Abstract

Abstract The study aims to find out the students ability in reading report texts by using games (kokora and puzzle) of the ninth grade students class C at MTsN 1 Bengkalis in the academic year 2018/2019. The research was conducted of the ninth grade students class C at MTsN 1 Bengkalis. There were 36 students. This research is classroom action research through for phases; planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Learning strategy used games (kokora and puzzle). In data collection technique used observation and test. After the implementation of the games (kokora and puzzle), the improvement can be seen from the average value of the class has risen from the result of the first cycle class average rose to 77,88 and the second cycle increased to 89,13. In the first cycle the percentage of the overall completeness of students increased to 69,4% or 25 out of 36 students, then on the second cycle increased to 91,6% or 33 out of 36 students. Based on these descriptions, it can be concluded that an increase learning achievement of students in reading report text begin cycle I and cycle II. Then the use strategy games (kokora and puzzle) can improve learning outcome in reading report text of the ninth grade students class IX C at MTsN 1 Bengkalis.

Abstract

One of the big challenges faced by education world in Indonesia is the importance of making a change and adjustment system of national education so that can realize the more democratic education process, paying attention to kind of requirement or circumstance of area and competitor educated and also push enhancement of society participation. Therefore, Indonesia used school based management to face the challenge. MBM/ MBS represent a concept that offering autonomy at school to increase quality, efficiency and generalization of education so that can accommodate the local society desire and also braid the close of compromise between school, society and government. The characteristic of MBM cover the school mission, school activity, management strategy, resource use, role difference, human relationship, quality of all administrator and effectiveness indicator. The principal of MBM cover the commitment, readiness, involvement, institute, decision, awareness, independence and resilience. The implementation of MBM/ MBS can succeed if supported by some factor there are socialization of increasing education quality, movement of increasing education quality which governmental cymbal, mutual assistance and familiarity, head master potency, informal and formal organizational, profession organization, expectation to quality of education and management input.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent to which character values can be embedded in students in the management process in learning citizenship education. Limitation of value assessment is seen as limited to interactive social communication in the classroom through learning. Research method by describing how the process of managing learning itself. The results obtained are seen how the formation of student karate values in civic education through the interaction process in wellmanaged learning. With this result, even though there is only one semester of learning time, it can be seen that the character pattern that is embedded in students is done in Arabic language students.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to investigate the useful strategy in teaching and learning process to improve Speaking Ability at SMPN 1 Bengkalis at the seventh year. In this research, a researcher tries to modify Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) Using Video Technique into English material. The researcher uses Quasi-exprimental design which a data is taken from pre-test and post-test after giving a treatment for expriment group and non treatment for control group. The population and the sample of this research are the seventh grade of SMPN 1 Bengkalis in Bengkalis subdistric, the research is held for 6 (Six) meetings or 3 (Three) weeks. The research is quantitative, the data analysis of students’ performance in a pre and post-test, the result findings showed that students showed some improvement in Speaking Ability. It can be seen from the test scores after intervention compared to the control group. It means that there is significant effect of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) Technique on Students’ Speaking Ability.

Abstract

Nahwu dan Ṣarf adalah dua ilmu dasar dalam tata Bahasa Arab. Dalam ilmu Ṣarf terdapat banyak fi‘l dengan wazn yang variatif, diantaranya: fa‘ala, af‘ala, fa‘lala, istaf‘ala dlsb. Wazn istaf‘ala sendiri memiliki berbagai fungsi yang beragam. Meski demikian, tidak sedikit para pembaca menerjemahkan fi‘l yang mengikuti wazn tersebut hanya dengan fungsi li al-talab dan al-ṣairūrah. Artikel ini menganalisa fungsi dan makna ayat dalam surah al-A‘rāf yang memuat fi‘l ṡulaṡi mazid dengan wazn istaf‘ala. Metode yang digunakan adalah mutala‘ah dan content analysis. Jumlah fi‘l dalam surah al-A‘rāf yang mengikuti wazn istaf‘ala adalah 25 fi‘l dengan fungsi dan makna yang beragam.

Abstract

This study aims to find a form of political resistance of Kiai Ahmad Rifa`i Kalisalak al-Jawi and his followers (Rifa`iyah) against the colonialism of the Dutch East Indies Government in Java in the late 18th century and early 19th century. This study is a qualitative research in the form of library research. This study concludes that the political resistance of the kiai Rifa`i in opposing the Dutch colonial government was only an attempt to engage in anti-government behavior, not with physical resistance. The political thoughts and attitudes of Kiai Rifa`i's resistance were manifested in three things. First, the existence of the Dutch colonial government was a pagan government that was forbidden to obey its policies. Secondly, the traditional bureaucrats, including the headman and ulama who worked with the Dutch, were Dutch minions and they belonged to a group of wicked Muslims. Third, the practice of religion must not be mixed with the beliefs of the ancestors, which are considered heretical and polytheistic.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the formulation of problems about interaction patterns of the Indigenous tribes in Bengkalis Island and their existence in the modernist era. Both problem formulations were described using a qualitative descriptive approach from various data in accordance with this study collected by questionnaire, interview, and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the patterns of interaction of Indigenous tribes lead to the form of associative interaction, where this pattern shows tend to be dynamic and have a relatively well established social relations pattern. Indigenous life tends to change both in the context of culture, economy, education, religion and politics.Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang berkaitan dengan pola interaksi serta bentuk eksistensi dari Suku Asli yang berada di Pulau Bengkalis pada masa modernis sekarang ini. Kedua rumusan masalah tersebut dideskripsikan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dari berbagai data yang sesuai dengan kajian ini yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pola interaksi suku Asli mengarah pada bentuk interaksi asosiatif, dimana pola ini menunjukkan cenderung bersifat dinamis dan mempunyai pola hubungan sosial yang relatif mapan. Kehidupan Suku Asli cenderung berubah baik dalam konteks budaya, ekonomi, pendidikan, agama dan juga politik.___________________Keywords: Pola Interaksi, Eksistensi, dan Suku Asli.

