Abstract

Kelangsungan suatu usaha dapat ditentukan dari kualiatas suatu layanan yang diberikan kepada konsumenya. Apabila konsumen puas maka usaha tersebut akan bertahan dan berkembang berkesinambungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pada usaha tingkat UMKM disuatu desa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu mengambarkan hasil analisis suatu perhitungan untum memperoleh gambaran dari hasil analisis tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan sampel Hair dengan menghitung jumlah indikator yang digunakan sebagai pengukuran dan teknik sampel yang dipakai sampel incidental. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah metode IPA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa posisi kualitas pelayanan yang perlu diperbaiki pada kuadran A yaitu pegawai memahami pelanggan dan pegawai perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan pelanggan.sedangan pelayanan yang perlu dikurangi yang dianggap berlebihan perlu dikurangi seperti penampilan pegawai yang terlalu mencolok dan komunikasi dua arah seperti diskusi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguatkan strategi pemasaran SMP Islam Karawang dalam meningkatkan minat siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Teknik Triangulasi yaitu Triangulasi Metode, Triangulasi Sumber data dan Triangulasi Teori. Serta analisa SWOT untuk mengetahui posisi SMP Islam Karawang. Data divalidasi dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini, posisi SMP Islam berada pada kuadran 1, strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah pengembangan, dan produk yang dihasilkan adalah strategi pemasaran sekolah berbasis Delta Model untuk kepentingan peserta didik: a) Strategi Produk Terbaik: menyelenggarakan pendidikan holistik. melalui berbagai kegiatan/program sekolah yang unik dan relevan dengan kebutuhan nasabah, serta menerapkan sistem multi payment untuk mempermudah nasabah melakukan transaksi keuangan; b) Strategi Total Customer Solutions: memaksimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan dan memfasilitasi sumber daya manusia yang berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi/kegiatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, dan memberikan apresiasi atas upaya/prestasi sumber daya manusia, dan c) Strategi Sistem Lock-In memberlakukan sistem kontrak dengan tenaga ahli/klien tertentu dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk mengunci pelanggan, menerapkan sistem jenjang karir bagi guru dan staf sekolah, dan memiliki kerjasama dan instruksi khusus yang berlaku untuk alumni, SMA favorit, universitas tertentu, dan Institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

The current era of globalization requires business actors to be innovative and think creatively in developing their businesses so that they are not inferior to their competitors. Of the many businesses that are emerging today, one of the most popular businesses is the coffee shop business. Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop, Telukjambe east Karawang branch is a coffee shop that is currently trending among millennials. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the existing business strategy at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop, Telukjambe east Karawang branch. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method and analyze it using SWOT analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data, where primary data was obtained from observations and in-depth interviews related to business strategies at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop, Telukjambe east Karawang branch to the research subject. The results of the SWOT analysis and the SWOT matrix show that Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop Telukjambe Timur Karawang is in Quadrant 1, where the company is in a very profitable situation. Coffee shops have opportunities and strengths so they can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy). And in the IE matrix analysis, this business is included in the quadrant II business unit strategy where the business enters the growth and development stage.

