Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning of Mandarin from the perspective of Ferdinand de Saussure's descriptive linguistics in students of Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif NU Lampung. The method used by researchers is a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The data in this study is in the form of Chinese Language learning in Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif NU Lampung students. Data sources were obtained from students, teachers, and language tutors at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif NU Lampung. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used phenomenological analysis. The results of this study show that Chinese language learning has a positive impact on students. The positive impact is in the form of increasing Chinese language skills and their involvement in active and fun learning. However, some of the problems encountered in learning Chinese in Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif NU Lampung are the introduction to Chinese characters (Hanzi) and how to write them.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology such as android has not been widely used to support the learning process. Supposedly technological advances such as android can be utilized in the learning process. This study aims to discover some of the inventions of Android-based learning media that are currently being developed to support an efficient and effective learning process. The research design was in the form of a review of journals published in the Sinta database with the keywords "development of learning media" and "android-based learning media". The data used is in the form of journals related to the development of Android-based learning media in the 2016-2022 period. Based on the analysis that has been done, Android-based learning media that has been developed are in the form of video, PowerPoint, and applications. This Android-based learning media has proven successful in increasing student understanding, student motivation, and student cognitive learning outcomes towards a material as well as student skills in mastering technology.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and conclude the results of Islamic education management studies for the period 2015 to 2022. This is qualitative-library research. Researchers conducted research on the results of research in journals related to the management of Islamic education in schools/madrasas from 2015-2022. The data and research data sources are in the form of "ten studies with the theme of MPI in madrasah schools”. Data sources were obtained from e-journals accessed from Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and Elsevier. The sources sought are research results from 2015 to 2022. Data collection techniques use data collection by gathering as much information and data related to MPI. Using content analysis data analysis method. Based on a review of several studies on Islamic education management, researchers concluded that the success of Islamic education management is largely determined by the success of the human resources in it, both leaders, teachers, employees, or the community around the school/madrasah to achieve effective and efficient education. In this case, good management is needed in accordance with the rules and teachings contained in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, while the management process of Islamic education includes planning Islamic education management, organizing Islamic education management, actuating Islamic education management, and controlling Islamic education management. In addition, in Islamic education management, there are Islamic education management principles that can be applied as a basis for decision-making.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the strategies of adolescent moral formation by collecting various research results in journal articles. This is intended for the younger generation to improve themselves and prepare them to build the nation in the future. This research is a systematic review through a review of journal articles about various ways of forming adolescent morals in obtaining Islamic adolescent characters. Article searches in Indonesian & English are accessed using the internet from the Google Scholar database, ScienceDirect, and many other article search engines. From this search, the keywords are moral formation strategies, youth, and the Qur'an. Data analysis using content analysis. The results of this review indicate that the moral formation of adolescents is very important in shaping the personality of adolescents and is expected to be able to build a nation with moral values that are guided by the Qur'an. Not only that, teenagers are also equipped with moral values to carry out their future lives.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of education management standards at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ihsan Selemak Village, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The focus of his research is on educational planning, which includes the vision, mission, and goals of the school, the implementation of education by the school's academic calendar, school supervision carried out by the head and deputy principals, as well as evaluation of education as an effort to improve the quality of education. This study used qualitative research methods. The data obtained in the study came from school principals, deputy principals, TU heads, and teachers who teach at the school. Observation, interviews, and documentation do data collection. The sources of this research are primary and secondary; the stages of analysis in this qualitative research are data collection, data reduction and categorization, data appearance, and conclusion—guarantees for data validity, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, certainty, and triangulation. The results of the research study show that educational planning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ihsan is by the standards of education management because it includes the vision, mission, and goals as well as work plans at the madrasa. However, several notes need to be considered, namely, the need to be improved to implement the school's goals. Education management standards carry out an educational evaluation at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ihsan.

