The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the leadership analysis whose job is to direct and improve employee discipline at PT. ITK which is located in Dradah Blumbang Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency, East Java. Leadership in the company is expected to be a driving force that has an important role in the continuity of organizational activities so that the level of employee discipline increases and avoids work accidents. This type of research is qualitative research with interviews, documentation and field observations. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style applied is a democratic leadership style where employees are involved in making decisions. The leadership strategy implemented by making written regulations, conducting K3 training and providing strict sanctions for violators of disciplinary rules.

The development of the digital world continues to increase, so that it has a very helpful impact, especially for a seller or buyer. One of the most visible things is the end of shopping for various online shopping sites that offer mutual benefits and conveniences, as currently trending is the live streaming feature. This feature is certainly very helpful between buyers and sellers in marketing a product. In addition to the live streaming feature strategy carried out by a seller, another strategy carried out by the seller is to have a customer pool (lead customer). They have gathered prospective buyers long before the product was released. before the product is released. All of these things are basically in order to be able to increase sales, although to show this, of course, further research must be carried out. The research carried out in this case was using a quantitative research method with a data pooling method in the form of distributing buyer questionnaires on the website with a sample of residents of the Tanjung Priok Lagoa Horizon II sub-district. The questionnaire that has been obtained will be processed using SPSS software. The calculation results show that there is a strong and positive influence between the Live Streaming feature and Leadcustomers on increasing sales. With the results of this observation, it is hoped that it will have a use value for the community, both for sellers and buyers.

This study aims to analyze the influence of regional financial factors consisting of independence and regional wealth on the performance of local governments in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from authorized government institutions with a final sample of 506 local governments which were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis show that in terms of achievements, the average performance of local governments in Indonesia has been good, but there are still issues of disparities between regions that need to be corrected. Meanwhile, the analysis of hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression found a positive effect of regional independence variables on local government performance. Meanwhile, the regional wealth has no significant effect on local government performance. This research has the implication that improving the quality of regional financial management is very important in the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia in order to support the achievement of regional performance so that it must be optimized. In this case, the regional government and the central government must synergize through various policies to improve the quality of regional financial management in order to increase independence, fiscal capacity, and optimize assets

This study aims to determine how training variables can affect employee productivity. The respondents in this study were 76 employees of the Tirta Mangkaluku Drinking Water Company. Data collection was carried out using the observation, interview and questionnaire methods, the data analysis method used was simple linear regression analysis using IBM (SPPS) V.24 assistance and hypothesis testing using the t test, the results of the Simple Linear Regression Analysis showed that Training affects Productivity Employee 0.835 means, if the training variable increases by 0.835 then employee productivity will increase linearly by 0.835, while the results of the t test research show that the independent variable namely Training (X) partially has a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y), seen from the calculation t test obtained t-count 13.672 > t-table 1.66600. The implication of this research is the importance of companies providing training to improve the quality and competitiveness of their employees so that their productivity is maintained

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai potensi dari UMKM Kripik Farel yang sempat menurun karena adanya Covid19 yang membuat tidak bisa memasarakan dan menjual produknya secara maksimal karena ada pembatasan mobilitas masyarakat. Potensi dari penggunaan media sosial dan penggunaan toko online juga belum dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan wawancara sacara mendalam kepada pemilik usaha kripik farel. Alat analasis yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, mereduksi data dan juga menyimpulkan hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengoptimalan penggunaan facebook sebagai media promosi, serta pembuatan akun toko di Tokopedia sebagai alat penjualan online. Penelitian ini bisa dilanjutkan dikemudian hari dengan berfokus pada apakah media facebook dan tokopedia mempengaruhi peningkatan omzet dari kripik farel

This research aimed to analyze the influence of individual factors, employee engagement, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The respondent for this research is a public bank employee in the Serang and Cilegon located in Banten Province. Data collection was done in December 2022. The study was designed to collect data using an online survey method by distributing questionnaires. The respondents for this study were selected using purposive sampling, with a total sample of 120 public bank employees in the marketing department, including both permanent and contract employees. This is a quantitative study using the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and the Smart PLS 3.0 and SPSS software. The findings of this research suggest that individual factors have a positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a positive effect and significant on organizational commitment, individual factors have no effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has no effect on the turnover intention, and employee engagement has a significant and negative influence on the turnover intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel ada 5 perusahaan, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Struktur modal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. 2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3) Struktur modal dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Cab. Makassar Container Terminal. The independent variable in this study is Compensation while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. While the sample used was 54 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows. The results showed that the compensation variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch. This is proven by obtaining the correlation value. Which means if the compensation is assumed to be zero or no compensation occurs, the performance of employees at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch has not changed, but if compensation has increased by one unit, then this can affect employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch.

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media marketing and price on thrift product purchasing decisions and their impact on customer satisfaction at the Youth Thrift Market in Palu City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 80 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and processed using Smart PLS version 3.0. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics which consists of direct and indirect influence variables and is supported by Patrial Least Squares (PLS) which consists of two approaches, namely Outer Model and Inner Model analysis. The results of this study indicate that significantly social media marketing Instagram has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, social media marketing Instagram has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. There is a positive but not significant influence between Instagram social media marketing on consumer satisfaction and price on consumer satisfaction.

The research was conducted to determine the effect of digital marketing,promotion, and quality of service on consumer decisions to purchase at a coffee shop in Cikarang. In this research, the researcher uses the Lemeshow formula in determining the sample. The data used is primary data which is obtained by the author through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The significant effect of X1 and Y variables is 4.092 from the table value 1.66071 with a significant number 0.000 <0.05, the significant effect of the variable X2 and Y are worth 0.500 > 1.66071 with a significant number of 0.618 > 0.05 and the significant effect of X3 and Y variables is 8.084 from the table value of 1.66071 with a significant number of 0.000 < 0.005. The influence of the simultaneous variables X1, X2, X3 on Y is 72.748 > 2.7 which has a greater meaning than F table which means that there is an influence between digital marketing, promotion, and service quality on purchasing decisions at a coffee shop in Cikarang.