Abstract

This research was conducted in class X IPA semester II 2016/2017 school year at SMA Negeri I Bengkalis. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four steps: planning, action, observation and reflection. Research data were collected through student activity observation sheets, student learning achievement improvement sheets, and teacher and peer activity observation sheets. The teaching and learning process uses Student Activity Sheet. At the end of this research, it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning model to the SPLTV material can improve the learning outcomes of students of Class X Science 2 of SMA Negeri I Bengkalis.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X IPA semester II tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 di SMA Negeri I Bengkalis. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat langkah: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data penelitian dikumpul melalui lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dan lembar observasi aktivitas guru, dan teman sebaya. Proses belajar mengajar ini menggunakan media LAS (Lembaran Aktivitas Siswa). Pada akhir penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada materi SPLTV dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA 2 SMA Negeri I Bengkalis.___________________Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Discovery Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

After the 1979 Islamic Revolution, Iran was a country that declared itself as an authoritative Islamic Republic. Long before, Iran became the heir to the tradition of Islamic philosophy. Iran is also the center of Shia, a group that claims to base its Ahlul Bayt tradition. No wonder that eventually Iran became an important center of world Islamic civilization. Various acts of this country in the religion of Islam, many are used as references for Muslims in other parts of the world. In this article, we discuss how Iran manages Islamic education. In addition to describing many things about education, such as the education system, education gap, and education funding, the author also compares Islamic education in the Gulf state with Islamic education in Indonesia. Today, after the revolution led by Ayatullah Khomaini on 11 February 1979, which was not only limited in terms of governance but also in the field of Islamic education, the Iranian nation has gained much progress in various fields, especially in the fields of science and technology.Pasca-Revolusi Islam tahun 1979, Iran adalah negera yang mendeklarasikan diri sebagai Negara Republik Islam yang otoritatif. Jauh sebelumnya, Iran menjadi pewaris tradisi filsafat Islam. Iran juga merupakan pusat Syiah, sebuah kelompok yang mengaku mendasarkan pada tradisi ahlul bayt. Tak heran jika akhirnya Iran menjadi pusat peradaban Islam dunia yang penting. Berbagai kiprah negara ini dalam beragama Islam, banyak dijadikan referensi bagi umat Islam di belahan dunia lain. Dalam artikel ini, didiskusikan bagaimana Iran mengelola pendidikan Islam. Selain memaparkan banyak hal tentang pendidikan, seperti sistem pendidikan, perjenjangan pendidikan, dan pembiayaan pendidikan, penulis juga membandingkan antara pendidikan Islam di negara Teluk tersebut dengan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dewasa ini, setelah revolusi yang dipimpin oleh Ayatullah Khomaini pada 11 Pebruari 1979, yang tidak hanya terbatas dalam aspek pemerintahan tetapi juga dalam bidang pendidikan Islam, bangsa Iran telah memperoleh banyak kemajuan dalam berbagai bidang, terutama bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.___________________Keywords: Pendidikan Islam, Iran, Kurikulum.

Abstract

Practically, Islamic Education aims to develop Muslim personalities who have cognitive, affective, normative, and psychomotor abilities, which are then manifested in ways of thinking, behaving, and acting in their lives. Based on preliminary observations in class VIII B of SMP 1 Bengkalis, many students complained that the subject matter was too difficult to understand. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle, consisting of two meetings in accordance with four stages of each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the research analysis data, there were significant differences from the initial learning outcomes before the action of the inquiry learning strategy was implemented with the learning outcomes after the research action was carried out in cycles 1 and 2. The average grade of the class increased from 67.38 to 77.38, and the student understanding increased from 67.38% to 77.38%, with an increase of 10% from before. Students who completed the subject were increased from 12 students to 19 students, thereby increasing the classical learning outcomes from 57.14% to 90.48% with an increase of 33.34%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of inquiry learning strategies can improve the ability of Islamic education students in grade VIII B of SMP 1 Bengkalis.Secara praktis, Pendidikan Agama Islam bertujuan mengembangkan kepribadian muslim yang memiliki kemampuan kognitif, afektif, normatif, dan psikomotorik, yang kemudian diejawantahkan dalam cara berfikir, bersikap, dan bertindak dalam kehidupannya. Berdasarkan observasi awal di kelas VIII B SMPN 1 Bengkalis, banyak siswa yang mengeluhkan materi pelajaran terlalu banyak susah dimengerti dan dihapalkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus, terdiri atas dua kali pertemuan sesuai dengan empat tahapan setiap siklus, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, ditemukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar awal sebelum tindakan penerapan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri dilakukan dengan hasil belajar sesudah dilakukan tindakan penelitian pada siklus 1 dan 2. Nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat dari 67.38 menjadi 77.38, dan daya serap siswa meningkat dari 67.38% menjadi 77.38%, dengan peningkatan 10% dari sebelumnya. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas semakin banyak dari 12 siswa menjadi 19 siswa, sehingga meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar klasikal dari 57.14% menjadi 90.48% dengan peningkatan 33.34%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan kemampuan PAI siswa kelas VIII B SMPN 1 Bengkalis.___________________Keywords: Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri, Pendidikan Agama Islam.
