Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan hasil ekplorasi studi kasus tentang pengembangan dan implementasi e-learning di Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba). E-learning telah menjadi bagian penting dari pendidikan tinggi modern, dengan potensi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, interaksi, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Dalam studi ini, kami menggali proses pengembangan e-learning di Unisba serta menganalisis keberhasilan implementasinya. Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk literatur ilmiah, wawancara dengan staf pengajar dan mahasiswa terlibat, serta dokumentasi dan kebijakan yang diterbitkan oleh Unisba. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa Unisba telah berhasil mengimplementasikan e-learning dengan langkah-langkah seperti analisis kebutuhan, pemilihan platform yang sesuai, pengembangan konten yang relevan, pelatihan dosen dan mahasiswa, evaluasi dan pengembangan berkala dan berkalanjutan. Kendala dan tantangan yang ditemukan selama pengembangan dan implementasi e-learning dapat diatasi dengan baik. Pengembangan dan implementasi e-learning di Unisba memberi manfaat kepada lemgaga, dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya dalam mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan e-learning yang efektif.

Abstract

Morals are the most important thing and must be owned by all santri, so the role of musyrif is needed in shaping the morals of students because musyrif is the spearhead of Islamic boarding schools and is required to guide the morals of students while at the Darul Ilmi Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to determine the role of musyrif in shaping the morals of students who are naughty or often commit violations so that these students can be morally formed without physical violence, provide a deterrent effect on students so they do not repeat it again, and create a harmonious atmosphere between students and musyrif. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data obtained through journals, interviews, and documentation. The data collection technique used is descriptive analysis. As for the results of research that can be carried out by Musyrif when dealing with naughty students by handling a heart-to-heart approach.

Abstract

Model pengambilan keputusan di suatu lembaga pendidikan Islam seperti madrasah merupakan salah satu masalah yang terkait dengan masalah kepemimpinan. Salah satu keberhasilan kepemimpinan antara lain ditentukan oleh model pengambilan keputusan. Kepemimpinan seorang Kepala Madrasah berperan besar dalam setiap proses pengambilan keputusan. Sukses tidaknya seorang kepala madrasah tergantung pada kemampuannya mengambil keputusan. Model pengambilan keputusan adalah bagaimana gaya yang digunakan dalam proses memlih diantara alternatif-alternatif tindakan untuk mengatasi masalah. Manajemen madrasah merupakan suatu proses penyelenggaraan dalam setiap usaha kerjasama sekelompok manusia melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia ataupun non-manusia untuk mencapai tujuan madrasah secara efektif dan efisien. Ada beberapa model pengambilan keputusan, antara lain yaitu: model Mintzberg, Drucker, dan Simon, model rasional, model pengambilan keputusan berbasis lapangan, dan model keputusan berbasis pokok masalah. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di madrasah memerlukan ketegasan kepala madrasah sebagai pucuk pimpinan madrasah, yaitu dengan segera mengambil keputusan

Abstract

Low student curiosity, lack of communication between teacher and students during the teaching and learning process, and some children who still cannot speak fluently have low student self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to give children the confidence they need to introduce their favorite animals to their teachers and friends and to discuss their favorite animals in front of their friends and teachers. The subjects of this study were 20 students from Bakti Pertiwi PAUD, Batang Pane II Village, East Halongonan District, Kab. North Padang Lawas, observations were made while collecting data through interviews with the school and teachers. Miles and Huberman's model is used in data analysis techniques, and there are four stages in the data analysis process: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification with triangulation. According to the research findings, some children started speaking more confidently after Bakti Pertiwi PAUD started using storytelling techniques because children started to feel more comfortable sharing stories about their favorite animals.

Abstract

This article discusses Islamic religious extension workers who act as consultants in empowering the Taklim Assembly in Talawi District, Batubara Regency. Data collection was in the form of observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The data obtained in the field is then collaborated with data from the literature study. The technique exhibits the characteristics of qualitative research. The research results obtained were that the Islamic Religious Counselors in the Talawi District, Batubara Regency had and carried out their duties according to their functions. The focus of his duties is in accordance with the provisions set by the Head of the Batubara Regency Office of Religious Affairs. Associated with the taklim assembly, the Islamic Religion Counselor acts as a provider of opinions, directions, advice and solutions regarding the achievement of the functions and objectives of the formation of the Taklim Assembly. Efforts made are: giving advice to always make the Qur'an a way of life, providing solutions for efforts to find leaders from members of the Taklim Assembly, providing advice related to strengthening human relations with Allah and others, providing opinions, instructions, advice and solutions in religious and religious discussion activities, providing directions and solutions to improve the family economy, providing directions related to the development of Islamic arts and culture; and giving advice and directions to love religion, nation and state

