Abstract

The concept of Islammic legal epistemology both syari’ah and fiqh frequently regarded as uncompleted yet concept, such in its disorder usage among them. Thus this research aimed to search and to explain these surely concepts both syri’ah and fiqh in the establishing process of Islamic legal. Thus, to gain the correct conception of both, the method used in this work is library research with analisys content. The result of research shows that both syari’ah and fiqh has epistemologically distinguished in its position of trilogy Islamic doctrine, Islam, iman, and ihsan. Besides that, both terms constituted not similar, where syari’ah regarded as the origin, the pure, the only devine, and the uncontaminated with the opinion of human, while fiqh is the contrary of that, not origin, not pure, and contaminated with the opinion of human, based on the efforts of a Thinker (Mujtahid) which not same in their intellectual grade. The position of syari’ah though fiqh is as the base, the controll, and the wisdom. The fiqh can not free of this position of syari’ah, and then fiqh should not establish in a wild and blidn as the result. This distinguished epistemology conception should extend the new opinion in establishing Islamic legal on the earth, and automatically should cut down tha partial view and order fanatism among Islamic community. The last conclution of this research that both Syari’ah and Fiqh in completing legal questions depends on the depth of the understanding though Islamic trilogy doctrine, thus the establishing of it should extend the actual benefit and merciful for the human life on this earth. The result are to make Allah and His Messenger as the Judge, to carry back the objective of the law to His wish, to dissappear the conflict of extreme opinion among Ulama, and to seat Ulama as the heir of His Messenger.___________________Keywords: Syari’ah, Fiqh, and Islammic Legal Epistemology.

Abstract

أصبحت مناسبة الكتاب التعليمي بأحوال الطلاب ومنهج التعليم شيئًا مهمًّا لنيل أهداف التعليم المطلوبة. والمدرسة المحمّديّة المتوسطة العامة 1 باكنبارو رياو هي المدرسة التى تستخدم منهجين في تعليم اللغة العربية، هما : منهج 2013 و ISMUBA (التربية الإسلامية والمحمّديّة واللغة العربية)، ولكنّ كتاب تعليم اللغة العربية المستخدم لم يناسب بالمنهج الذي قرّره الحكومة ولم يحث الطلاب للتعلّم. وسوى ذلك، هناك عيوب في ذلك الكتاب كالمفردات المبعثرة ونقص التدريبات لترقية كفاءة اللغة العربية لدى الطلاب. واعتمادا على هذه المشكلات، طوّرت الباحثة كتاب تعليم اللغة العربية المبنى على أساس المدخل العلمي. أما نتائج هذا البحث: (1) يتكوّن من ست خطوات نموذج بروج وغال: تحليل الاحتياجات والتخطيط وتصميم الإنتاج وتصديق الخبراء وتعديل الإنتاج وتجربة الإنتاج، (2) هذا الكتاب المطوّر فعال لترقية كفاءة اللغة العربية لدى الطلاب في تلك المدرسة. وهذا، بناء على نتيجة الحساب باستخدام رمز t، حيث وجدت نتيجة thitung(2،85)  أكبر من ttabel  في درجة دلالة 1% (2،69) و درجة دلالة 5% (2،02)، هذه النتيجة تدل على أن كتاب تعليم اللغة العربية على أساس المدخل العلمي فعال لترقية كفاءة اللغة العربية لدى الطلاب الصف السابع بالمدرسة المحمّديّة المتوسطة العامة 1 باكنبارو رياو.الكلمات الرئيسية: تعليم اللغة العربية، المدخل العلمي، كفاءة اللغة العربية.

