Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technostress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance on employee performance at LLDIKTI Region II. A quantitative approach was used with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 60 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 27. The results show that technostress, self-efficacy, and work-life balance all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Among these, work-life balance has the greatest influence, followed by self-efficacy and technostress. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 53.1% indicates that these three variables explain more than half of the variation in employee performance. These findings imply that in facing digital transformation, LLDIKTI Region II needs to pay special attention to the factors affecting employee performance, particularly in managing technostress and enhancing self-efficacy. Practical recommendations for LLDIKTI Region II include providing regular technology training, implementing mentorship programs for senior employees, and offering self-efficacy enhancement programs through coaching and mentoring. Additionally, adopting flexible work policies is crucial to support employees’ work-life balance, ensuring optimal productivity in a dynamic digital work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and readiness for change on employee performance at LLDIKTI Region II during the ongoing digital transformation process. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both transformational leadership and readiness for change have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The t-test results show that both variables are statistically significant (t-value of 3.667 for transformational leadership and 2.838 for readiness for change), with a significance level below 0.05. The F-test result shows an F-value of 22.487, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.15, with a significance level of 0.000. The R² value of 0.441 indicates that these two variables explain 44.1% of the variance in employee performance. These findings carry practical implications for LLDIKTI Region II, particularly in supporting digital transformation. It is recommended that LLDIKTI develop leadership training and mentoring programs to promote the consistent application of transformational leadership principles. Moreover, the organization should enhance employee readiness for change by providing technological training, clear change communication, and reward systems. This approach will help the institution improve adaptability and support optimal employee performance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and compare the influence of online store perception and offline store perception on consumer purchasing decisions at Sociolla in Bandar Lampung, considering customer satisfaction as a mediating variable from an Islamic business perspective. Employing a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, the research focuses on Sociolla consumers residing in Bandar Lampung who have made purchases both online and offline. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that offline store perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and on purchasing decisions. Conversely, online store perception does not significantly affect customer satisfaction or purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of offline store perception on purchasing decisions, but does not mediate the effect of online store perception. In conclusion, offline store perception positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions, mediated by customer satisfaction, while online store perception does not have a significant impact and is not mediated by customer satisfaction. From an Islamic business perspective, these results underscore the importance of honesty, transparency, and quality service in fostering customer satisfaction and encouraging purchasing decisions. However, the study has limitations, including its reliance on the subjective perceptions of respondents, which may be influenced by personal experiences, and its focus on consumers in Bandar Lampung, which restricts generalizability. Additionally, the research has not explored other variables such as brand loyalty or perceived value.

Abstract

In the era of globalization marked by increasingly complex work dynamics, the issue of turnover intentions has become a serious concern, especially in the banking sector. Generation Z, which is starting to dominate the workforce, has different characteristics and work expectations compared to previous generations, thus requiring a more adaptive HR management approach. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, and burnout on turnover intentions of Generation Z employees in the banking sector in Jakarta, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to formulating more effective employee retention strategies amidst the challenges of global competition and changes in workforce characteristics. However, this study also provides insights relevant to understanding turnover intentions, particularly in the context of Generation Z employees in the Jakarta banking sector, where job satisfaction, job stress, and burnout play a significant role. The research utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings indicate that leadership, motivation, and work environment significantly and positively affect employee performance. These findings are relevant to the broader framework of turnover intentions, where organizational commitment can serve as a mediating variable. The study contributes to human resource management practices by highlighting the importance of internal organizational factors that influence not only performance but also employee retention. Organizations are encouraged to develop supportive leadership, improve motivation strategies, and create a conducive work environment to reduce stress and burnout while increasing job satisfaction and commitment among Generation Z employees. These efforts are particularly important in the competitive and dynamic banking industry, where talent retention is critical for long-term success.
