Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor  tingkat keterikatan dan kepuasan dosen dan tenaga kepandidikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Baru (PTN-B). Tingkat keterikatan dilihat dari indikator Focused Work, Interpersonal Support dan Individual Value. Data dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner pada PTN-B.  Dari hasil analisis penilitian ini, diketahui bahwa terdapat tingkat keterikatan dan kepuasan yang tinggi di PTN-B secara keseluruhan. Kemudian, dosen dengan jabatan lektor kepala memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan dosen dengan jabatan fungsional di bawahnya. Selanjutnya, hasil yang cukup menarik juga dapat kita lihat dari segi status kepegawaian, bahwa dosen dan tendik yang berstatus PNS cenderung memiliki keterikatan dan kepuasan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dosen dan tendik dengan status kepegawaian lainnya, meskipun masih dikategorikan pada indeks yang masih tinggi, begitu pula jika dilihat dari faktor umur dan masa kerja.

Abstract

This research is designed to anylize the used of women sexuality at tv advertising. It is  a fact that tv ad is one of the effective marketing communication tools to promotes a product and builds corporate image. However there are a lot of misconduct in implementing tv ads to persuade consumers by showing conversations and scenes with a lot of sexual images. Sexual images in the ads are happened in many marketing events and programs. It has been considered as the effective approach to attract consumers attention and the message would be easy to be remembered and internalized in the memory. This phenomena also had happened in Indonesia where tv ads content sexual images which had caused controversy and rejection among the consumers and authorities. There were feminism issues about the women that should not be treated as the sexual object. The sample of tv ads which content sexual images in Indonesia was the ad of Condom Sutra performing four artist playing bilyard. This tv ads had appeared on the national tv channel in 2015 and had a lot of sexual languages, images and the moves that could be considered as pornographic actions. There were several researchs had been conduct on this particular issue but this research presents the analysis through different point of view. Therefore the semiotic analyzing methods introduced by Roland Barthes is applied in this research paper. The observations methods and qualitative research approach are part of the analyzing process to reach the objective and conclude the phenomena.Keywords : condom sutra, tv ads, sexual image.

Abstract

This research is a study about hygienic management towards teachers’ work result in SMK Negeri 1 Medan against SMK Negeri 5 Medan. This research made by the deductive thought with the model of Comparative Corelational analysis. The samples between research location are 70 samples of respondent in SMK Negeri 1 Medan and 66 samples of respondent in SMK Negeri 5 Medan.Data collected between locations effort the result hypothetically using t-test method. The research comparing the R square, t-test value, and Sig. between research locations and got the answer of hypothesis. Results of the analysis showed that there is a relation between hygienic management to teachers’ work result in SMK Negeri 1 Medan with t-test result (13.020) > t-table (2,080) and Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. In another location as in SMK Negeri 5 Medan t-test result (9.000) > t-table (2,080) and Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. The comparing result based on t-test result, Sig. and coefficient determination shown the different result between locations.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan jumlah restoran terhadap PAD dan progres ekonomi di Kab. Nias Selatan.Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah analisa path. Hasil kajian ini adalah secara langsung jumlah kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PAD. Secara langsung jumlah restoran berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PAD.Secara langsung jumlah kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap progres ekonomi. Secara langsung PAD berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap progres ekonomi. Dan secara tidak langsung, PAD tidak signifikan untuk memediasi hubungan antara jumlah kunjungan wisatawan terhadap progres ekonomi melalui PAD. Kemudian, tidak ditemukannya korelasi yang signifikan antara jumlah kunjungan wisatawan terhadap jumlah restoran.