Abstract

This research focuses on implementing PAI Learning with a Scientific Learning Approach in Increasing the Effectiveness of PAI Learning with the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. The purpose of this research was to find out the planning, implementation, and obstacles to learning PAI with a scientific learning approach in increasing the effectiveness of learning PAI. This research method is qualitative research; the sources of this research are primary and secondary, and data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique of this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion—guarantees for data validity, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, certainty, and triangulation. The results of this study are PAI Learning Planning using the Scientific Learning Approach in the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra. It has been made well and implemented optimally, and in the future, it will be even better with more mature preparation; it has been implemented to the fullest by applying the 5M scientific method in learning, namely: Seeing, Asking, Exploring, Associating, and Communicating, Obstacles to Implementation of PAI Learning using the Scientific Learning Approach in the 2013 Curriculum at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi City, North Sumatra So far it can be overcome with solutions and cohesiveness.

Abstract

The thesis aims to analyze the teachers' personalities and inner conflicts in three modern Indonesian novels because the writer sees many inner conflicts experienced by the teachers through the characters in the novel. A qualitative approach was conducted in this study. The psychology approach is used to analyze literature exhaustively, the extrinsic and intrinsic sides. The data analysis can be concluded that there are three Modern Indonesian novels such as; Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, Kembara Rindu by Habiburrahman El Shirazy, and Si Anak Special by Tere Liye. The technique of analyzing the data of this study was applied by observation, interview, and questionnaire. The writer analyzes qualitative data interactively and continues until finished and the data has saturated, starting with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity of this research used theoretical triangulation. The study results showed that the teacher's personality was expressed in three modern Indonesian novels based on academic psychology, namely the personality of high commitment, enthusiasm for work, sincerity in work, high ambition, patience, and firm convictions. The teacher's inner conflict in three Modern Indonesian novels based on a review of academic psychology is the inner approach-avoidance conflict and avoidance conflict, and approach - approach conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' social skills and learning outcomes through the case method model with a cooperative learning approach. Students ' social skills are still low, considering the indicators of group work, group presentations, discussions, and opinions that have an impact on learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes also include affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. This study uses a class action research method with three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation of actions, observation, analysis, and reflection. This research was carried out in Class A with a total of 32 students who are in the class of 2022 History Education Study Program, PIPS Department, FKIP, University of Jambi. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and literature analysis. The results showed that the application of CSE method model with a cooperative learning approach can improve students ' social skills. The percentage of social skills in the first cycle was 41.4. In the second cycle, social skills increased to 63.2, and in the third cycle, to 82.2. For the learning outcomes in the cycle, I got a score of 71.1. Cycle two increased by a value of 74.4, and cycle III got a score of 78.9. it can be concluded that the case method learning model with a cooperative learning approach to improve students' social skills.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of Islamic learning suitable for children with autism and the urgency of educators in using Islamic learning models. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with data sources from journals, books, and other sources on related topics. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic learning methodology for children with autism can be carried out using the Islamic habituation model, Talaqqi wa Musyafahah, and Al-Quran Therapy. However, other methods include ABA, TEACCH, Son-Rise, Music Therapy, and Picture Exchange Communication Systems. However, regardless of the form or model of the method offered, as is the case with learning in general, the key factors supporting learning in children with autism are the availability of qualified teachers equipped with certified practices and materials, integrated teaching curricula, facilities, and training. Learning facilities in the school environment. Audio-visual form. The availability of professionals who can meet the learning needs of autistic children is not enough.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of learning in Islamic boarding schools. This research is qualitative with a literature approach. Research data is from learning characteristics in Islamic boarding schools with book and journal data sources. The collection technique is done by documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses content analysis. The study results show that the Islamic boarding school curriculum is more flexible. The curriculum is more oriented towards religious studies such as Nahwu, Sharaf, Ushul Fiqh, Mustalah Hadith, Tafsir, and Sufism. The curriculum in Islamic boarding schools is determined more by the kiai. Then the learning methods used in Islamic boarding schools include the band organ method, the slogan method, the discussion method, the rote method, the classical method, the demonstration method, the lecture method, and the question-and-answer method. Thus, Islamic boarding schools have different learning characteristics from other educational institutions.