Abstract

Tingkat penggunaan marketplace semakin meningkat, salah satu yang terkenal di Indonesia adalah Shopee. Penyedia layanan marketplace selalu memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan elektronik yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen elektronik. Kemudian etika perilaku penjual diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen elektronik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui E-Servqual dan etika perilaku penjual secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen elektronik. Metode penelitian ini dengan kuantitatif. Ukuran populasinya adalah 1.729 mahasiswa secara purposive sampling. Maka sampelnya adalah 292 berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael pada taraf 5%. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data angket skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa E-Servqual memilki kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Etika perilaku penjual memilki kriteria baik dan sangat baik. E-Customers Satisfaction memiliki kriteria puas dan sangat puas. Kemudian E-Servqual dan etika perilaku penjual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap E-Satisfaction secara parsial dan simultan..The level of marketplace usage is increasing, One of the most popular marketplaces in Indonesia is Shopee. marketplace service providers always pay attention to e-Service quality which increases e-customers satisfaction. Then ethical sales behavior is needed which is an effort to increase E-Customers Satisfaction. The Purpose of this Research is to know E-Servqual and ethical sales behavior that partially and Simultaneously affects E-Customers Satisfaction. This research method with quantitative. The population size is 1,720 students In Sampling Purposive. Then the sample was 292 based on Isaac and Michael's table at the 5% level. While the analysis used is multiple linear regression with Likert scale questionnaire data. The results show that E-Servqual has good and very good criteria. Ethical Sales Behavior has good and very good Criteria. E-Customers Satisfaction has satisfied and very satisfied criteria. Then E-Servqual and Ethical Sales Behavior affect significantly E-satisfaction partially and Simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) whether organizational culture and work motivation have a partial effect on the performance of employees at the Cilamaya Wetan sub-district office in Karawang regency (2) whether organizational culture and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Cilamaya wetan sub-district office in Karawang regency. (3) Which variable has the most influence on the performance of the Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency. The research was conducted at the Cilamaya Wetan District Office, Karawang Regency. This research is quantitative. Determination of the sample is done by using a saturated sampling technique (census), which is as many as 45 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational Culture and Work Motivation, influenced the performance of the Cilamaya Wetan Office Employees, Karawang Regency. This means that high organizational culture, work motivation and discipline can improve the performance of Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency (2) Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Cilamaya Wetan District Office Employees, Karawang Regency (3) Work motivation is a variable the most dominant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of leaders in motivating teachers to have high performance. This study uses qualitative methods with data triangulation techniques, technical triangulation and source triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the principal as a leader has provided optimal motivation to teachers. Leaders have done planning, monitoring and evaluation so that motivation is increasingly encouraged. Innovation and creativity from teachers can also be done because the leader as a manager role has been applied at SDN Warungbambu I. The involvement of leaders as part of the organization is very high in supporting the performance of teachers and school staff.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance in the civil service police unit in Karawang regency. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative methods and verification. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. From the results of the research data analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: The work environment of the Karawang district civil service police unit was good, the work discipline of the Karawang district civil service police unit was good, the performance of employees in the Karawang district civil service police unit was good. There is a low correlation between the work environment and work discipline, there is no partial effect of the work environment on employee performance, there is a partial effect of work discipline on employee performance and there is a simultaneous influence between work environment and work discipline on the performance of the civil service police unit in Karawang regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the work environment and work discipline on employee performance so that they have good performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 44 employees. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Tunggak Jati Health Center. Also by using interviews and observations. The sample was taken with a saturated sample because the total population was below 100. Where the population was only 30 so that all populations were sampled, the method used was multiple regression analysis, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results obtained Fcount of 1,655 and greater than the value of Ftable 3.33 and a significant value of 0.210 which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that the research results are accepted by H₀. Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Tunggak Jati Kab. Karawang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine work culture and compensation in improving performance so that it has good performance. This study uses a qualitative method with the techniques used are method triangulation techniques, data triangulation techniques and theory or reference triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work culture that existed at Puri Mulya PAUD was seen from the cultural instrument between co-workers that was well established, but the compensation given was not appropriate, and there was no bonus given if in PAUD, salary payments were still delayed, but performance teachers can still be assessed as very good because the dedication of the teacher's role as educators is very high

Abstract

Pupuk merupakan salah satu unsur hara yang sangat penting bagi tanah agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal, dalam hal ini pupuk dibedakan menjadi beberapa kategori yaitu pupuk organik mentah, cair, dan kimia, namun dalam hal ini masyarakat belum memahami cara pengelolaannya. pupuk organik mentah Pada artikel kali ini akan dibahas secara singkat bagaimana cara mengelola sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan untuk menjadi pupuk media tanam. Dusun Cijati merupakan sebuah dusun yang terletak di Desa Mekar Buana, Kecamatan Tegalwaru, Karawang Answerarat, yang masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai petani dan peternak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku kelompok tani, menganalisis faktor perilaku petani dalam pemanfaatan sisa tanaman dan kotoran hewan. Hasil kajian menyatakan bahwa ada masyarakat yang paham dan juga belum paham bagaimana cara mengelola sisa sampah.
