can’t attend in the class. In order to the learning process must be proceed, either the learner who has no notebook or attended in the class, then implemented the weblog based learning. They can access the materials on the weblog by everywhere, anytime and anywhere. They can upload the tasks too. Therefore, the learning process has stayed proceed by the learner who cant attend in the class. The purpose of this research is describing implement the system of the weblog based learning toward the learner of the Islamic Education Management department STAI Sangatta Kutai Timur. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The system of the instruction is a study process of the learner that be begun from understanding materials, do the tasks and evaluation. The system of the weblog based learning is informing the material by internet technology and the web as displaying information. Thus, the weblog can access by anywere, anytime and everywhere. The results of this research is implementing weblog based learning that be begun from preparing materials by lectures, then creating weblog, uploading materials by lectures, doing the tasks by learners and then the system of the learning process be evaluated by lectures. The learner can use and understand the instruction on the weblog easily. The learning process has stayed proceed either the learner whose cant attend in the class or has no leptop that be used in the class. The effectiveness of the learning system is good to be implemented in the learning process. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion of this research is the system of the weblog based learning toward the learner of Islamic Education Management department STAI Sangatta Kutai timur has 5 steps, they are (1) the lectures prepare the materials, (2) the lectures create the weblog, (3) the lectures upload the materials on the weblog, (4) the learners do and upload the tasks, (5) the lectures evaluate the learing system that has been implemented.

Abstract

Supervision is an important instrument insupporting theachievementof educational goals. Supervision or supervision carried out at the madrasah level is the responsibility of a madrasah head. The communication style of the head of the madrasah when supervising education personnel has an impact on improving the performance of education staff. This article discusses the communication style of the head of the madrasah in supervising education personnel in Man 2 Model Medan. Supervise the head of the madrasah how his efforts are in optimizing the potential of existing educators. This discussion is the result of research conducted in MAN 2 Model Medan. Qualitative research with results showing that the supervision model carried out by the head of the madrasah when supervising teachers with interpersonal communication style carried out by the head of the madrasah is able to motivate teachers and education staff to develop their capacity. Where the head of the madrasah observes directly the ongoing learning process in the supervised classroom while approaching it with an interpersonal communication style. This is done so that the head of the madrasah knows the readiness and preparation of teachers in the learning process. From here the head of the madrasah will follow up as needed to optimize the potential of teachers and education staff respectively.

Abstract

Abstract:All stakeholders in educational institutions, especially teachers during the learning process in class, are responsible for improving teacher competency. Therefore, developing teacher competence is very important which is influenced by several variables, including the role of the principal himself. Based on these problems, the authors wish to conduct research on the role of school principals in improving teacher competency at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, Jakarta. This study aims to identify the variables that can influence the increase in teacher competence as well as the challenges faced and the role of the principal in increasing teacher competency at Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah Jakarta. All principals and deputy principals of the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School became the population and sample in this study. This research methodology combines qualitative and descriptive approaches. Information is collected by means of observation, discussion, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the role of school principals, teacher training, student learning facilities, teacher teaching experience, teacher health conditions, and educational background are factors that influence the increase in teacher competence and the quality of education. Along with the limitations of pedagogical and professional abilities, the principal's responsibility is to improve teacher competency through MGMP empowerment, academic and clinical supervision, as well as face-to-face training with other teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the values of religious moderation in extracurricular activities at Tunas Luhur High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The informants in the study were the principal, vice principal of curriculum and students. The data obtained were analyzed using several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that extracurricular activities carried out at Tunas Luhur High School consisted of extracurricular activities which were part of Islamic religious education and extracurricular activities that were mandatory and specialization. Analysis of the values contained in extracurricular activities consists of the values of usefulness, tolerance, and justice so that with extracurricular activities carried out students can apply the values of religious moderation in the life of the society and nation.

Abstract

Universities must be able to provide good quality education and explore all aspects of excellent service in order to improve the image of tertiary institutions to face competitive competition. In this study, the stakeholders in question are external stakeholders, namely alumni. Some of the educational services that will be discussed in this study are leadership at the faculty and study program level, learning processes carried out by lecturers, educational services carried out by employees or staff or educational staff, facilities and infrastructure or facilities obtained by students, as well as alumni institutions accommodate alumni. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence from the quality of educational services in one of the Islamic tertiary institutions on alumni satisfaction and how much the influence is. The population in this study were alumni of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Surakarta. The research sample was 300 people. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between leadership in faculties and study programs, learning processes, administrative services, facilities and infrastructure, and alumni organizations as a whole with the level of alumni satisfaction simultaneously or jointly having a positive and strong relationship to the level of alumni satisfaction of 57.7%, while 42.3% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as religious institutions have great potential in efforts to develop the economy and welfare of Islamic boarding schools, as well as a strong influence on the life of the Islamic boarding school community. Therefore, the Islamic boarding school established an integrated farming business unit as a means to develop the economy and welfare of the school. This study aims to describe and analyze: the process of Islamic boarding school economic development through integrated farming units; the results of Islamic boarding school economic development through integrated farming units; as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the economic development of Islamic boarding schools through integrated farming units. To answer the formulation of the problem, researchers used a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the economic development carried out by Islamic boarding schools through integrated farming units has succeeded in increasing their economic income and creating jobs, as well as increasing the knowledge, skills, and experiences of students and their surroundings society about aquaculture and modern agriculture.

Abstract

The Development and Operationof the library depends on the pattern of Peoples’s lives,the information needed,of the community, and the ability of the community to understand the use odf technology. The public library which is an educational institution aimed at the community as a provider or various information, according to the scientific needs of all levels of society. Give this, it means that libraries have a very big hole in increasing interest in reading. The existance of a children’s service program, which is aimed at children, makes children experience faster growth and development of the ability to think and have broad insights. The research method used is qualitative research, namely collecting primary data through the results of observations, interviews and documentation. And Secondary data in the form of Literature Review sourced from Journals, Books and the Internet. The results showed that the Children's Services at the Regional Library of Deli Serdang Regency were effective, this was seen from the large number of visitors who packed the children's room every day, and adequate facilities. However, it is necessary to develop human resources in this library.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to create a two-tier multiple-choice diagnostic instrument to identify students' misconceptions. In developing this instrument, 207 students were involved in interviews, essay tests, multiple-choice tests with open reasons, and two-tier diagnostic tests. The Cronbach's alpha equation yields a dependability value of 0.764 for the 16 valid questions. Based on the misconception analysis of the six main concepts, the majority of students had misconceptions. Overall, the instrument is quite effective for determining student misconceptions. In order to assess students' misconceptions about acids and bases, this instrument might be used as a substitute test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the relationship between ecological intelligence and naturalist intelligence and environmental care attitudes. At one of the senior high schools, this study was conducted in 2022. This research uses descriptive and quantitative data. Pupils in senior high school made up the study's population, and a sample of those pupils was selected at random. In order to collect data, a questionnaire instrument is used to assess ecological intelligence, naturalist intelligence, and environmental concern attitudes. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and was tested using SPSS. The findings demonstrated a significant relationship between ecological intelligence and naturalist intelligence and their impact on environmental care attitudes. The results of the F test demonstrate that ecological and naturalist intelligence combination have a favorable and significant impact on attitudes toward environmental care.
