Abstract

This research is a qualitative study, which involves observing people and behaviors that can be observed using spoken or written words to produce relevant descriptive data. The success indicators in this research are the improvement of Designing abilities in Creative Product and Entrepreneurship Learning for 11th-grade students at the Fisheries and Marine Vocational High School (SMKS) in Jember. The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the utilization of Canva media in creating Packaging Labels to enhance designing skills in creative product and entrepreneurship learning for 11th-grade students at SMKS Fisheries and Marine in Jember. 2) To ascertain the enhancement of Packaging Label designing skills using Canva media in creative product and entrepreneurship learning for 11th-grade students at SMKS Fisheries and Marine in Jember. The respondents of this study are 13 11th-grade students from the Fisheries and Marine Vocational High School (SMKS) in Jember, comprising 8 males and 5 females. Data collection procedures involve steps taken by the researcher to obtain data in efforts to address the research problem. Specific techniques are required in data collection to ensure that the expected data are gathered and are truly relevant to the issues being addressed. The data collection procedures in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The qualitative research conducted at SMKS Fisheries and Marine in Jember yields the following conclusions: 1. Implementation of learning using Canva media for creating Packaging Labels can enhance designing skills in creative product and entrepreneurship learning for 11th-grade students at SMKS Fisheries and Marine in Jember. 2. The effectiveness of designing Packaging Labels with Canva Media is evident in that: a) it enhances designing skills and saves time, b) it boosts students' learning motivation by presenting related images and videos, c) Canva Media can be used for creating other media besides packaging label designs, enabling students to develop their skills in creating new things with Canva's assistance, d) with Canva Media, learning can enhance designing skills and save time, allowing students to creatively design products more effectively both inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of using learning media in the learning process. Researchers use an e-book called "Kibashi" as a learning medium that will be carried out. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating learning media significantly in the context of technology that continues to develop today. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, using the D & D method. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDN Rancamulya, Sumedang. The results of surveys and observations show a positive response, highlighting the important role of educators in integrating technology in the learning process, especially in the use of learning media. However, the research results also reveal that there are still few educators who use e-book-based learning media. Thus, we are interested in discussing this topic further, with the hope that the adoption of e-book-based learning media such as Kibashi has great potential in improving the quality of the learning process. And we hope that this research can provide valuable insight for educators and others about the benefits of the "Kibashi" e-book.

