Abstract

Learning materials are the key to the success of the learning process. The development of learning materials is carried out by taking into account the characteristics and conditions of the learners, as well as their relevance to the development of the times. The use of technology has also been integrated to create up-to-date learning. However, the gap in access to technology between urban and rural areas still needs attention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test the development of Padlet-based Fiqh learning materials to improve student motivation in MTs Al-Azhar Pamekasan. This study uses the R&D method through the development of Padlet-based Fiqh learning materials with the ASSURE model. It also uses the linear regression formula to ensure the influence of learning material development on the motivation of Grade 8 students at MTs Al-Azhar.The findings of the study prove that the development of Padlet-based Fiqh learning materials is very effective in attracting interest and livening up the learning atmosphere in the classroom. Through regression analysis testing, the development of this fiqh learning material is also able to increase student motivation from various aspects.

Abstract

HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) education can help develop student character. HOTS is a type of high-level rational ability in students, that is, high-level rationality with the intention to return to appropriate and creative work. This research aims: 1) To determine the planning and implementation of HOTS-based PAI learning for class XI 1 SMA N 1 Bluluk Lamongan students. 2) Knowing the evaluation of HOTS-based PAI learning for class XI 1 SMA N 1 Bluluk Lamongan students. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach using a descriptive research design. Three collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The type and summary of data used is primary data and secondary data by analyzing data absorption techniques. Research findings show the use of HOTS materials for PAI which is carried out through observations and actions as well as evaluations carried out. The implementation of HOTS-based PAI in schools can increase students' ability to improve their high-level thinking abilities.

Abstract

The implementation of natural tafakur activities in schools still cannot be optimized when followed by students because students do not understand the concept of natural tafakur, and cannot develop their thinking skills more deeply (critically). The formulation of the problem from this study is; (1) How are the nature tafakur activities at SMP Baitul Arqam Qur‟anic Science Sumedang? (2) How is the critical thinking ability of students in PAI subjects at SMP Baitul Arqam Qur‟anic Science Sumedang? and (3) How does the influence of natural tafakur activities on students' critical thinking skills in PAI subjects at SMP Baitul Arqam Qur‟anic Science Sumedang? The research method used is quantitative descriptive which is correlational. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Quantitative data analysis of this study using SPSS Version 25 application. Based on the results of data analysis, there are the following results; Tafakur Alam activities at SMP Baitul Arqam Qur‟anic Science Sumedang obtained a percentage result of 88.6% in the very good category. Critical Thinking Skills Students at SMP Baitul Arqam Qur‟anic Science Sumedang obtained a percentage result of 81% in the very good category. The influence of natural tafakur activities on students' critical thinking skills has a correlation value of 0.739 with a high category. Data analysis of the sign of regression coefficient (b) with a positive sign (B = 739), natural tafakur activities with students' critical thinking skills have a unidirectional relationship. The closeness of the relationship r=0.671 with the High category. Have a significant relationship (sig = 0.000). R Square = 0.450 with medium category, nature tafakur activities contribute to the critical thinking skills of students of SMP Baitul Arqam Qur‟anic Science Sumedang by 45%. The benefits of research are; can make students more enthusiastic in living the nature tafakur, can be used as a source of reference / additional reference related to the concept of nature tafakur and critical thinking, and can be used as a positive contribution material to improve the quality of schools.

Abstract

Memorizing the Al-Quran requires an appropriate method that is appropriate to the development of each child who memorizes it. The method used makes a major contribution to the formation of a golden generation of Islam who memorize and understand the Al-Quran in depth. The aim of this research is to determine the tahfiz Quran method implemented at the Semesta Education Foundation in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation and the obstacles faced. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques using participant observation and in-depth interviews. All existing data is analyzed using the stages of data condensation, data display and verification. The findings in this research are that the planning of the tahfidz method for memorizing the Koran at the Semesta Mengaji Education Foundation is carried out at the beginning of each school year. However, if there is an urgent problem that arises related to the implementation of the tahfidz method in memorizing the Koran, a solution will be discussed and a solution will be sought at daily meetings, up to monthly meetings. The implementation of the Quran tahfidz method at the Semesta Mengaji Education Foundation uses the tikrar method, where a student repeats the verses approximately 5 to 40 times until they are memorized. Evaluation of the tahfidz method for memorizing the Koran at the Semesta Mengaji Education Foundation is carried out with the Final Evaluation of Students, where students take a level test, written test and unwritten test. Obstacles faced in memorizing the Koran at the Semesta Mengaji Education Foundation include immature age levels, variations in comprehension ability in memorizing, motivation to memorize that is not consistent and is not fluent in reading the Al-Quran.

