Abstract

Konsep ideal-tipe birokrasi Weberian ini telah menjadi dasar bagi banyak organisasi dan pemerintahan di seluruh dunia. Meskipun tidak selalu mungkin untuk mencapai semua karakteristik ini dalam praktik, ideal-tipe ini memberikan pandangan tentang bagaimana sebuah organisasi yang efisien dan efektif harus beroperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Idealtipe Birokrasi Weberian Dalam Sistem Pendidikan: Implikasi Terhadap Efisiensi Dan Efektivitas Manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini memakai tata cara penelitian kualitatif dengan memakai pendekatan riset berbentuk studi pustaka. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini dikaji dari berbagai sumber novel literatur-literatur, laporan penelitian karangan karangan ilmiah, tesis, disertasi serta postingan baik cetak ataupun elektronik yang berkaitan dengan tentang Idealtipe Birokrasi Weberian Dalam Sistem Pendidikan: Implikasi Terhadap Efisiensi Dan Efektivitas Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep ideal-tipe birokrasi Weberian dalam sistem pendidikan memiliki implikasi yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen. Prinsip-prinsip birokrasi Weberian, seperti rasionalitas, aturan yang jelas, hierarki yang tegas, spesialisasi, impersonalitas, dan pemisahan kepemilikan dan manajemen, menciptakan dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih rasional, administrasi yang efisien, dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan, prinsip rasionalitas dan aturan yang jelas memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria objektif dan data yang relevan. Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Dan Efektivitas Manajemen; Idealtipe Birokrasi Weberian; Sistem Pendidikan. AbstractThis concept of the Weberian bureaucratic ideal-type has been the basis for many organisations and governments around the world. While it is not always possible to achieve all of these characteristics in practice, these ideals provide a view of how an efficient and effective organisation should operate. The purpose of this research is to explain the Weberian Bureaucratic Ideals in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Idealtype of Weberian Bureaucracy in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The results of this study show that the application of the ideal-type concept of Weberian bureaucracy in the education system has significant implications for management efficiency and effectiveness. The principles of Weberian bureaucracy, such as rationality, clear rules, strict hierarchy, specialisation, impersonality and separation of ownership and management, create the basis for more rational decision-making, efficient administration and better achievement of educational goals. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembingkaian yang dilakukan oleh CNN Indonesia.com dan VOA Indonesia.com mengenai berita serangan 7 hari Israel di Gaza Palestina. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis framing yang dikemukakan oleh Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki terhadap masalah serangan 7 hari Israel di Gaza Palestina. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembingkaian yang dilakukan dari segi struktur wacana framing (sintaksis, skrip, tematik dan retoris) terdapat perbedaan antara yang ditampilkan oleh CNN Indonesia dan VOA Indonesia. Perbedaan tersebut terutama terlihat dari struktur tematik dan retoris. CNN Indonesia lebih berfokus pada aspek kemanusiaan dan berusaha menggugah empati pembaca terhadap penderitaan warga Gaza. Sedangkan VOA Indonesia, memberikan laporan yang lebih seimbang dan informative mengenai operasi militer dan strategi perang yang digunakan oleh kedua belah pihak. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan sebagai pengingat sekaligus upaya membuka pemahaman kita mengenai latar belakang sejarah sebab terjadinya konflik ini.Kata Kunci: Analisis Framing, Agresi Militer, Israel, Gaza, Media ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the framing carried out by CNN Indonesia.com and VOA Indonesia.com regarding the news of Israel's 7-day attack on Gaza, Palestine. This research method uses a qualitative research type with a framing analysis approach proposed by Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki on the issue of Israel's 7-day attack on Gaza, Palestine. The results of the study found that the framing carried out in terms of the framing discourse structure (syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical) differed between that presented by CNN Indonesia and VOA Indonesia. The differences are mainly seen in the thematic and rhetorical structures. CNN Indonesia focuses more on the humanitarian aspect and tries to arouse readers' empathy for the suffering of the Gazans. Meanwhile, VOA Indonesia provides a more balanced and informative report on military operations and war strategies used by both parties. This article is intended as a reminder as well as an effort to open our understanding of the historical background of the cause of this conflict. Keywords: Framing Analysis, Israel, Gaza, Media, Military Aggression