Abstract

This article explains the use of the "Let's Connect" flipbook, a learning medium designed to make it easier for 2nd grade elementary school students to learn cursive hijaiyah letters in the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This media is unique because it not only provides learning material about cursive hijaiyah letters, but also offers a series of questions in the form of games which aim to strengthen students' understanding of the material provided. The idea behind developing this media is to create a more interactive and interesting way of teaching, as well as helping teachers in packaging PAI learning materials. This research on media development follows the Design and Development (D&D) methodology using the ADDIE framework. The research was carried out by testing the use of the "Let's Connect" flipbook among grade 2 students at SDN Panyingkiran III. The results of this trial showed that this flipbook was effective in increasing students' understanding of cursive hijaiyah letters, as well as getting a positive response during the learning period.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the market day program in fostering entrepreneurial character among the students of Kuttab Al Faruq Sukoharjo, as well as the factors that support and hinder its implementation. The research method employed is qualitative case study. The research informants include teachers, students, and guardians of the Kuttab students. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique utilized qualitative data analysis with an interactive model. The findings of the research indicate that the market day program at Kuttab Al Faruq can foster entrepreneurial character among the students, from the planning stage to implementation and evaluation. The entrepreneurial character traits developed among the students include self-confidence, independence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The supporting factors for the implementation of market day include educator involvement, active participation from guardians, enthusiasm from students, and the availability of school facilities. The hindering factors for the implementation of market day include lack of trading experience and difficulty in devising marketing strategies.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, students are faced with demands to consider factors influencing their academic achievements. This research aims to uncover the role of an effective school environment, parental attention, and study habits in enhancing students' educational quality. Quantitative methods were employed in this study. This approach was chosen to provide a more measurable understanding of the roles of the school environment, parental involvement, and study habits on students' academic outcomes. Involving 207 students as research samples, sampling was conducted randomly. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires covering school environment variables, parental involvement, and study habits. Data analysis was conducted through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression. The use of multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool enabled researchers to understand the extent to which certain variables, such as the school environment, parental involvement, and study habits, contribute to variations in students' academic outcomes. Findings indicate that the school environment plays a significant role in determining students' academic achievements. Emotional involvement and parental support also contribute to students' academic performance. Furthermore, consistent and effective study habits have proven to be significant factors in developing students' academic achievements. With a supportive school environment for learning and positive contributions from parents, as well as effective study habits, it is expected that students' academic outcomes will improve.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of telemarketing and transparency use through social media to donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel with trust as moderate variable. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire or lift as data collection tool. Respondents in this study are the community or donor who once paid zakat, infak, and alms at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel. Samples analysis using Krijie Morgan formula and research measurement using data analysis of Structural Equation Model based Patrial Least Square (SEM PLS) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results showed that based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r-Square) contributed of telemarketing, transparency, and trust to donor loyalty of 60,4% while 39,6% may be influenced by other factors outside of the study. From the results of statistical shows that telemarketing has positive and significant effect on the donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, in addition to transparency also has a positive and significant effect on donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, while trust does not moderate telemarketing on donor loyalty in paying ZIS at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel, as much as trust is not moderating transparency to donor loyalty in paying at LAZ Al Azhar Sul-Sel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Sadar Baca dan Tulis (SABTU) activity carried out at the Mamba'ul Hikmah Kauman Islamic Boarding School in Kota Lama Ponorogo and its impact on students. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Researchers went directly to the Mamba'ul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School by interviewing the caregivers, administrators and students of the Mamba'ul Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that SABTU activities aim to improve students' literacy skills, which not only include reading and writing but also logical and critical thinking. This activity is carried out by students reading selected books which are then summarized and presented the next day, on Sunday, in an activity called EPIS. SABTU activities show a positive impact on every santri who participates in them. It is proven that after literacy activities, many students enjoy reading and writing, and some of them even create their own written works. This research is expected to provide valuable insights into effective practices in improving literacy in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of social media, accessibility, and interest in visiting Islamic facilities. Larea-Rea Island Tourism, Sinjai Regency with Having faith is a moderating factor. In this research, the sample is the people of Sinjai district. A quantitative technique with a descriptive methodology is the research method employed. In this study, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation were utilized as primary and secondary data sources gather information. Analysis of research was conducted using the data processing tool SmartPLS 4.0. Regression analysis shows that interest in visiting (Y) Larea-rea island tourism is positively and significantly influenced by social media (X1), accessibility (X2), and Islamic facilities (X3). Moreover, the impact of social media on visiting interest might be strengthened or moderated by the trust variable (Z). Have faith can moderate (strengthen) the accessibility variable on visiting interest. However, it cannot moderate (strengthen) Islamic facilities on interest in visiting Larea-rea island tourism with confidence.

Abstract

Quality is the main indicator for schools to be able to achieve goals and public trust. Achieving the quality of educational institutions cannot be separated from the curriculum management strategy, where the curriculum management strategy also functions to maintain the existence of educational quality by quality control. This research aims to determine curriculum management strategies in controlling the quality of graduates at Madrasah Muallimin Muallimat Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. The method used by researchers in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data sources. The data collection procedures used in this research include observation, interviews and documentation with data collection, reduction, display and verification analysis techniques. The results of this research show that: (1) The management strategy implemented by Madrasah Muallimin Muallimat in controlling the quality of graduates , is by implementing a 5 year strategic plan. organizing, implementing and controlling which involves all elements of the madrasah starting from the madrasah head to the students. (2) In carrying out graduate quality control, Madrasah Muallimin Muallimat also carries out quality planning, quality control and quality improvement which is realized in the form of curriculum programs. Based on the research findings. It can be concluded that the curriculum management strategy in quality control is an effort made by educational institutions to maintain the existence of the educational quality that has been achieved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the implementation of Aswaja practices at SD Islamiyah Magetan in enhancing students' religious attitudes and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. The subjects of this research include the principal, teachers, and students of SD Islamiyah Magetan. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques follow the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that Aswaja education at SD Islamiyah Magetan is systematically and comprehensively organized, and has a significant impact on enhancing students' religious attitudes. The curriculum is designed to ensure that students not only understand but also practice the taught amaliyah according to their grade level. The religious environment at the school is also fostered through daily routines and supportive extracurricular activities. The improvement in students' religious attitudes is evident from the increased memorization of verses and prayers, student participation in religious activities, and students' awareness of worship. Supporting factors for the implementation of Aswaja practices at SD Islamiyah Magetan include the teachers' deep understanding of Aswaja teachings, a conducive religious atmosphere, and collaboration between school and home. Inhibiting factors include the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of innovative teaching methods and media. This research is expected to contribute to the enhancement of religious education at SD Islamiyah Magetan and other schools with similar religious education programs, thereby shaping students with strong religious attitudes.
