Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between values, attitudes, and job satisfaction in organizational behavior within the context of Islamic education management. This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the psychological factors that influence individual performance in educational organizations. The method used is a qualitative approach through library research with content analysis of various scientific literature sources. The results of the study indicate that values shape attitudes, and attitudes significantly influence job satisfaction. The integration of these three aspects, particularly with Islamic values, contributes to improving performance, the quality of education, and creating a harmonious and sustainable organizational environment.

Abstract

Ina Listiani.NIM 211260006. 2025. The Effect of Inside Outside Circle Technique on Alphabet Concepts at Age 4-5 Years (Quasi-Experimental Study at Pembina State Kindergarten, Serang Regency) This study aims to determine the effect of the Inside-Outside Circle technique on the ability to conceptualize alphabet letters, especially vowels, in children aged 4-5 years at Pembina State Kindergarten, Serang Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of recognizing vowels as a basis for early literacy skills, but there are still children who have difficulty in distinguishing and pronouncing vowels correctly. The benefits of this study include theoretical benefits as a contribution to the development of cooperative learning theory for early childhood, as well as practical benefits for children, teachers, schools, and researchers in designing more interactive and enjoyable learning. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The subjects of the study consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using the Inside-Outside Circle technique and the control class using conventional methods. The data collection technique used pretest and posttest, while data analysis used N-Gain test and Mann Whitney test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The Mann Whitney test produced a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a Zcount value of -4.690, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In addition, the average value of N-Gain Score in the experimental class of 52.69% indicates that the Inside-Outside Circle technique is quite influential in improving the ability to recognize vowels in children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Moral education is the main foundation in the Islamic education system, which aims to develop individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also morally and spiritually noble. In the modern context, the moral crisis caused by globalization, materialism, and the degradation of values highlights the urgency of reinforcing moral education as a counterbalance to technological and scientific progress. This study aims to examine Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts on moral education as a conceptual solution to today's moral challenges. Using a qualitative approach through a literature study of Al-Ghazali's works such as Ihya 'Ulum al-Din, Ayyuha al-Walad, and Mizan al-'Amal, this study highlights the importance of education as a process of character building through the internalization of spiritual values and the habit of righteous deeds. Al-Ghazali emphasized that true education must include purification of the soul (tazkiyatun nafs) and the formation of noble morals, not merely the transfer of knowledge. The results of the study show that Al-Ghazali's thoughts are still very relevant in designing an integral and applicable moral education curriculum, and can be a model for character building among the younger generation amid the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Digital transformation and the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) have significantly changed various aspects of human life, including education systems. These changes require educational institutions to develop human resources equipped with adequate digital literacy skills to adapt to increasingly complex technological developments. However, several indicators reveal that literacy levels in Indonesia still face substantial challenges. The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2022 reported that Indonesian students’ reading literacy performance remains below the OECD average (OECD, 2023). This condition is reinforced by the Indonesian Digital Society Index (IMDI), which indicates that Indonesia's digital maturity remains at a moderate level (Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, 2025). This article aims to analyze curriculum reformulation in strengthening digital literacy in the era of Artificial Intelligence from the perspective of educational technology. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from OECD and UNESCO reports, scholarly journals, and educational technology theories. The findings indicate that digital literacy-based curriculum development should integrate twenty-first-century competencies, AI literacy, and educational technology theories such as constructivism, connectivism, multimedia learning, TPACK, and SAMR. Curriculum reformulation, teacher competency development, and digital infrastructure enhancement are strategic factors in creating an adaptive learning ecosystem. Therefore, digital literacy-based curriculum reform is essential to prepare learners for the challenges of Society 5.0.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education as a central force in preserving, revitalizing, and developing Islamic scholarly traditions and establishing solid educational institutions. This study is driven by observations of socio-cultural dynamics in which Islamic education functions not only as a means of transmitting religious knowledge, but also as an agent of civilization (development) that is relevant to contemporary challenges. The methods used are literature study and qualitative analysis, tracing the history, philosophy, and practices of Islamic education in various settings, ranging from traditional Islamic boarding schools/madrasas to modern Islamic universities. The main focus is to identify how the curriculum, teaching methods, and institutional environment of Islamic education contribute to the transmission of values (morals), thought (philosophy), and practice (fiqh/amaliah) that are the pillars of Islamic civilization and the development of institutions that adapt structurally and managerially to remain relevant, accountable, and competitive in the era of globalization. The results of the study show that the success of developing traditions and institutions is highly dependent on the ability of Islamic education to maintain a balance between asalah (authenticity/tradition) and mu'asarah (contemporaneity/innovation). Successful institutions are those that integrate the strengthening of scientific traditions with the adoption of modern management, thereby producing graduates who possess both spiritual and scientific depth as well as the professional competencies needed by society.