Abstract

Universal values are increasingly difficult to find in Indonesia. The reform movement that was designed to improve the fate of the nation turned out to be unable to improve the Indonesian nation. The various crises that hit Indonesia have made the Indonesian people increasingly critical and uncertain of their direction. The normless condition can be seen from the behavior of the Indonesian people who tend to be undisciplined, corrupt, manipulated, and disobedient to the law, fanaticism and other destructive behavior. This condition resulted in a moral crisis that threatened the destruction of the nation. The moral crisis is one of the nation's crucial problems at the moment so it needs awareness to fix it. We are very concerned to see the children of the nation who live without a strong moral foundation. The behavior of the nation's children in all fields increasingly deviates from the applicable values and provisions. Anti-social attitudes are also growing. It seems that the Indonesian people are not heading towards the process of nation-building as a whole but towards the process of destruction.Nilai-nilai universal semakin sulit ditemukan di Indonesia. Gerakan reformasi yang dirancang untuk memperbaiki nasib bangsa ternyata belum mampu memperbaiki bangsa Indonesia. Berbagai krisis yang melanda Indonesia telah membuat bangsa Indonesia semakin kritis dan tidak tentu arah tujuannya. Kondisi normless dapat dilihat dari perilaku bangsa Indonesia yang cenderung tidak disiplin, korupsi, manipulasi, tidak taat hukum, sikap fanatik dan perilaku merusak lainnya. Kondisi ini menghasilkan krisis moral yang mengancam kehancuran bangsa. Krisis moral merupakan salah satu persoalan bangsa yang sangat krusial saat ini sehingga perlu kesadaran untuk memperbaikinya. Kita sangat prihatin melihat anak-anak bangsa yang hidup tanpa landasan moral yang kuat. Perilaku anak bangsa dalam semua bidang semakin menyimpang dari nilai dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Sikap anti-sosial pun semakin berkembang. Tampaknya bangsa Indonesia tidak sedang menuju proses pembangunan bangsa seutuhnya tetapi menuju proses kehancuran.___________________Keywords: Pendidikan Nilai, Karakter Bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student mathematics learning outcomes through the cooperative learning model of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) structural approach to the material Opportunities in Class XII IA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The types of data collected in each cycle are qualitative and quantitative data, learning achievement tests, observation sheets and questionnaires. With the use of the NHT structural approach the classroom atmosphere becomes not monotonous, so students become more motivated, interested, and more active in participating in mathematics learning activities. In the first cycle, the percentage of students who have finished learning is 47.06%, while the percentage of student activity in learning activities is 65%. In the second cycle, the percentage of students who finished learning was 88.23% and the percentage of students' activeness in learning activities was 88%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif pendekatan struktural Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada materi Peluang di Kelas XII IA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Bengkalis. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan pada setiap siklus berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi dan angket. Dengan penggunaan pendekatan struktural NHT suasana kelas menjadi lebih hidup dan tidak monoton, sehingga siswa menjadi lebih termotivasi, tertarik, dan lebih aktif untuk mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran matematika. Pada siklus I, persentase siswa yang tuntas belajar sebesar 47,06%, sementara persentase keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sebesar 65%. Pada siklus II, persentase siswa yang tuntas belajar sebesar 88,23% dan persentase keaktifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sebesar 88%._________________Keywords: Learning Model, Numbered Heads Together, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Statically, an organization is a gathering place for a number of people who have the same interests. While dynamically, organization is a process of cooperation of several people to achieve a common goal. In this thinking, all elements of an organization will only function effectively and efficiently if the human element as a resource that carries out work is able to utilize material and financial professionally. Conversely, if human resources have low ability in utilizing material and financial resources, it cannot be denied that waste will occur in an organization. The Technical Services Unit of the Education Office in urban and rural areas in Bengkalis Regency has carried out a strategic management process based on the needs of the organization and the interests of its service users. The stages of strategic management remain the main basis in determining the programs needed. The programs are determined not only for the benefit of the Education Service Technical Service Unit, but also by taking into account environmental developments.Secara statis, organisasi merupakan wadah berhimpun sejumlah manusia yang memiliki kepentingan sama. Sementara itu secara dinamis, organisasi merupakan proses kerjasama sejumlah orang untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam pemikiran ini, semua unsur organisasi hanya akan berfungsi secara efektif dan efisien apabila unsur manusia sebagai sumber daya yang melaksanakan pekerjaan mampu mendayagunakan material dan finansial secara profesional. Sebaliknya, apabila sumber daya manusia berkemampuan rendah di dalam mendayagunakan material dan finansial, maka tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa akan terjadi pemborosan dalam suatu organisasi. UPTD Pendidikan daerah kawasan perkotaan dan pedesaan di Kabupaten Bengkalis telah melakukan proses manajemen stratejik berdasarkan kebutuhan organisasi dan kepentingan pengguna jasanya. Tahapan-tahapan manajemen stratejik tetap menjadi dasar utama menentukan program yang dibutuhkan. Program-program yang ditetapkan tidak hanya untuk kepentingan UPTD Pendidikan, tetapi juga dengan memperhatikan perkembangan lingkungan.___________________Keywords: Organization, Strategic Management, Human Resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the function of the gadget, the direction of the use of the gadget, the factors of gadget use, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results 1. Gadget function is that most of the gadgets for communication are around 93.33%, while the remaining 6.67% are very varied, such as to add insight, entertainment, lifestyle, business places and some who use gadgets for things. which is a threat to him. 2. Factors that influence the development of early adolescents are internal factors (creativity, ability, intelligence, talents and interests), external factors (parenting style, school environment, peers, society, geography). 3. Efforts to direct the positive functions of gadgets, namely a. not allowed to use gadgets at school, b. Can bring gadgets or laptops during IT learning, c. There is supervision and control from parents in using gadgets. 4. The effect of the use of gadgets is that there is no significant effect on the development of adolescents, especially students of grade 1 SMPN 2 Bengkalis with a correlation value of 0.46%, which means that there is no effect of gadgets on the development of adolescents, especially in terms of religious, secondary school, behavior and attitudes. However, gadgets still affect early adolescents, gadgets are used to communicate. while the development of adolescents, especially the development of religious, secondary sec, behavior and attitudes are influenced by parents, school and friends.