Abstract

Pendidikan dipahami sebagai kebutuhan manusia yang paling esensial sehingga menjadi sebuah keniscayaan mengapa kita butuh terhadap pendidikan. Khususnya pendidikan dasar yang menjadi acuan pelaksanaan pendidikan selanjutnya. Berdasarkan Undang Undang  tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional No 20 Tahun 2003 Bab IV Pasal 5 No 1 di sebutkan adanya hak warga negara untuk mendapat pendidikan yang bermutu tanpa adanya pemilahan jenis kelamin, agama, ras dan suku khususnya di pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji terkait urgensi penrapan pendidikan berbasis gender di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) karena mengkaji dari data-data penelitian yang sudah ada sebelumnya sebagai acuan analisis penarikan kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan adanya urgensi penerapan pendidikan berbasis gender di madrasah ibtidaiyah yang menjadi satuan pendidikan dasar yang diterapkan di Indonesia, acuan pelaksanaan pendidikan berbasis gender termaktub dalam undang-undang dan juga terdapat didalam kajian Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif. Model analisis interaktif ini dilakukan dengan tiga langkah analisis data kualitatif yaitu: 1) reduksi data 2) penyajian data 3) dan verifikasi data. Kitab kuning dan pondok pesantren Roudhotul Ulum di wilayah Ganjaran  merupakan dua sisi yang tidak bisa dipisahkan, dan tidak bisa saling meniadakan. Ibarat mata uang antara satu sisi dengan sisi lainnya yang saling terkait erat. Eksistensi kitab kuning dalam sebuah pondok pesantren Roudhotul Ulum menempati posisi yang urgent, sehingga dipandang sebagai salah satu unsur yang membentuk wujud pondok pesantren itu sendiri, disamping kyai, santri, masjid dan pondok pesantren. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa di pondok pesantren, kitab kuning memang sangat dominan, ia tidak hanya sebagai khazanah keilmuan tetapi juga kehidupan masyarakat desa Ganjaran. Kitab kuning bagi masyarakat setempat menjadi tolak ukur keilmuan sekaligus kesalehan peserta didik atau siswa yang belajar di pesantren maupun di lembaga formal madrasah. Mengingat fakta tersebut diatas, maka wajar bila kitab kuning merupakan tradisi yang hidup sebagai kultur santri yang cukup subur dalam masyarakat kita. Sebagai tradisi itu pula, kitab kuning hidup dalam sejarahnya yang berarti. Pada bagian akhir ini disajikan kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian terdapat tiga poin yang yaitu: : 1) Bagaimana strategi pengorganisasian pembelajaran kitab kuning di Madrasah Aliyah Raudlatul Ulum Putra : a. Perencanaan strategi pembelajaran kitab kuning yang telah dicanankan oleh pengasuh RU dan manajemen madrasah diantaranya meliputi penetapan, visi, misi, tujuan, program, metode, kitab-kitab yang diajarkan serta perangkat pembelajaran. b. Spesifikasi perencanaan strategi pembelajaran yang dianggap urgen adalah memilih guru yang kompeten dalam memahami kitab kuning.

Abstract

The new Rahmatan Lil' Alamin Islamic education approach offers a responsive and holistic paradigm. This paradigm places Islamic religious teachings as the primary basis for learning while connecting them with real-life contexts. Rahmatan Lil' Alamin Islamic Education strives for inclusion, where everyone has equal opportunities for quality education. This is supported by developing 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. In addition, 21st-century Islamic education emphasizes the formation of sound and responsible character and respect for diversity and the environment. This new paradigm also integrates technology into the learning process, providing broader access and a richer learning experience for students. This study examines issues related to the new paradigm of 21st-century Islamic education using literature review research with a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical methods. The conclusion, as well as the recommendation that the reconstruction of Islamic education and the application of the new paradigm of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin, it is hoped that Islamic education can become a vehicle for forming individuals who have a noble character, have broad insight, and can face the challenges of the modern world.

Abstract

In contrast to the non-profit nature of Islamic Education and its concentration on developing human resources as a human investment in the future, the problem in this article is that advertisement in the world of business-oriented education is very focused on earning profits and, at times, for the private benefit of officials in Islamic Education institutions. In this article, qualitative literary analyses are used as a research method, and the data sources are various types of literatures, includes books and studies of science. In order to address the phrasing of the problem stated, descriptive analysis of the data is performed. The results showed that human investment in marketing activities for Islamic education services has an influence because it can provide guarantees for improving the quality of human resources for consumers so that marketing can run ideally. Human investment includes increasing intelligence, skills, talents, and abilities to be useful for society, nation and state so that the orientation of education in marketing activities is oriented to increase human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in developing the skills of seeing, hearing, and feeling students at SMP Pahlawan Nasional Medan. This study uses a descriptive descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews and observations of Islamic education teachers and students. The results of the study show that PAI teachers use various strategies, such as hands-on practice, group discussions, the Jigsaw method, and awarding to motivate students in learning. The media used include text books, Al-Qur'an, posters, and video presentations. Evaluation is carried out through direct practice, giving awards, and assessing student performance. The obstacles faced by PAI teachers include variations in students' ability levels and the influence of gadgets. Nonetheless, the strategies and methods applied by PAI teachers have succeeded in developing the skills of seeing, hearing, and feeling students, and can be applied in everyday life. This research provides a better understanding of skills development strategies through PAI learning and provides insights for PAI teachers in increasing the effectiveness of learning.