Abstract

Teaching materials are a crucial component in supporting the optimization of the learning process. The development of video-based teaching materials, commonly implemented during the learning process, has a significant impact, particularly in fostering enthusiasm and enhancing students' learning motivation. This research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of video-based teaching materials in improving students' learning motivation in Fiqh lessons in class 1 at Mts Az-Zubair Pamekasan. The Research And Development (R & D) method is employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and student response questionnaires. The study results indicate that two expert assessments give an average score of 3 with a good category regarding the development of video-based learning materials. Referencing the questionnaire results, it is observed that 90% of students are highly satisfied with the use of video learning in their learning process. Consequently, based on these findings, it can be concluded that video-based learning materials implemented in Fiqh lessons are deemed suitable for further development as an alternative to enhance students' learning motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the extent to which trust, corporate image and the use of fintech have an impact on muzakki's decision to pay zakat in Dompet Dhuafa, South Sulawesi. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research design. This research relies on primary and secondary data sources. Data received directly from the research location with muzakki respondents is referred to as primary data. In this research, questionnaires, interviews and documentation were used to collect data. The SmartPLS 4.0 data processing application is used in research data analysis. Based on the regression results, the variables Trust (X1), corporate image (x2), and use of fintech (x3) have a positive and large influence on the muzakki's decision variable in paying zakat (Y). Furthermore, the Religiosity variable (Z) can moderate (strengthen) the influence of trust on the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, but cannot moderate (weaken) the influence of corporate image on the muzakki's decision to pay zakat, and cannot moderate (weaken) the influence of fintech. on the muzaki's decision to pay zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new student admissions at MIN 7 Boyolali, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the management of new student admissions at MIN 7 Boyolali showed positive results. Through careful planning, effective implementation, and continuous evaluation, MIN 7 Boyolali succeeds in increasing the number of new student admissions each year. Supporting factors such as visionary leadership, cooperation with external parties, and community support, play a vital role in the success of PPDB management. However, inhibiting factors such as limited resources and changes in the external environment need to be addressed appropriately so that MIN 7 Boyolali can continue to develop as a superior Islamic education institution that is in demand by the community.

Abstract

One of the problems in the current industrial era is that many foreign companies have emerged which has resulted in competition in the business sector becoming tighter. Thus, entrepreneurs are required to have appropriate business tactics in order to keep their business running and be able to face other competitors. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between product quality, promotion and Islamic service quality on purchasing decisions at the Annur Shop Bone Store which is moderated by price. This research is quantitative research. The research location was the Annur Shop Bone Shop with a sample of 210 respondents. Sample collection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, data processing uses the SEM PLS procedure, namely with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 software. The results of this research state that each variable (product quality, promotion and Islamic service quality) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, product quality and promotion which are moderated by price also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, Islamic service quality moderated by price has a negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions at the Annur Shop Bone Store.

Abstract

Kiai leadership is a topic that has received a lot of attention from Islamic boarding school observers, because it is one of the factors that determine development. Kiai has the responsibility to not only lead and motivate, but also compose, manage and develop the entrepreneurship curriculum. This research aims to 1) To describe the role of kyai leadership in forming the spirit of independence and entrepreneurship in students. 2) To find out the obstacles and support in forming the spirit of independence and entrepreneurship in students. The location of this research was carried out at the As-Salma Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are (1) data reduction; (2) display/presentation of data; (3) draw conclusions and then verify them. The results of this research show that the kiai of the As-Salma Islamic boarding school implemented strategies to shape the students' mental independence and familiarize them with attitudes that can help them master various fields and be able to compete in the future. This can be seen in the students who are trained to have a disciplined attitude and manage their time well, including waking up and praying together. And students are also given a platform for them develop their talents.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the leadership role of principals in enhancing human resources despite facing challenges such as limited budget, and inadequate availability of resources. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach and involves school principals and deputy heads of the curriculum as research subjects. The data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, and documentation. Through data analysis, this study presents an account of the principal's leadership efforts in improving human resources, identifies the challenges faced in this process, and proposes solutions to overcome them. These solutions encompass enhancing coordination among different work units, optimizing the utilization of existing resources, and fostering communication and collaboration among principals, teachers, and staff members. Furthermore, it is recommended that higher authorities provide increased support by allocating sufficient budgets and resources to enhance human resources in schools. The research concludes that effective leadership from school principals is crucial for improving human resources in educational institutions. The efforts made by principals, such as organizing workshops, training, and providing reinforcement and rewards, have the potential to contribute to human resource development.
