Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pengelolaan pendidikan agama Islam di Muslimeen Suksa School Hatyai, Thailand Selatan, dan dampaknya terhadap pengembangan karakter dan prestasi akademik siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum agama dan pendidikan umum, serta penerapan pembelajaran aktif dan berbasis proyek, berkontribusi pada perkembangan intelektual dan spiritual siswa. Evaluasi melalui umpan balik orang tua dan monitoring berkala memperkuat efektivitas strategi pengelolaan sekolah. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur pendidikan Islam di wilayah minoritas dengan menyoroti pendekatan pengelolaan yang relevan dengan konteks sosial budaya Thailand Selatan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan pendidikan agama Islam yang diterapkan di Muslimeen Suksa School efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung perkembangan akademik dan karakter siswa, serta relevan dengan kebutuhan sosial budaya di Thailand Selatan.

Abstract

The change of the 2013 curriculum into a “merdeka” curriculum is an unavoidable policy. In West Sumatra there are 36 schools that serve as “penggerak” schools. The “penggerak” schools are a pilot in implementing the curriculum merdeka. The merdeka curriculum emphasizes the thinking of KH Dewantara ing roso sung tulodo, which is a teaching and learning process that must facilitate students to grow according to their nature. In the Merdeka curriculum, this is known as differentiated learning. The implementation of differentiated learning encounters several obstacles, both from teachers as facilitators and students as subjects in education, therefore the authors are interested in researching the application of differentiated learning in realizing independent learning. The method used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the interactive analysis technique by Miles and Hubermans. The results of this study indicate that differentiated learning can be done using varied learning models, varied learning media and assessment techniques based on students' learning styles).

Abstract

Vocational high schools aim to prepare students to be ready to work in the field. Vocational high school (SMK) as one of the high school levels that we prepare to go directly into the world of work. In this case, the career maturity of vocational students needs to be improved. Therefore, the role of work adjustment theory is one theory that is suitable for use by Bk teachers to help improve career information for vocational students in order to improve the careers of vocational students. This research uses qualitative research using field research. Field research is a research conducted in a structured manner by lifting data that already exists in the field. In this study, the related subject is SMK students who will later work after completing their education.

Abstract

Gangguan stres dan kecemasan semakin prevalent di kalangan remaja, dan kondisi ini memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mental serta perkembangan individu. Sebagai respons terhadap permasalahan yang mendesak ini, bimbingan dan konseling muncul sebagai salah satu strategi yang dapat memberikan dukungan kepada remaja yang menghadapi tantangan kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis bimbingan dan konseling dalam mendukung kesehatan mental tersebut, dengan fokus pada intervensi yang efektif terhadap gangguan stres dan kecemasan. Menggunakan metode studi literatur, kajian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber literasi, termasuk artikel jurnal ilmiah dan laporan penelitian terkini yang relevan. Analisis tersebut menggambarkan bagaimana stres dan kecemasan dapat memengaruhi aspek kehidupan remaja, mulai dari prestasi akademik hingga hubungan sosial. Temuan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi bimbingan dan konseling tidak hanya memberikan dukungan emosional, tetapi juga berkontribusi dalam memperkuat mekanisme koping adaptif yang diperlukan untuk menangani stres. Selain itu, program bimbingan dan konseling telah terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman diri remaja serta mengurangi stigma terkait isu kesehatan mental. Dengan demikian, pentingnya integrasi program bimbingan dan konseling ke dalam kerangka pendidikan formal menjadi semakin jelas, karena hal ini menyediakan respons yang komprehensif terhadap tantangan kesehatan mental yang dihadapi remaja. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat berfungsi sebagai referensi bagi pendidik dan praktisi dalam merumuskan program-program intervensi yang lebih efektif dan responsif.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu proses pengembangan potensi yang ada dalam diri peserta didik. Begitupun dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) selain menanamkan nilai keagamaan, peserta didik juga diharapkan memperoleh hasil belajar yang optimal. Agar tercapainya tujuan tersebut perlu diperhatikan komponen dalam pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran. Guru harus mampu memilih media yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT serta gambaran hasil belajar PAI peserta didik setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental) dengan menggunakan desain berimbang (Conterbalanced Design). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar PAI kelas eksperimen adalah 78,09 dan rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar PAI kelas kontrol adalah 60,32. Skor tersebut menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT lebih unggul dari pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan uji hipotesis atau uji-t yang didapatkan hasil bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT dalam mata pelajaran PAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

With the rapid increase in the use of internet technology among the community, teenagers and children are increasingly unable to control themselves in using the internet, especially on social media which increases the impact of the phenomenon of cybercrime (cyberbullying), especially on Instagram social media. Cyberbullying is a form of play and aggressive behavior against someone that is carried out continuously in cyberspace through an internet connection, cyberbullying has a negative impact so that it cannot be directed to the location, cyberbullying can be ridicule, threats, fraud, insults, defamation, stalking or hacking. Thus, it is necessary to study further to analyze the terms of early prevention efforts. This paper has a purpose, namely to see and trigger that cyberbullying behavior on social media, especially among Indonesian students, is increasingly widespread. Although cyberbullying is still ignored in Indonesia, it will have fatal consequences for teenagers in the future.