Abstract

In its development of technology and social media is another alternative for someone to market their products more broadly, one of the product advertisements in the online world can also be in the form of long writing written by reviewers, bloggers and others. All of that can be targeted for those who actively use the internet or are often referred to as citizens. Social media is a vital marketing and communication channel for businesses, organizations and institutions that are included in the political sphere. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas e-service terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada pelanggan yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile BSI di BSI Kantor Cabang Meulaboh Imam Bonjol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah BSI yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile BSI dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis partial least squares yang dibantu dengan software Smart PLS 3. Model persamaan yang dianalisis adalah outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menganalisis hasil koefisien jalur yang dievaluasi melalui perhitungan bootstrap. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut didapatkan bahwa e-service quality dari semua indikator hanya indikator tangibles yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan aplikasi mobile BSI. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, artinya ketika pelanggan puas maka mereka akan loyal dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile BSI.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to develop the ability of youth to develop an ability to build a business using online methods, especially in marketing area. This is important because technology can help entrepreneurs to access more customers and it is easy to practice with only little knowledge. Covid-19 pandemic also bring a new situation and entrepreneurs should be creative to cope with this change. The problem of many young entrepreneurs are they still feel reluctant to use technology as they think it is expensive and complicated. Other problems are some of them have difficulty to build a new business as they have a lack of fund and access to financial institutions, not knowing how to conduct an accounting or manage the financial things and cannot handle the marketing of their business. So, this socialisation brings some solution to young people to improve their ability to conduct a business using online methods, provide business skills especially in online marketing area, and motivate them to eager to conduct business during Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pengembangan kawasan wisata, khususnya wisata alam, tidak bisa dipisahkan dari program mitigasi bencana. Keselarasan pembangunan destinasi wisata dengan program mitigasi bencana akan berdampak pada kenyamanan, positive perceived risk dan juga keberlanjutan dari  suatu destinasi wisata. Memahami perpektif wisatawan terhadap peran stakeholder dalam program mitigasi bencana serta harapan wisatawan terhadap mitigasi bencana di destinasi wisata memiliki nilai penting bagi pengembangan destinasi wisata yang berbasis kebutuhan wisatawan. Selain itu kesesuaian antara realita di destinasi wisata dengan harapan wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan wisatawan dan keputusan memilih destinasi wisata serta keputusan mereka untuk berkunjung kembali. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa para wisatawan berharap adanya peningkatan dan penguatan peran stakeholder untuk mengimplementasikan program mitigasi bencana di destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that has civilization, customs and noble culture that must prioritize noble values. Values such as decency, tenacity, religion, and ethics form the foundation of nation building. Unfortunately these values are increasingly eroded along with the progress of time. Society tends to ignore the values that shape the character of the nation, and is increasingly becoming an individualist, materialist and hedonic society. The challenges that will be faced by the nation in the future are increasingly complex and uncertain, such as the increasing number of unpleasant incidents, crime rates, immorality, and various other dishonest behaviors in society. This is as a result of a lack of understanding and application of moral values. Lack of understanding of moral values and character education makes children only intelligent but without character. National character building cannot be done in a short time and by a handful of people. This character building is a long process that is continuous and requires the participation of all levels of society with their respective roles. One of the efforts that can be made in order to support character building is through educational institutions as agents of change. Students should be equipped with character education so that later they can balance their academic knowledge. This is in line with the issuance of government regulations through the Strengthening Character Education program. through this activity we are trying to take part by providing short education to the younger generation at the elementary school level, especially at SD N 1 Ranto Panyang. Through interactive discussion activities we seek to instill moral values and measure participants' abilities as feedback. from the results obtained, there was an increase in understanding before and after being given the material and discussing it. our hope is that this can be done on an ongoing and massive basis to get even better results in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how perceived organizational politics affects the interactions among Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil - PNS) in West Aceh. 472 respondents were collected for the study and analyzed using the partial least square method. The research findings revealed that relationship and communication do not directly influence meaningful work. However, in the context of perceived organizational politics (POP), meaningful work plays a crucial role in reducing the negative effects of organizational politics. Employees who perceive their work as meaningful show higher motivation, reduced tension, increased engagement, and greater commitment to the organization. A positive organizational reputation and meaningful work together contribute to reducing perceived organizational politics, creating a harmonious and productive work environment. While resource does not affect meaningful work, unfair resource competition can impact employee engagement by causing dissatisfaction and reduced collaboration. Therefore, PNS management needs to create a fair, transparent, and empowering work environment to enhance employee engagement and well-being. These research findings offer valuable insights for organizational managers in understanding the importance of fostering a meaningful work environment and reducing disruptive organizational politics for employees.