Abstract

This research utilizes a qualitative approach to investigate the social interactions of multi-religious teenagers in the Sukapura Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency, with a focus on multicultural values. The researcher actively engages in the field, selecting a location diverse in religion and culture to create a relevant context. Data sources include informants chosen through the snowball method, observation of multi-religious teenage social interactions, and documentation, including field observation photos. Data collection involves in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing collection, reduction, presentation, and data verification. Conclusions are drawn after data reduction, summarizing key information in line with the research focus. The validity of findings is tested through source and theory triangulation, providing validity to the results. This study aims to provide a profound understanding of multicultural values in the social interactions of multi-religious teenagers, detailing the community's role in instilling these values. The findings are expected to contribute to understanding the social dynamics in a community diverse in religion and cultural.Keywords: Social Interaction, Muti Religious, Multicultural Values  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menyelidiki interaksi sosial remaja multi agama di Kecamatan Sukapura, Kabupaten Probolinggo, dengan fokus pada nilai-nilai multikulturalisme. Peneliti aktif di lapangan, memilih lokasi yang beragam agama dan budaya untuk menciptakan konteks yang sesuai. Sumber data termasuk informan yang dipilih melalui metode bola salju, observasi interaksi sosial remaja multi agama, dan dokumentasi, termasuk foto observasi lapangan. Pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, melibatkan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Kesimpulan ditarik setelah data direduksi, merangkum informasi pokok sesuai fokus penelitian. Keabsahan temuan diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teori, memberikan validitas pada hasil temuan. Studi ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang nilai-nilai multikulturalisme dalam interaksi sosial remaja multi agama, serta merinci peran masyarakat dalam penanaman nilai-nilai tersebut. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pemahaman dinamika sosial di masyarakat yang beragam agama dan budaya Kata Kunci: Interaksi Sosial, Multi Agama, Nilai-nilai Multikulturalisme.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang teori solidaritas mekanis dan organik, manajemen pendidikan dapat memanfaatkan wawasan ini untuk merancang sistem pendidikan yang efektif, inklusif, dan relevan dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial dan teknologi yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Dinamika Solidaritas Mekanis Dan Solidaritas Organik Dalam Manajemen Pendidikan: Perspektif Durkheimian. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini memakai tata cara penelitian kualitatif dengan memakai pendekatan riset berbentuk studi pustaka. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini dikaji dari berbagai sumber novel literatur-literatur, laporan penelitian karangan karangan ilmiah, tesis, disertasi serta postingan baik cetak ataupun elektronik yang berkaitan dengan tentang Dinamika Solidaritas Mekanis Dan Solidaritas Organik Dalam Manajemen Pendidikan: Perspektif Durkheimian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen pendidikan harus mampu menciptakan keseimbangan yang tepat antara kedua jenis solidaritas ini. Ini berarti memahami pentingnya mempertahankan norma-norma sosial yang berharga sambil mengakomodasi keragaman individu. Dalam masyarakat modern, manajemen pendidikan harus memungkinkan siswa untuk tumbuh sesuai dengan potensi mereka, memungkinkan partisipasi siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan, mendorong kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan, dan merespons dengan fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan sosial. Kata Kunci: Dinamika Solidaritas Mekanis; Solidaritas Organik; Manajemen Pendidikan.AbstractUnderstanding mechanical and organic solidarity theories, education management can utilise these insights to design an effective, inclusive and relevant education system in the face of continuous social and technological change. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The results of this study show that education management should be able to create the right balance between these two types of solidarity. This means understanding the importance of maintaining valuable social norms while accommodating individual diversity. In a modern society, education management should allow students to grow according to their potential, enable student participation in decision-making, encourage collaboration between stakeholders, and respond with flexibility to social change. Keywords: Mechanical Solidarity Dynamics; Organic Solidarity; Education Management.