Abstract

Learning the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) directs students to understand and criticize the historical traces of Islamic civilization. For this reason, appropriate learning is needed so that learning objectives are achieved optimally. This study attempts to describe the correlation of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on students' critical thinking skills in SKI subjects. The researcher uses primary data, namely using the critical thinking ability score data of the students who are the samples of this study. The method used is the evaluation method and the comparative method. In this case, comparing the scores of critical thinking skills before and after using the PBL Learning Model. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in critical thinking ability scores before and after using the PBL Learning Model. There is also a very strong correlation between the use of the PBL Learning Model and critical thinking skills. It can also be stated that the PBL Learning Model is effectively used to improve students' critical thinking skills in SKI subjects.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam tesis ini adalah tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Dapat mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban, dapat mengetahui pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban, dan dapat mengetahui pengaruh transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Lareh Sago Halaban.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yaitu: angket kepemimpinan transformasional, angket budaya sekolah dan angket OCB guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh Sagu Halaban dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB guru. Ini ditunjukan oleh nilai sig < 0,05 untuk uji t (parsial). Selanjutnya temuan kedua membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru, juga diperoleh dari nilai sig < 0,05 dengan uji t (parsial). Kemudian temuan terakhir diperoleh adanya pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya sekolah terhadap OCB guru SMP di Kecamatan Lareh sagu Halaban yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji simultan atau uji F, dengan nilai sig < 0,05. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah perlu mengadopsi pendekatan kepemimpinan yang visioner, inspiratif, dan peduli terhadap kebutuhan individu guru. Hal ini akan menciptakan motivasi yang lebih tinggi bagi guru untuk melampaui tugas formal mereka

Abstract

National reports from numerous nations found a significant percentage of teacher education graduates do not enter teacher profession (OECD 2005). According to Manuel & Hughes (2006), The expectations of preservice teachers for their future work environment are crucial to investigate because they provide insight into the motivation that drives future endeavors The goal of this study was to analyze preservice teachers' career decisions based on different levels of commitment to teaching. It has identified the commitment types of preservice teachers based on their reason for pursuing a career as a teacher, as well as their perspectives of the professional and external conditions. The motivational desire to make a decision regarding pursuing and preparing for the teaching profession is defined as committed to the teaching profession. The writer found whether “perennial problem” happened since preservice teachers through their commitment, motivation, and perspective about teaching profession. This is descriptive research that attempts to qualitative research. The total of participants are 42 preservice teachers who study in the Faculty of Teaching Education Program, in Cirebon. this research discovered that different types of preservice teachers have distinctive motives and perspectives of the teaching profession. The findings of this study revealed that various combinations of factors were important to each preservice teacher group's decision to enter teaching profession as a career, but that common sources of impact were discovered for all four groups of participants. Furthermore, these findings have important implications for educational programs and policymakers in presenting teaching as a worthwhile profession that is essential to society's advancement.

Abstract

Starting married life is not easy because young couples need to adjust to each other. One of the causes of failure or divorce in marriage is the inability to make self-adjustments properly in young couples. Well-adjusted marriages have lower rates of depression and poorly-adjusted marriages have higher rates of depression. Emotional maturity and social support of young couples are important factors that influence the adjustment of young couples in early marriage. This study is to see how emotional maturity, social support and adjustment of young couples with a sample of 120 people consisting of 60 men and 60 women obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data were taken by distributing instruments of emotional maturity, social support and self-adjustment with a total of 136 statement items. The results were obtained by looking at the percentage value, correlation coefficient and significance value between variables and the results of emotional maturity are in the high category with an R value of 42.5% then the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 (α) so that it is stated to have a significant relationship. Then social support is in the medium category with an R value of 29.8% and a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 (α) so that it is stated to have a significant relationship. Then self-adjustment is in the high category with an R value of 48.1% and a probability value (Sig. F Change) of 0.000 < 0.05 (α) which means that emotional maturity and social support have a significant and positive relationship with the adjustment of young couples in early marriage.