Abstract

Education 4.0 is a form of education that integrates cyber technology both physically and not into learning or in other words as a phenomenon of digital penetration in the educational world. This model education is present to respond to the needs of the fourth industrial revolution where people and machines are aligned to get solutions. Solve problems and of course discover the possibilities of new innovations. The presence of this technology becomes an alternative model of learning and utilization. E-learning becomes a formal and informal learning solution through Cisco Webex applications making learning without space and time limits. Through e-learning, access to various learning resources, be it content or human. E-learning provides an opportunity for students to take control of their success. Webex tools for meeting online. This tool is a tool issued by CISCO, where Webex is currently the most popular media and widely used by people ranging from small, medium to large companies to conduct regular meetings between employees online. Therefore, the use of webex applications in a learning process as e-learning is reliable for every educator in maximizing and achieving learning goals.

Abstract

Reinforcement is a response to a behavior that can increase the likelihood of the behavior recurring. Reinforcement can be done verbally and nonverbally, with principles, enthusiasm, meaningful and positive responses. The problems found are; Most teachers have not yet how to provide good and correct reinforcement and also do not know the benefits of reinforcement in learning. This research is descriptive research. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the form of reinforcement given by teachers at SMP Bengkalis as a whole is varied, but in the results of observations teachers use verbal reinforcement more often than nonverbal reinforcement. This can be seen in the proportion obtained as much as 83.33%. In addition, reinforcement also has a good influence on students and learning goals. This can be seen from the positive response from students and the increased enthusiasm of students in learning and also seen from the percentage obtained as much as 61.11%. The reinforcement given at SMP Bengkalis has varied and is going well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the interference and code mixing have on the family environment which is motivated by differences in regional origins, which include differences in the language of origin of the family members. Language as a means of communication and a means of interaction that only humans have, language can be studied internally and externally. Internal study means that the study is only carried out on the internal structure of the language, such as its phonological structure, its morphological structure, or its syntactic structure. This internal study will produce only that language without any connection with other problems outside of language. This internal study is carried out using theories and procedures that exist in the linguistic discipline only. On the other hand, the study externally means that the study is carried out on matters or factors that are outside the language associated with the use of the language by its speakers in social groups.

Abstract

To achieve a goal in education requires a guide in implementation. The guide is then known as curriculum terms. Curriculum is an educational guide or program that contains teaching materials, experiences that are compiled, programmed, planned, and planned systematically based on the norms used as a guide in the learning process to achieve a goal in education. With the rapid development of Islamic education, it is difficult to imagine how the development of Islamic education without the adequate curriculum or in accordance with the development needs of the times. However, along with the development of the times there are various demands that Islamic education must be able to answer the needs of the times. On the other hand, there is still a lot of Islamic education that uses the old curriculum. As a result, in many cases Islamic education is less able to contribute to the development of the era. Therefore, it is necessary to have a curriculum that is able to answer these changes based on the development and material of Islamic education. This is the urgency of this article.
